Park is very old and run down. Old furniture and garbage laying around. Definitely someplace I wouldnt recommend living.

Falsely speaking and unhelpful staff, there are many promises until they get your money in hand.Park is unclean and quite noisy. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing. Proximity the airport and Normandy Boulevard make for constant rattling base and engine noise both night and day.Cheapest rental rates in the area, if your lucky enough to catch a unit open.Management led us on for two years before finally having a unit available.The unit was infested with a plague of rats and roaches, so much so that the place was unlivable by my standards.The management (Peter & Evelyn)broke their word multiple times, not keeping any arrangements made and changing their words each time they were contacted to address the issues with the unit.Photos include the rats hole under the sink, damaged goods dragged from cabinets, even an oven mitt that was chewed for nesting, and trash left at the front door by employees of the park for the local cats.

Not the best trailers but the people are awesome. That trailer park has been there since I was a kid. Im in my 50s. That should to tell you something right there.

Dont ever live here!!!!! Me and my husband want to sell our trailer already and weve only been here April will be 2 years.. It sucks living here

Terrible management staff that tells outright lies. Only seeking to get your money and leave you in whatever heap theyve rented to you.Ageing trailers that are in dire need of maintenance and PEST CONTROL.The streets are infested with cats, and the trailers are infested with rats. Roaches are in the very walls, even at the Managements office.The road nearby is obscenely noisy, constantly having sirens and bass rattle the buildings.

Weve got a really ugly on outside but super nice on inside. Unfortunately, nothing gets fixed over $10. Also, the drug dealers moving in and out get really tiresome. But we got a few great neighbors. For most park, 2 years weve been here have been cool.

Nasty and unbelievable the worst place to live i just pray for the families that live there the management is the worst in the World

Quiet nice place if you want to live in a trailer park no Roughnecks

The park is a great place to live. But like ever place you got your dush bags that want to be butt holes . The maintenance man that live in the park is very disrespectful yells and cusses kids. Wares his gun while yelling. Not very safe at all.

Its quiet and peaceful.

This place is nothing but white trash crack heads. If youre looking for drugs or a prostitute this is likely your place.

Looks like dump.. Theres trash everywhere and clear that management does not care..

Very clean place trailers are well upkept and there is very little traffic

Worked there for over a year. Id live there if not for my current setup.
