If i could say no stars I would. Have lived here for a while. Doesnt have leases for anyone, never wants to fix what he is supposed to and will threaten to and even evict you if you dont have any money for him when he asks for it whether rent is due or not. And will lie and be slimey in court. Very bad management. Judge even stated so. Its cheap rent but its not worth the headache and hassle.

Landlord is the worse Slum Lord ever! Never fixes his trailers till its to lateMakes you live in home that are completely falling apart. The trailer barely have central heat or air. He also up the rent for no reason during the pandemic. Making people have no choice but move. I wouldnt live here even if I had no choice.

Marsha and her husband are two of the sweetest people you will ever meet. Chris the other gentleman that works there is also very friendly and always willing to help out. Very good people and its a quite place to live.
