A friend lives here. Decent place. Nothing special.

If you like Breaking Bad youll love this place

Smells and is rundown. The road is broken and the trailers are rundown as well

About what you expect it to be.

If you want to live in a bad neighborhood with lots of stray cats that mess with your things, leaks that dont get fixed, maggot infested dumpsters because trash rarely gets picked up (which dumpers are right next to certain trailers), and black mold that just keeps coming back, go ahead and live here. If not, stay far far away from this place. Ive lived here a year and management has changed quite a few times as well as maintenance because no one wants anything to do with this place. Its cheap but the price still isnt worth this.
