My husband and I have lived here since 2006. The park is nice and being updated all the time to make it look nice. As long as you follow park rules your good. I have it a 4 staristar of a 5 because even though the beach is near I would love to see a pool go in. Id be willing to up my lot rent for a pool. Otherwise everyone here is neighborly and I love living here.

Lived here for quite sometime and I love the place. Very very friendly management and staff. Very understanding as well. An animal friendly place! Dog stations set up around the park. A nice pond for hanging out and a very good playground for children. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Mixed bag. Some ok places...some old. The office rarely answers the phone...must be nice. Wife and I are middle aged white folks from Texas. We’ve been here two weeks. Drove through neighborhood yesterday. Still looking.

This is a very nice place to live. The Manager does an awesome job of making sure the place is clean and safe. This is a great place for families with kids and retirees. I would recommend purchasing a home here.

The manager Jamie is horrible unfriendly very mean live there with my sister for about two years she harassed us about the smallest things she poked fun at my disabled sister it was miserable living there if you really truly think about living there please dont do it Jamie is a horrible person horrible person please find someplace else to live do not live there you will regret it she was nice at first and then she gets mean she gets you in there and then she gets very mean and shell pick at you and pick at you about the smallest things and believe me if youre disabled you dont want to live there its awful

Beautiful old trees, nice park for the kids, but drainage is poor. Roads flood quickly
