My favorite theater on the northside. Awesome reclining seats!Hope it opens back up after COVID clears up

This movie theater is somewhat past it prime and a bit dated. The parking lot isnt the best for entrance and exit especially when busy. Its very expensive for tickets. The seating is assigned and they have wonderful power recliner seats. The ticket counter is small and easily gets backed up. The concession area is also small. The movie experience seems good enough as the picture quality and sound was fine.

Excellent theater. The seats were perfect too. Big and comfy with the auto recline. Great for movies of any length

Theater was ok. Clean. Empty. So social distancing wasnt a issue. Reclining chairs was a little outdated not as comfortable as some weve sat in in other theatres. Food selection was at its worst! But covid19 had alot to do with that I guess. So we went out for dinner afterwards.

Ok, so I’ve never been to such a nice theater before and maybe that’s just because Florida is a tourist destination and no one goes on vacation to see movies.But wow. Prices for matinee were affordable. Free refills on the popcorn and drink. Hello! Electronic reclining seating - leather (?) what is this??Tons of leg room, friendly staff, great sound systems but I didn’t have to hear the movie next door. Me and my little one really enjoyed going to the movies!

Theatre is okay, bathroom s you cant tell if they are dirty or just dated. They left the lights on the whole movie, told the employees and it wasnt fixed. But besides that a decent movie theater.

Concessions were a little pricy, but it was a nice theater with great recliners.

This theater is so nice! The declining seats are incredible and I like that the theater we were in had fewer seats than most theaters that size have. It felt more home theater like and very cozy. Will definitely be going back to this theater!

Nice place to watch a movie.The hardest part about going to the theater is figuring out what size popcorn to purchase. The facility is clean. The snacks are good. The staff is kind and helpful. The seats are comfortable.

Ive always enjoyed this theater. Its always clean and the reclining seats make movie-going totally enjoyable. The staff is usually very helpful and friendly.If they had combos to order for their Coke and popcorn it would be five stars.

Beer, concessions, great films, and reclining seats - what more could you want? I appreciate that the seats are now ticket-assigned so you don’t feel the need to “stack up” to get a good spot before the movie starts. Instead, enjoy a leisurely visit and keep the stress low.

Great theatre with really comfy chairs!!! Staff is super nice and helpful. Had an amazing time and have seen many movies here. Will come back whenever I’m in the mood for a great big comfy chair. Even brought a blanket to be even comfier! Enjoy good movies at good times in a good location here.

Honestly my favorite movie theater in Indiana. I like it more than all the other ones in town, and it’s a godsend compared to the garbage in Bloomington. They have nice recliner seats that are super comfy. The rooms/theaters don’t have a massive capacity, but I don’t think that’s a bad thing.Only thing that could make it better is if you could buy a ticket online without having to pay an extra 1.50 convenience fee per ticket (not transaction).

We go here all the time, and generally everything is great. The one place for improvement is with the concession staff. They cant remember anything, like which size popcorn we ordered or that we used points to pay for the popcorn... They are nice and all, but this just slows down the line. Not a huge deal, but could be improved to prevent little kids (and their parents) from getting anxious.

The theater isnt spectacular, but the seats are awesome. Big, soft, and reclining in every theater. Also keeps the number of seats per theater down, so its never too crowded.

Great place to see a movie! Especially if you go during the day during the week. Im usually 1 of no more than 12 people in a theater to see a movie and the staff is super nice!

No employees to sell tickets at the window, everyone had to buy tickets at the concession stand, where there were only 2 employees total to sell tickets and concessions. Line literally out the door to the parking lot. We finally purchased our tickets online, paying the $3 convenience fee do we wouldnt miss the movie. This location needs to plan better and fully staff.

As far as a theater goes, VERY nice. Comfy electric recliners, great picture and sound. But dont expect fair consession prices. Duh.

I love that they have reserved seating and that the seats are large reclining lounge chairs. Parking is never a problem and the staff is friendly. The sound quality if good.My complaint is that the physical layout of each theater room is relatively flat, so no stadium seating. This means that you have to look pretty high upwards, especially as youre closer to the front, which isnt ideal. The recliners make it bearable, but stadium seating would make it even better.

Place was fairly clean, but honestly the customer service was lacking from the lady at window to purchase tickets to the concession stand to the ticket attendant. Kinda made me discouraged before I even say down. Working in customer service over 35 years, I know how important the first point of contact is. Maybe they just didnt want to be there, since in was new years day, but not one of them had a smile or friendly attitude.

Great theater. Staff is nice, seats are comfortable and reclining, enough space between chairs/rows and not too cold in the theater rooms, unlike most theaters. Worth the extra 3$ than competitors.

My first visit to this amazing theater will not be but last. Great reclining seats that are large. Employees were very pleasant. Definitely a nice place to see a movie!

This is one of the nicest theatres we have been to. They have wide aisles and comfortable seats that recline. Most of all it is very clean.

The reclining seats here are SO COMFORTABLE and their menu has a lot of variety to it! Only downside is that there seems to be a good 20-25 minutes of credits showing AFTER the listed movie start time.

The only thing nice about this theater is the reclining seats and the young guy at the concession counter. They charge almost $7 for a medium drink! They were out of the Cheeto popcorn because they dumped it before all their last showings so we couldnt try it. Our theater was dirty with napkins, cups, and popcorn from the previous showing.$52 for 2 people to go to a movie and have 1 popcorn and 2 drinks while sitting in a dirty theater is insane. Ill stick with GQT, thanks.

Only here once for a movie but it was a very nice experience. Highly recommended.

Slowest concession lines youve ever seen in a theater. Seriously, we bailed after spending 20 minutes in line because we were going miss our movie. Otherwise, the theater is clean. Reclining seats. Overall, its a good theater. Just hire more people for the Saturday rush!

Nice, clean theater. My family and I love the reclining seats. I gave it 4 stars because the concession lines are always long. No matter if theyre busy or not, they only have 2 registers open.

Great theater, clean and neat. Popcorn was a bit stale at 8p on a Sunday. Just beware the bathrooms are far apart, if youre on the wrong end, its a long walk (and lots of movie minutes missed)

Saturday night. No ticket booth open, no self service ticket machines, had to stand in the concessions line to get tickets. Other theaters have upgraded. Nice reclining seats but small screen. Probably wont be back.

The seats need to be updated they are cracking and riped especially the center ones. The screens are dirty and blurry. Today there was no sound until we went and told them. Not really worth the money. We can watch movies at home and have a better experience. This theatre needs to be updated.

Really good theater experience. Reclining chairs that are pretty comfy. No complaints, but its definitely about the movie. If it wasnt competing vs theaters that have a full dine-in, high end restaurant experience during the movie, itd be 5 stars worthy... but with that niche of theater existing and being awesome, its tough to justify a 5th star for standard popcorn & coke at the pickup counter.

Comfy seats, actually reasonable prices compared to AMC. The movie actually started at the scheduled time, no previews. Good thing we showed up on time!

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of our auditorium.(6) No one cleaned after the previous movie. There was popcorn, left over nachos, empty drinks and candy wrappers in majority of the seats. I did inform a employee of the leftover trash, she had someone sweep just some the popcorn in the entrance. To bad youre more concern with taking our money than making sure the overall entertainment experience is pleasant. I cleaned my own seat.

Went here about a week ago with a few friends and loved it. The chairs are the epitome of comfort and the aesthetic of the place was very nice. The snacks were very good and they had a very good selection of soda pop.

Popcorn great, service and seating was great. The only annoying thing is that you need to come early. There was a ticket taker who wanted to chat with each patron. We were in line again after concessions because of the needless chit chat

The seating is very nice here and the chairs are reclining. They have an amazing food choice here; you can get full course meals here while you watch your movie! I recommend the chocolate lava cake!

Went and saw Marvel Endgame with some friends and the theater was fantastic! The inside was nice and clean, and the cashier was able to get us our tickets quickly. I liked the reclining seats we had in the front row, and it was the first time I had a enjoyable experience that close to the screen, and not get Ill.

Love the new lazy boy style seating. The place was clean as were the bathrooms. Sometimes you go to movie theaters and the bathrooms are disgusting, but not here. We didnt get any concessions on this visit, but I have in the past; typical movie theater food.

Me and my grands went to the movies the people are nice and friendly and movie was awesome.

The movie was great, the concession options were awesome, recliners awesome. We arrived 30 minutes prior to the 5:20 show time and didnt get to the front of consessions till 5:25 so it took us 35 minutes to even get our tickets in the concession line plus our drinks and pop corn. All lanes were open and the workers were busting tail. Good kids. But the majority of the traffic is due to streamlining ticket sales through food and beverage. From a business perspective, you could have less lanes for concessions but improve the wait times here by taking one of the employees and reopening the ticket office. It would improve over all flow and concessions could be paced by that flow. With concessions ringing in tickets, taking, and preparing orders; its just tough on patrons and the team working. Consessions is the only human interaction and to be honest and open, movies can be watched at home with recliners and surround. In order to push movie sales There needs to be a wow factor in efficient service. I didnt notice and kiosks for self check in either which would stall and buy time for consessions as people redeemed online tickets. These are just perspectives to help with productive insight on guest experience.Aside from consession and an impatient 4 year old in line, we had such a great mommy daughters evening. And from a GM perspective your team on consessions were pumping through the rush and did outstanding.

This movie theater feels really nice. The chairs are SO COMFY! The sound quality is great. The employees have all been really nice. However, the bathroom is always a disaster.

We visited for the first time on Christmas Day. It was opening day for Little Women and we knew we should order tickets ahead. We attend Landmarks Theatres on Keystone or AMC at Castleton and do not order ahead. Their admission is $1.00 or $1.50 cheaper. The order ahead involved an approximate $4.00 service charge and we had no choice of seating. This gave us doubtful feelings about coming back.

My go to place for seeing a movie. The screen and sound system are good. Not great but good. Enjoy the reclining chairs in the theater but dislike the lack of space due to the recliners.

Concessions were fairly prompt and the reclining seats are great.

We have been here a few times, when we visit Indy, what I love about this place is the reclining seats, you can sit back relax and watch a movie just like being at home, we will definitely be back!

Finally saw Charlie s Angels. Thought it was Fabulous!

Avengers Endgame, one of the biggest releases of the year and its showing on one of the smallest screens in the theater. The sound for some reason had too much treble so it was high-pitched a lot of the time. I did appreciate the ease of which I was able to pick my seat beforehand, send the barcode to my phone and have it scanned without waiting in line

Pleasant staff. They werent as nice as they have been. Wonderful movie. We saw Aladdin .

I like the reserved seats. Few good ones the way it is laid out, main aisle located where some of the best seats would be. Instead there are two rows up front where you can get a neck cramp after 3 hrs of avengers

Stood in line for their new check in process at the concession stand for 25 minutes only to find out that the movie was sold out! We only wanted tickets. Horrible process

Used to visit this theatre as a kid. Was the go to place back then. Seems they havent updated since then. Leather on all the seats is cracked and showing its age. They need to either update or lower ticket prices.

We went to see a special screening at this theater on Wednesday. The show was scheduled for 7pm. We arrived early and the theater was changed. I bought my tickets online over 24 hrs in advance and we were moved back a row into a broken seat. I was not told the movie would start an hour & have later. We tried to get another seat next to us due to one of our seats being broken. The manager & the ticket clerk were so unhelpful. The movie was overlapping the screen. When the movie ended they never turned on the lights!! We had to walk out by put phone flashlights! I frequent this theater but no more!! Horrible experience!

The people were nice and the service was good. The line for concessions wasnt too long either.

Very good. Went to 12:50pm showing. Only 1 running concession as 3 others watched and got orders together. Needed 2 registers open. Super clean and comfy. Pleasant staff.

I enjoyed the reclining seats very much, but the young man at the ticket booth almost persuaded me to leave before purchasing a ticket with his complete lack of help. Seats have to be chosen in advance from a computer screen at this location (and center seating is limited, which is why I wont be returning to this location), which I had never encountered before, so I asked what the screen was that he pointed at. He never said a word...simply pointed and nodded in answer to my questions. Please teach staff to be pro-active, helpful, efficient, and above all, friendly.

Love the seating arrangement and reclining chairs. But send they always need more in the concessions area. Had to wait and then wait on more popcorn.

We love this theater. We came on a very slow night and had the theater to ourselves. Can’t beat the comfy chairs that recline!

Usually not crowded. Great line up of movies. Seating is better than the others theaters in the city. VERY COMFORTABLE!

Good theater. Plenty of parking. Clean and comfortable reclining seats with plenty of space to stretch out. Food options are plentiful (and the concession attendants arent stingy with the popcorn butter). I would definitely come back if Im in the area for a movie.

This movie theatre has made me enjoy going to movies again. The ability to pick my seat online, skip the ticket window when I get there, and have reclining chairs is just awesome.You get plenty of room between the chairs and it is usually pretty clean. Overall I highly recommend this theatre!

It was cleaner than I know it to normally be and I noticed there was friendlier staff.
