This is a cool spot. It is the place thatll show the neat niche movies that big theaters dont run. Smooth, easy to find and clean.
A nice theater with more independent films. I like how they have good quality snacks however; their seats were dusty and not the best of quality (might just be aged). Popcorn was good but not the best price (small was $7). Movie theater was easy to find in the mall; second floor which there are escalators, elevator, and stairs available. They also have military, senior, and child discounts.
Nice, clean theaters especially during Covid
Really nice theater that leans toward more artsy movies and more often than not an older crowd. The theaters are small but comfortable. Theres a bar for drinks and a concession stand that has some unusual items. Its all house inside the beautiful fashion mall
We saw a pre-screening of Harriett there (GREAT movie, by the way) and it was a great experience! Very clean lobby and ticket area, employees were very friendly, courteous. we were in theatre 5, it was clean, also, and the picture and sound were both excellent. N it was a solid experience and well probably go back soon. Didnt try the concessions, but looked and smelled good, well try next time.
Neat and clean movie theater but the fact that is inside the shopping mall makes it very hard to find the parking spot. Parking lot by the cinema is pretty small
Very classy cinema!
This is my favorite movie theater in Indianapolis. Im not a big fan of all the flourishes that come with the modern cinematic experience (3D, bionic seating, in house meals etc) I like a comfortable theater with great sound and good service. Landmark at keystone is all that and more.
Nice Cinema with an attached bar. Food selection is minimal. Better films than the big chains that just push the big Hollywood releases.
With the location being at the fashion mall, I expected the theater to be a bit nicer. The screening rooms are in need of renovating, seats are not that comfortable (no recliner seats here) and are very close together so not a lot of arm room.
The theater is nice and very comfortable. Its a different kind of movie going experience that I personally love. Its like one of those charming book or coffee shops. However, I gave them three stars because the popcorn didnt taste fresh. It was one of the worst popcorn experiences Ive ever had. Of course people go to see the movie; but whats a movie without delicious popcorn.
Landmark is a welcome alternative to the big theaters around town. If you go to a matinee, you might actually have cash left over for going out to dinner! The theater is clean and well maintained, a favorite place to take in a documentary, art film, or even the occasional blockbuster.
Helpful, smiling, even engaging people. Would be way better if the 1st floor was actually more like a mall experience.
Comfy seats, good snacks, and mostly adults....its my favorite place to see a movie.
Great seating with wide food and drink selection. Always showing a good movie not available in other theaters.
The best movie theater in greater Indianapolis. If you are looking for movies that you would otherwise have to hunt for exhaustively, chances are they are at the art cinema. The staff is incredibly friendly but I will be forever grateful for understanding there is a demand in Indy for more than the next MCU film (as glorious as they are).
Great place to see a movie. Stop lights to help deal with traffic coming and going. Lots of parking. Decent hot dogs. Awesome array of movies to see!
Always able to see unique features here.
A nice theater with an out-of-the-ordinary selection of movies. Unfortunately, parking can be difficult because the theater is located in a mall. Seats are a bit narrow, but generally comfortable. Sound system is a bit weak.
The smaller theaters give it an intimate feel to a movie experience. The concessions are reasonable and the lounge has great drink options.
I never knew this theater existed until my wife made mention. Great place to catch a under draft movie and have an atmosphere that is clean, upscale, and prompt service. You can get a popcorn to a hot chocolate to aid in enjoying the show. Will definitely be back.
A Life Changing Experience
It is currently in the high 80s in the middle of summer. Hard to watch a great movie with no air conditioning. First and last experience. I will not be coming back!
Nice, clean theatre. Restroom was clean. There are self-serve kiosks to get your tickets. The seats are really nice. They are adjustable so you can get comfortable. The film better be good or you might fall asleep in that comfy chair.
Uncomfortable seats.. very little popcorn choices and airport prices for pre packaged popcorn, heck may as well pay five bucks for a can of soda
Love the variety of movies showcased here - happy to have somewhere that has more than just the national line-up you find at AMC Theaters. Great amenities at the theater (healthier food options, bar to enjoy drinks at and can take drinks in to theaters). Easy to find theater in mall if you put in Landmark Theater into your GPS search.
My daughter and I went to a weekend 7pm romcom. She had hummus and pitas chips.I had a hot dog with relish, and we split a medium popcorn with butter. We brought home leftover popcorn and fed the birds...
Love this theater! And the bar too! Pat is my favorite bartender! And Dionne is my favorite manager on the theater side.
Good place to catch a movie and can take beer in from the bar connected to it
No leg room, but overall nice theatre!!
It isnt the best, most comfortable, theater like it used to be. But it is still way better than most. It has a great bar with a pretty good beer selection, and friendly staff. The prices arent great but better than most nearby theaters. The biggest complaint is the small size of the screens, which work hand in hand with long narrow seating areas to make the screens hard to see.
Nice quiet experience. Excellent movie!
Wonderful theater, comfortable seats and awesome movie - Harriet
We had the pleasure of watching the amazing interactive, fun, and awesome movie, The Room. The staff handled the event with efficiency and smiles. I really want to acknowledge the young male ticket cashier and manager on duty for making sure our experience was everything we expected!! Please have more viewings of The Room!!The crowd is fun, some even dress as characters, and I know it would be a groovy move to show at least twice a month(or more, for hard core fans) Again..thanks for show. In truth, The Room has changed a lot of lives for the better through community and laughter. I do want to apologize for spoons! Great venue and lounge.
This is my favorite theater in town. When we want to see a movie, and were choosing between two different theaters, we usually just go with whichever one is showing at Keystone Arts. The service is fantastic, its clean, easy to access, and just feels nice. The bartenders are super friendly.
Always a joy to watch movies in an environment that cultivates conversation and a true cinema experience. Love the menu of films brought to Indy by Landmark Keystone. The bar isnt bad either!
They show the small movies that no other theater does in town. so it is crucial in that respect. full stop. they also have an attached bar, which is convenient. too bad the drinks and bar food are so pricey (think airport prices).
The only place I know to see Oscar nominated shorts and some of the better made movies that arent blockbusters. I really enjoy going here.
Overall experience was excellent. I didnt partake in any refreshments or popcorn as I went on Thanksgiving Day after the dinner. The theatre has booklets for all the movies being shown for you to check what critics have to say and also the settings for the movies to let you know about the movie you might be interested in.
Quaint art house movie theater.
The todays world where everyone is trying to steal your identity, this place did NOT. Lost my wallet here, they found it and even the few dollars inside it were still there. VERY refreshing for me. Two thumbs up for Landmark Keystone Art Center.
Nice place to see indie movies. Very comfortable place
One of the only places in the city to view hard to find movie screenings. The attached bar is a great option for arriving early.
The movie was good but the seat was so uncomfortable it was different to watch. Plus, there was no AC at least in Theatre 4 which made it feel muggy.
It has been quite a few years since I visited this Cinema. I entered the Mall through a side entry closest to the Cheesecake Factory, so the walk was rather lengthy. Nice, but lengthy. Once I arrived, the outside lobby area and entrance of the Theater are aesthetically pleasing. The Theater is clean. Sitting was rather close, confined and cramped compared to other Theaters I frequent. Not a lot of leg room nor elbow room to even slightly relax. Other than seating, a pleasant experience.
Clean and friendly. Great place to see a movie!
First time seeing a movie here. Fairly comfortable seating with lots of room. Good picture and sound quality. Nice atmosphere.
As it says, a bit on the artsy side, in that many of the movies screened here are not going to be at your neighborhood multiplex. They have a bar and coffee in addition to the usual popcorn and candies. As it is in the Fashion Mall, there is also access to fantastic shopping. Incredibly comfortable reclining seats in the smaller theaters makes for an excellent cinema experience every time.
Great movie theater! Awesome Indie movies. Comfy seats. Good customer service! Friendly and professional staff!
I went to see a late movie (10pm). The staff seemed friendly. The popcorn that I purchased was fresh. The theater was clean and the seats were comfortable.
Very nice theater for limited release films, includes a connected bar with a large selection of local craft beers and mixed drinks.
Nice quiet theater. Sounds system, however, kept stuttering throughout the movie. And the chairs are very noisy.
If youre into indie art films, or just want a more secluded movie going experience, this is the place for you.
This was the worst theater seating I have seen since the 80s....Hey Landmark does stadium seating sound familiar. I thought the person HEAD seated in front was part of the movie
A great theater to see an indie film or a documentary. The seats could use some updates, but the employees are always nice and helpful.
Its ironic that their movie choices are so superb and yet the seating is like a modern-day torture device. Easily the worst theater seats in the city. I only go there when no one else is showing the movie I want to see.
Youre my favorite theater.Oh hi Mark.
Best movies. Best place to see them.
My wife and I love this cinema. The films here tend to be artsy, but our experience wit the theater itself has been great!
Fun theater! Very clean! The people at the snack bar were polite and knowledgeable. Will be going back soon!
Clean theater with comfortable seating. A perk is the ability to bring your own snacks
Nice movie theater & quality is cool 2 did update it a little more BUT overall good!
Nice facility friendly people working. Better show time prices.
I love this theater for the location and comfort.
Isnt showing Unplanned, despite its traditional controversial line up.
Great little Theater. Clean and nice location
Screens small and seats are super close. I know Im a taller and bigger guy but dang a seats were super close LOL! I couldnt stretch my legs out at all! Other than that it was okay. Besides the movie it sucked LOL!
Enjoyed this venue, nice and clean, prices reasonable
Very nice, comfortable. Great selection of films
Comfortable seating, great film selection, good prices.
Nothing to complain about here!
It ok but noas nice as AMC theater. Little leg room
Art house theater also has a bar available and upscale snacks. No modern amenities like seat reservation or recliner seats but nice enough and great movie selection.
Everything was great! We enjoyed ourselves. The seats were comfy & the refreshments were reasonable.
Got to see a film based off of my favorite book. Amzing film. And even better read
So nice to have this venue for watching independent films!
Always good except way too cold sometimes.
Bathrooms were clean and seats were nice. Concession prices were a hight. 7.50 for a pretzel!!
Great alternative movies in a nice theater.
Great customer service . Nice atmosphere.
We didnt partake in anything other than the movie(ThecDead Dont Die, which wasnt all that good). The place seemed nice, tho slightly inconvenient restroom location, if your movie wasnt on that side.
The popcorn was stone cold. Im pretty sure it was from the day before.
Very courteous, very clean, very comfortable seating
Unique movies you cant find at other Indy theaters. Great theater all-around.
The theater needs serious upgrade renovations, but staff is nice.
Nice cinema inside a mall. Very comfy seats.
I love this place! You can grab coffee or a drink and enjoy a selection of thought provoking and independent movies.
Very clean, staff exceptional and some of the best movies out
I really like going to this theatre for great movies, but I do NOT like it when the time is posted wrong, and I and friends have driven 45 minutes to see a movie that is half over! This has happened twice in about two years. The last time they were nice and gave us a ticket to come back (still a long drive again!), but this time the guy would not do this and went so far as to tell us that it was not a good movie and not to waste our time to return. Is this the way you run a business?
We attend the Sundance Film Festival each year. We are so grateful that the Landmark theater often shows some of the films weve missed in Park City. It is a great theater. THANK YOU!
My favorite movie theatre in Indy. They always play a great selection of new innovative films, that often dont play at any other theatre in the city. They also have a bar, so you can sip wine while you enjoy the latest documentary.
The popcorn was stale. And the movie theater seats were filthy. For the prices they charge the place should be immaculate. Because they have a enough staff to keep the place up.
Good place to see a movie but no reclining seats.
Great independent films. The Indie lounge is nice and you can take your drink in the theater.
Decent movie theater. While its nice to have additional food and beverage options, all concession items are super over priced.
Nice little cinema. Comfy seats, small theater sizes, excellent picture and sound. My only complaint would be that since they serve alcoholic drinks (which I am not against at all) some people lose their inhibition about talking during movies. After a gentle shushing, the women, who felt they were watching a movie at home where they could gab all the way through it whilst sipping their cocktails, were quiet through the remainder of the film.
