In the company of my love one and we enjoyed each others company. We felt safe and was able to focus on the movie. The place was clean and the staff was very helpful with suggesting seat choice. We used a gift card which made our entry smooth. We watched Bad Boys and I tell you it was a great movie. Everyone should support this local place its a life changer.

Bad Boys for Life was worth the price of admission. Theater was neat and clean. Ticketing and entry was hassle free. Restroom was clean and stocked with supplies. Ticket taker was pleasant and offered a smile. Reclining seats are very comfortable. Audience acted in an appropriate manner. Sound system worked correctly. Parking lot needs surface work.

Good place for a movie if you dont mind rude people. We havent seen a movie here where there hasnt been someone talking or scrolling on their phone. Dont bother trying to get a manager, they are useless and may come stand in the doorway to the theater. If they dont hear screaming, they wont do anything for you. Id steer clear of this place unless you dont mind paying money to not watch a movie in peace

We went early on a Saturday 12:30pm. Not at all packed (Im sure mostly due to Covid), it was fine theyre taking precautions and of course masks are part of it!

The management and staff did a really great job with spacing and all around cleaning of the theater. I was hesitant beforehand, but now have full confidence to go again.

ALWAYS clean, a few of the younger snack/soda drink staff are less than professional. Easily tell its their first job. Professionalism comes with age and experience...WE ALL HAVE BEEN THERE!Never been cross or huffy with them.EVEN WITH this room to improve, EVERY location I have visited STILL DESERVES 5 STARS.

Nice sized screen. Comfy seats that recline. Friendly helpful faces serving drinks. 1 of the drink machines wouldnt work. Popcorn was fresh & hot. Thumbs up for customer service, cleanliness & overall service. Left 1 star out due to the soda machine.

They really do provide a great movie going experience. The people working there are always polite and do their job well. The prices are what youd expect for a movie theater but the product they provide is pretty good. Id suggest anyone go to this theater to enjoy a good movie.

Smaller but nice AMC theater. Saw a movie on the later weeks of release so the theater was quiet with plenty of seating. Parking lot is quite big for a theater this size. Didnt encounter any particular issues. Seats are always a plus at AMC. May return depending on my location to this theater.

I always enjoy movies at this AMC especially with my son. I am praying for a revival of the surrounding mall but I am glad AMC is still thriving. The check-in process was efficient, the concession stand cashier was friendly and the seats were comfortable. As an added bonus, the movie we saw, Just Mercy with Jamie Foxx and Michael Jordan was excellent. Another good movie night with my son.

The reason I wanted to go was thr popcorn and it was hard as hell.

Great theater. They have the super comfortable reclining chairs. The concession line is never too long and the theater is never too crowded. The staff is also very helpful.

Nice reclining leather chairs. Good quality picture. Theater was clean including the bathrooms. They now have the machines where you can pick your drink and free refills. Stubs rewards program so you can get free upgrades and gifts. Concession prices are high, but nothing new there. Theyve jumped on the bandwagon with the fancier food choices. My only real complaint was it was very warm in the theater.

Nice theater great staff only complaint is the dark parking lot.

I have 7 children and I had just brought 5 of them spent 60 on tickets, not the problem but the food I spent 100 on nothing like there was barely enough for what I paid for it. And they dont have any meal deals. I wont do concession any more there other than drink which are unlimited refills

I like going to that theater. The seats are very comfortable. Just like having your own recliner at home. Lol!

The place was filthy floors not kept, condiment counter filthy and bathrooms not monitored. Workers hanging around doing nothing. SAD

They remodeled in the last few years so you can recline in the seats. Its clean. But movies these days are so expensive. And while this is maybe the last theatre in the area and should definitely stay there, its location can be a little sketchy. Improving potholes and lighting in the parking lot would go a long way.

The Addams Family was a really cute family Halloween movie. The theater was really clean, love the reclining seats. My daughter got the special Addams Family slushie, so her mouth was black afterward. But, it came off when she brushed.

Went to see Ma Movie. Movie was crazy. Theater and bathrooms were nice and clean. Recliner chairs were just wonderful. Had the cheddar and caramel popcorn. Soooooo good.

Theater is great! However when you have rambunctious 7 year old boys you cant take your eyes off of them. As we were exiting the theater I was directing the boy to watch the on combing car. I how ever stepped I on a damaged crack in the doorway on the sidewalk. Twisted my ankle and hurt my already damaged back. Took a photo and brought it to the managers attention. Not concerned at all! Said it was Washington square malls property! Okay then PUT OUT A FRIGGIN WARNING SIGN!!!!

Great local theater. Never crowded. The mall management gives this location a bad name by not upkeeping the parking lot

We arrived at 8:15pm for a showing of MIB 6/13/2019 @7:45pm....As we approached the concession stand the 2 young ladies where literally laying half their upper body on the counter with their cellphones out, as they took our order, the new employee (lady with all blond hair) seemed to not really care how to make a pretzel.....when we went to get our drink....the counters where the coke machines are located, along with the counters where the condiments are locate were beyond sticky and super messy. I mean if the employees have time to be on their phones and lay half their upper bodies on the counters then atleast all areas should be clean. I mean what is the more senior employee teaching the new employee? That its ok to slack off obviously.

Great movie theater for being sited in a devastated mall development. Has recliner style chairs and is largely staffed by teens. Even so, no worse than any other theatre and never had experiences with loud or inappropriately behaved patrons.

Its high as hell for the alcohol but hey what you expect. Nice theater

The place is generally very clean, the staff helpful. When my son had an issue and got sick, the staff handled it quickly and didnt make us feel unwelcome.

My daughter went to go see It when it came out. When I first pulled in it looked ghetto.when I stepped inside I was very impresses very nice and neat!

We had a fun time. Movie theater was clean. Popcorn was fresh. The only reason I have 4 stars, instead of 5, was because it was pretty warm in the theater.

Particularly, I dont care to be on the Eastside, but surprisingly, I had a good time with my daughter! We were able to watch Jumanji with no distractions from the audience! Love the reclining seats! The reclinging seats were so comfortable, I almost drifted off to sleep! The theater was clean and it was nice to see the community throw away their trash! The consesssion stand customer service was professional, prompt, organized and kind! Thank you!

The AMC theater itself inside is ok. Could use an update and drink self serve areas be cleaner. What is really horrible is the surrounding parking lot and roads to get to theater. Please address the many potholes and mark/outline parking spaces in lot because otherwise will have to abandon establishment.

Clean up could have been a little better. Stepped on a gummi before the movie and had to avoid a decent amount of them while leaving. I did see a small seating issue which was handled very well by management.

Comfortable seats that recline and relatively small theaters. Buy tickets ahead of time if you are going on a weekend, its a busy location so shows fill up quickly. Overall nice theater!

The seats are so comfortable with great cushion. I love how I can recline and am able to put my feet up. A great way to relax and watch a good movie. I like the fact you can pay for assigned seats. No matter where you seat, the view is great! Also, I am an AMC Stubs member. Im enjoying all the perks. For my birthday, I received a free large popcorn! Also, being a stubs member you get free refills, discounts, and so much more!

The only real problem with this place is the holes everyone in the road. There is no way you can get to the front door without having to swerve away from a pothole.

Hi I’ve seen a comment on here talking about a young male and women well I was at the theater that exact same night and the lady that wrote the review of them was being quite racist with her husband. She was being rude to them and very unprofessional. And I don’t like the fact she used black male as a description knowing and didn’t say white female.

Bad Boys for lLife was great! As far as service you need cup holders or trays or something. When people have multiple items ordered they need something to help them carry it to their seat.

The theatre was clean and the kiosk machine to buy tickets was simple enough to use, even if it did require a lot of clicks. Though the lack of support for using the chip on a credit card seems like a glaring omission of security for what seems like pretty new machines. The best part was definitely the comfy seats that recline. Also, twenty minutes of previews reminds me why I often dont go to the movies.

The popcorn is good and hot.the lighting is not good outside but it was still fun.the seats are cool and all but the seats are small so it was very uncomfortable. Other then that it’s a 4/5

We saw John Wick 3 and had a box of popcorn. We enjoyed ourselves. The seats were relaxing and comfortable.

Your prices are too high with a movie and you should buy this was too high I do not like paying all that money out just to be on a date with my woman

This place is very friendly and courteous

This theater has great seating but leaves something to be desired. There isint a bad seat in the house unless the guy next to you falls asleep and starts to snore. Yes the chairs lay down like a bed which will cause this. Food items are crazy expensive to the level of a 32oz being $8 which is absurd. Forget about buying a hamburger or mixed drink unless you want to break the bank. Price of tickets is acceptable for what you get. Theater doesnt hold many which is nice. I will probably be choosing a different place in the future for my movie viewing due to the mentioned inconveniences .

It would of been 5 star but group of teenagers talking out loud and going up and down multiple times.

My husband and I always have great time here. We try and go every Tuesday they have deals and things. Check them out its definitely worth it. The service is awesome its always clean and very comfortable

Horrible experience today. Person next to us smelled like he had smoked weed all morning before coming to the theater. Tired of people constantly checking their cellphones and seeing blue lights from their screens all over the theater. Ushers need to be checking and put a stop to it. If people are rude and ignorant they should be told to leave. If a patron says anything then fights start. Were about ready to stop going. We pay for the movie and snacks and its a lot to pay for ride people to ruin. Sick and tired of this. It happens all the time at this place. The only hope you have as a customer is to get lucky to be in a near empty theater. Would love a refund, but I dont see that happening.

Well I paid 6.00 plus change for a big bowl with a couple of scoops of macaroni and bits of beef, never again that Price gauging.

This is a great place to take in a movie. The facilities is clean, the staff work to get you quickly through the line and into your seat - but no-one is rushing you. They have a wide selection of drinks — several of those self-service coke freestyle dispensers with a touchscreen where you can blend your own, slush drinks, and of course water. They also have a lounge where you can purchase an ‘adult’ beverage if you so like. This is also one of those venues where they’ve changed the seating so that your chair is a recliner and there is plenty of room between you and the seat in front of you. I have always felt safe at this location and treated fairly by the staff.

Counters around the soda fountain as well as the fountain its self, and the condiment area were in horrible condition considering it was not very busy at all, and there were staff that had nothing to do and were standing around. Cleanliness is next to Godliness? Well it would appear i was in hell, because the rest of the theater and lobby were not much better off.

Comfy seats, seemed clean the popcorn was yummy...cant complain.

The movie Harriet was excellent and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

Friendly staff and fairly clean facility for an 8:30 p.m. movie. Walking out in to a completely dark parking lot at almost 11 p.m. was not pleasing! No parking lot lights on at all!

The theater is good and I never heard of any shootings like at the Castleton Mall location, but its in a run down mall area with horrific pavement. Keep your eyes open for craters in the road. Apparently the theater nor the mall cares to fix the situation as long as theyre making money and you mess up your ride to spend your money.

Parking was awesome this trip! Seems like they have worked on their pot hole plagued parking lot. Seats were good. Lighting & movie theatre seats comfortable. Too many kids playing in the theatre though. The kids told me that they hang out there now, since there are limited other place for them to gather.

Love coming in here, this my favorite place to eat hot dog and bring my kids!

Enjoyed the movie. Ordered tickets online, no wait to get in. Popcorn was fresh, Coke freestyle machines. Floors were clean, sounds good level and tone. Seats were large and comfortable.

They raised the price for handicap and elderly to $7.29 which probably doesnt seem like much to you but they only get $52.00 from their checks for monthly spending! With the $52.00 they have to provide themselves with toilet paper, toothpaste, deodorant, body wash, and adult diapers if needed.Think about it...Could you live off of $52.00HANDICAP and ELDERLY shouldnt be robbed. Theres no reason why they should have to pay mor than $3.00 each. So many more would come that you would end up with 3×s as much profit.Thank you for your time. in the future without us. I will be renting Red Box from now on for my residents. btw...there were only 5 people in the whole movie room. I could bring twice that many if the price was lower for them.

My favorite movie theater on the east side of Indianapolis. Very courteous staffing. Always ready to help. One time we missed our showtime, the attendant did not waste time to book us for another showing. Its a really nice place to see latest movies. They have showings in different modes such as 3D, IMAX, Dolby Cinema and Prime. Clean movie theaters with very comfortable chairs.

If you want a great AMC theater. This is NOT the place. You need to go to AMC Traders Point. Much, much better theater.

You wouldnt think the east-side of Indy could have a theater that is so modern but WOW. The place is clean and the seats are comfortable. Also, $5 Tuesdays for tickets and the cameo combo (drink and popcorn) is a deal that you cannot beat.

This is one of my favorite theaters. Reclining seats, large screens and the first two matinees are only $4.99. Not bad, right? Just make sure you book popular releases prior to the show if you want to secure a cheap seat. Food is just ok, and the popcorn needs lots of butter but you cant beat the price.
