This AMC has served me since I was a small child. I am 23 years old now. I have always preferred to goto this particular theater. Over the years they have gone through renovations to make our viewing experiences better, and recently they redid their theaters with reclining seats, and they are pretty comfortable. I am an AMC Stubs Premiere member, and they do consistently provide me quality service. They have changed some of their guidelines for our safety during this time of quarantine and corona-virus but I still attend movies somewhat regularly because I feel as though they are taking good care with the pre-cautions. I hope they continue to be able to serve us and the community for many years to come.

Favorite theater staff is always friendly and recliners in every theater. Best way to watch and movie and the reserved seating is the best. I would encourage anyone to join the A-list membership

Overall the workers were rude. Had good intentions, but came off as rude. The theater is quite nice though. I enjoyed my movie. The employers were just the biggest problem for me

The movie I wanted to see had a problem with it. So they compensated me with my choice of another movie, and then gave me a ticket good for any film at any AMC anywhere. Very clean, comfortable seats. Very clean restrooms. Manager and staff very nice.

Movie was good. Starting to get the amc stubs a-list down. The issue with the theater is bad wifi in the area. I cant get their own app to come up on my phone when I am near the theater. If we order ahead of time from home we are fine. However when we order ahead, we dont get the alist discount. They do have wifi for a-list personnel in the theater, but that does not work on all phones, for some reason.

Good movie & seats but heard the movie next door, shook the speakers on the wall of our movie. Concession girls were nice.

AMC is NOT abiding by the State of Indiana mandate! The mandate states face coverings. They require a face mask. Either put it in the door in nice big letters or start allowing neck gaiters that are covering the face!

Popcorn was less than desirable but other than that was a great experience

Nice, liked the recliner, but way over priced. 2 large drinks, large popcorn, and nachos cost $60. Plus they dont allow free refills.

I love it but I recommend bringing some clorox wipes and cleaning your seat the recliners are perfect and if you watch a bts movie you will probably get the theater to yourself

I have never had a bad experience at this theater. Its always clean & comfortable. The chairs recline, comfy! Everyone working here has the best attitudes & are always smiling. Customer Satisfaction at its finest! Absolutely recommend checking it out.

Movie theaters have sure come a long way. This theater is nice. It has great sound and great picture and the seats are quite comfortable. However the carpet is in dire need of cleaning. The facility itself is nice though. Bring money because youre going to need it at the concession stand

Havent been to a Movie Theater in Years, very different experience but nice. Hubby and I seen Call of the Wild also not what I expected, but Great Movie, a Must See. Theater was clean, Employees very nice. Thanks for a great Date Night

This is our favorite theater to watch movies. Very clean, excellent reclining seats. Have had no issues. Recommend getting the AMC stubs membership and AMC app. The stubs membership is free and provides some decent perks including $5 tickets on Tuesdays.

Great experience even with Covid!

Absolutely love the Stubbs A list (3 movies a week, every week). The app has improved greatly, now allowing me to purchase (free) A-list movies for my wife and I at the same time where previously we each had to use our own phones and separate accounts. The theaters have been clean and pretty well maintained. Love the power recliners. Dolby Cinema is the best! Wish there were more early showings (before or near noon), to allow time to get home before school lets out.

I do not have any pictures but I know one thing for sure is that it was very clean and I havent been to a movie since Norbit and let me tell you the recliners are everything and they are so comfortable oh man, I Love AMC wish there was a commercial they could place me in as i am a great actor as well but this wouldnt be acting this would be from real experience being I havent seen a movie in years!!!!! I LOVE AMC I WILL ALWAYS GO HERE!!!

I do not like that you have to reserve seats. you get stuck next to people you wouldnt choose. ex. people with loud children. tonight we could have had better seats if they didnt assign them because the chart showed the back seats taken when in fact only 6 other people were there besides us. my suggestion...get rid of assigned seats.

You know, the facility is great -- wonderful seats, picture, audio, snacks -- but Ive completely lost the ability to tolerate people talking and on their phones.I saw a recent film four times in the theater, and of those four times, one time I had to tell the person next to me to be quiet, one time I moved because the theater wasnt crowded and the people right next to me were talking. The third time I sat right underneath a speaker that was slightly loose and rattling through the entire movie and then a final time when for once everything was normal.Movies are escapism, but as soon as someone talks or something happens in the theater that distracts you, it pulls you out of the movie and the experience. And with food and ticket prices having a combined total of around $20, if not more, thats a lot of money to pay to not get the experience you went for.Im fortunate to be able to go a couple of days a week during a weekday when the theaters are not so crowded. The theater seems to be doing what they can to make the experience as enjoyable as possible ... I just wish I could say the same for the movie goers.Its a shame.

Great place to view any movie. Excellent sound, seating and screen for the new film Ford vs Ferrari. Love to see any action film in this venue. Purchase tickets and select seating on line for a great experience everytime you see a movie.Im looking forward to the next new film release so we can return and enjoy many times in the future.

I love the fact that its nice and clean it doesnt smell the floors are not sticky the seats are oh so comfortable you can get in any position you want and now that you can eat anything there just about including loaded macaroni and cheese thats what I have to try next time just sounds amazing I always bring a little lap blanket sometimes I like to cuddle up when Im laying in my chair watching a great movie so everyone come on come one come all to the movies to see whatever is playing because youll have a great time

The ticket counter guy was polite and very helpful. Suggested getting on the stub hub and how to do it. The guy that took my ticket was friendly. Will come back to this AMC because of them.

This is my go-to theater in Indy. Clean and has nice employees. Every once in a while something weird will happen (power went out during IT: Chapter 2, theater wasn’t cleaned in between movies once). But I see A LOT of movies, so it’s to be expected. Overall, a great theater!!

Nice place to watch a movie.The hardest part about going to the theater is figuring out what size popcorn to purchase. The facility is clean. The snacks are good. The staff is kind and helpful. The seats are comfortable. Ordering tickets in advance and selecting seats through the mobile app is very convenient.

This used to be one of three IMAX theaters in the Indy area. The theater is pretty clean. They have food and a bar. The new Dolby theater they put in is a pretty cool experience.

This theatre would be a five star but the food is very expensive, be prepared to carry at least 50 bucks for food. On the flip side of this con we have multiple pros, the seats are electronic recliners there very comfortable and you dont have ANY struggle with being uncomfortable plus the fact that the audio is insanely good. You can feel the battle happening. So I extremely suggest going to AMC 17

Oh Showplace 17 how I love you. My go to theatre. It’s almost blasphemous to see a movie anywhere else. Great recliners, concessions never take long, and the lobby is amazing. You just gotta convince the IMAX guys to put in new seats!!

The new A list is where its at unfortunately they updated it to where you can only pick one movie ticket per showing. The app functionality is decent but has some glitches. The theater is some what clean but never really over the top clean. The new Dolby sound is awesome Id say better than the IMAX.

The snacks were tasty, but gave us an awful stomach ache. The IMAX screen and sound was immersive :) they always have the coolest giant movie displays too. It would be nice if the seats had a little more room for people to walk past you in the isle.

Came for an Imax showing. These are the seats. Absolutely deplorable. In every regard. Imax is meant to be a premium experience, not a down grade.I wont be back. Its Flix Brewhouse from now on.

I dont do movies very often, but I bought tickets for Wizard Of Oz, it was part of their classic movies series, and an observance of the 80th anniversary of the release. The seats are super comfy, and the theater is very roomy. I wouldve gave it 5 stars, except the popcorn was NOT fresh.

The IMAX seats arent very comfy. But the theater is usually pretty cleanly and the drink machines are always in order. They do run out of coffee and some of the other menu items pretty frequently it seems.

Ive been going here for as long as I can remember. The new(ish) seats are super cool. The bar is very neat too.

I love the chairs at all the other AMC movie theaters better than these but the staff was okay/friendly, floors a little sticky.

Probably the best AMC in Indie. Great service, super comfortable seating, and up to date on the most recent movies without sacrificing films for those of us who wait for the crowds to clear. Make sure you get the right one, though, because theres at least one other AMC around thats not nearly as good.

Saw the Joker. Seats were very comfortable. Picture and sound did not disappoint.

Make sure you have your phone when you leave for if its the last run and once youre outside the door, they will not let you in to retrieve your phone, ticket stub or not. Regardless, this is an alright cinema and Daddy needs to have his stories.

Popcorn and soda is about 20 Bucks thats to much. But the real problem is the seats were pretty dirty and nasty. The IMAX screen is great for watching movies and sounds great too.

This was our first time at this cinema and it sure wont be the last. Super comfortable recliners. Very clean inside the theater as well as the restrooms. Prices are about the same as any other place. The kids also loves the recliners. Since Im one to always be cold while watching a movie in a theater Ill be bringing a small blanket next time or wear a jacket. Everyone else in our group were comfortable with the temperature.

Enjoyed the ability to purchase reserved seats in advance online. Ticket prices were reasonable. The theater seats reclined and were very comfortable. The only negative was the 20 minutes of previews before the movie started. This was a good 5 minutes more than necessary. Otherwise a great place to watch a movie.

Wanted to get 2 kinds of popcorn, size small, was told I had to get a large! No popcorn for me, getting tickets was very slow.

Saw 1917 here in the nicer Dolby auditorium. 10/10 never watching a movie without the vibrating reclining seats again. Drinks were a little pricy though.

The standard theatre is always a good experience. Thought we would try the IMAX. Bad move. Nasty worn greasy looking seats. I thought IMAX is supposed to be a better experience but the seats don’t recline either. Pay for standard.

Was even more uncomfortable thinking about having to get out lol I did see there was just enough room to get by if necessary but didnt help me this time. Spent half the movie having use restroom. This AMC has reclining seats, which our family loves. Our kids enjoy bringing blankets with them to cuddle up with while watching movies. I recommend the Kids Pack, which comes with popcorn, a kids drink, and fruit snacks for an affordable snack option for younger kids. Ticket prices are reasonable for the quality of the theater. Restrooms and theaters are always clean.

I recently had a horrible experience with AMC 17. I went to see Joker at 11:30. About 10 minutes into the movie, the power went out. 20 minutes later, it came back on but there wasn’t any sound. Finally the movie started playing, but they replayed it from the beginning, so everyone had to rewatch what they had already seen.Yet again the screen went black. I completely understand that this is not the employee’s fault, but when we asked for a refund, it took them over 30 minutes to figure out how to refund the money. It’s like geez people, get your stuff together. It took them way too long to realize that cash would be a lot easier then trying card, for it to not work every single time. Also, from the ten minutes of the movie, I got to see, I noticed the movie quality is not as good as Regal Cinema 14. The picture doesn’t fit the whole screen, in addition to the volume being way too low. I will definitely be visiting Regal Cinema 14 from now on.

Kind of chaotic, with a poorly designed restroom layout. Staff are a bit pushy, but not unfriendly. Prices are high, but that’s AMC in general. Theaters are generally clean, but there’s been a once-in-a-while where I’ve thought l, “Hey, does anyone work here anymore?” IMAX is top-notch, second only to the true IMAX at the State Museum. They crank it too, which is amazing. Much better than the completely fake IMAX at the Castleton location.

We paid for a movie time for Joker in advance online and when we showed up for the movie time...us and several other couples were locked out and a guy who usually takes tickets opened the door for a moment to tell us they were closed and we were all like ummm? Closed??? What about our tickets and all of the movies running right now? And he just told us that it was closed and there were no staff on the clock and got on the bus. Excuse me? movie tickets are expensive and we have still yet to here about a refund and its been 2 months

We just made a recent visit and still enjoyed ourselves.

Joined the A-List Membership. Be aware that if you ever want to cancel it you have to call in and wait for how ever long it takes to get someone on the phone to cancel it (took me 10 minutes). There is no way to cancel it online and all earned points are lost when you cancel the account. Feels like a trap and this is why I would avoid joing.

Our first visit ever was Sunday, October 15th!! We now return quite often!! The food is so delicious!! I love the butter on the popcorn!! The staff are fabulous and the recliners.... I try not to fall asleep, but I am so comfortable and having warm food in my belly... What do ya expect?! The pizza is sooooo good!!!

Watched it in real 3D reclining seats popcorn and a drink, even have a bar you can take your drink to the movie with you. Not the cheapest but well worth it specially to experience it with your child or family loved ones. IT WAS A great EXPERIENCE

I am giving AMC a 4-star rating for its atmosphere and comfortable seating. The concession stand served me old burnt popcorn that had been sitting under the rack for a while. The soda machine were all out except for diet Coke. I like coming to the theater first thing in the morning because it is clean at that time. In the evening it looks as though no one cleaned all day. I cant really find a bad seat in the whole house. Ive sat up front and in the back, left, and right and I think if you wanted to see a movie that is almost full, the front row doesnt disappoint. I just wish the food was better.
