Theatre was great and clean. They emphasized social distancing and didnt sell seats next to a group. Only had 1 family in the theatre besides us and they were 5 rows back. They are currently not offering refills on popcorn or drinks due to covid, and will charge full price another popcorn or drink as opposed to just charging for a new bucket or cup. Thought this should have been put online or somewhere else before we got there, especially since we pre-ordered our snacks online. Overall pretty good experience and we got to see back to the future on the bug screen.

Comfortable place to watch a movie. The Dolby surround sound draws you into thr movie. The hardest part about going to the theater is figuring out what size popcorn to purchase. The facility is clean. The snacks are good. The staff is kind and helpful. The seats are comfortable. Ordering tickets in advance and selecting seats through the mobile app is very convenient.

I have 1 star because 0 stars was not an option. We were there to celebrate my sons birthday. Unfortunately, they would not allow me in without a mask even though I have them a letter from my doctor stating I cannot wear one due to a medical condition. During our time there we saw no other customers other than the four of us in my immediate family.

I was so happy I chose to attend a movie here. The large imax screen and reclining seats made for a good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This was me and my husband first outing since the start of Covid. There place was nice and clean. It was a little warm but besides that the expressive was great.

This theater is spacious and clean. All seating is assigned so your seats will be there if you order online. This was my first trip back to the theaters since they shut down due to Covid-19. They have social distancing built into the ticket ordering process so once you choose your seats the system automatically blocks off other seats. The concession stand is open but small items like lids and straws for drinks are also behind the counter. Its inconvenient but thats social distancing. The theaters are at 40% capacity so there is not a crowd but seats can go fast too.

Very clean and comfortable movie theater. All employees either had a mask on, or a plastic shield. When they opened back up 2 weeks ago, they only opened with 25% capacity, which they follow!

We went to an 8 pm last movie. We bought two tickets for Come Play. The movie theater power went off. No lights and no end of movie. To make everything worse there was not one employee in the theater. I will have to go back today for refund. November 3,2020 Come Play movie.

Enjoyed my time here, the customer rep at the ticketing desk was very supportive and cheerful, our theatre was changed after booking and she immediately helped us out with new information.The staff at the popcorn and beer counter were cheerful and friendly. Theatre was clean and seats were really comfortable. We saw the movie in Theatre 9. Parking was also no hassle, they have a dedicated spot for electric cars but some other car had already iced the spot.

Theater was nice but the mall was kinda shady.

Have never had a bad experience at this cinema yet. The staff at ticketing was extra helpful in explaining their new self serve ticketing kiosks. Staff at concessions was super friendly today too. Saw a movie in theater 1 in dolby cinema. Theater was clean. Sound system was good.

It was very spacious and the steps were well lit so you could see where you were going. The chairs were leather recliners. Very very comfortable. Had a cup holder too. There was plenty of space between people, very well organized and well structured. The sound was awesome and the show playing was Richard Jewels. A must see!

Its the whole experience. Reclining huge red leather chairs, large screen, amazing audio speaker system, clean, and great ticket prices.

Nice theatre with recliner seats. I think the seats are a little narrower than United Artist but still pretty comfy. I like being able to put my own butter on my popcorn and the freestyle coke machine. Although sometimes the popcorn tastes a little stale since it’s been sitting out. Overall nice place to watch some movies

My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. Seating was a little strange in the Theater they put us in. But pretzel bites was okay. Seats where comfortable! Nice clean bathrooms which is always a plus for us! Prices was a little higher then what we are use too. But overall nice movie theater.

My son and I had a wonderful time at the movies. The concession line was a bit long but the movie (Harriet) more than made up for it. If you have not seen the movie yet I highly recommend it. Harriet Tubman was a remarkable woman with an awesome spirit...we need more women like her especially today.

Super glad that they got really nice comfortable chairs now at this theatre! It’s much nicer than other theaters that we have been to. The staff is nice and helpful. This was a nice theater. Spacious, comfortable seating. We purchased our seats online, which made it very quick once we arrived. The screen quality was excellent.

Great movie, but cashier Sheri was negative and had a nasty attitude. Got to the counter and informed her that I wanted to use my free birthday popcorn and drink. She asked if I wanted to use my two $5 rewards. Told her no because it should be free. She looked at me crazy and said “What”. I showed her my app and she then informed that I should’ve told her that in the beginning which I informed her that I did and if she didn’t have such a bad attitude when I came to the counter she would’ve heard me. Great way to start my birthday with bad customer service.

Purchased tickets ahead of time so there was no wait. The cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable about the combos not on the screen. I couldnt decide but he remained patient. I was a little disappointed because our popcorn was stale. Some housekeeping wouldnt hurt this location either. The soda and condiments area was trashed, literally. Spills on the floor, butter/salt on the counters (build up), sticky (dried) soda spills on the counters and the machines, used napkins, straw wrappers, lids just trash. Multiple stalls in the womens restroom didnt have tissue.

Cant wait for them to open back up. Loved taking my family here.

Loved this movie theater on Tuesdays you can see a movie for $5 bucks but you have to be a AMC movie club member to sign up for it its free & its worth it I also enjoyed the free refill on the drinks most theaters does not offer that.

AMC Castleton Square 14 is one of my favorite places to watch a movie. All of the auditoriums feature recliners, reserved seating, and very good sound systems. Even the smallest rooms have surprisingly large screens for their size. But the main reason I visit Castleton Square 14 regularly is for their outstanding Dolby Cinema room. If youve never experienced Dolby Cinema I cant recommend it highly enough. Dolby Cinema has two key components that make it the best movie going experience. First, it features Dolby Vision HDR laser projectors that are capable of displaying more colors than a traditional or IMAX theatre, the projectors in Dolby Cinema are also significantly brighter than IMAX or standard projection and capable of shockingly good black levels, unlike most projectors that display black as a dark grey Dolby Cinema is very close to true black, this gives the image more pop than what you are used to seeing on screen. The second component is an object based sound system, Dolby Atmos, with massive speakers all along the walls and on the ceiling as well as four subwoofers suspended above the auditorium and with transducers built into every reclining seat you really feel the sound. Object based sound gives the sound a truly three dimensional effect, IMAXs five channel sound systems really pale in comparison. I dont hate IMAX, its fine if youre looking for a larger screen and it does have better audio than most traditional theatres but IMAX feels like the past and Dolby Cinema is the future.

My brother and I went to see Little Women the day after Christmas and were pleased at how efficient the staff was working during such a peak time. They were all in a really good mood, so fun!

We went to a later show but it was sort of dirty. Good sound quality and the staff is nice!

Concession area was filthy dirty, both countertops and floor. No napkins. One butter machine empty. Concession staff would not wait on people in Stubs Premiere line. There were about 10 people in Stubs line, and instead they waited on people as they got in the other line — there was absolutely no one in regular line. I finally said something (I was first in Stubs line) and then they finally waited on me. No manager in sight.

The theater was clean, the seats are soooo comfortable, and even near the front, it isnt hard to watch the movie. The food area was clean, the lines werent very long, and the staff was very quick and efficient. I cant wait to go back and hopefully they will have the online ordering up and running so you can have goodies delivered to your seat during the show! :)

We went for the movie only and did not purchase any food items. Who chairs were extremely comfortable and the theater was a good temperature. First time I have been there and I would attend again.

Nice movie theater! We went to see Captain Marvel which I really enjoyed. I got to watch it in comfort thanks to the spacious and reclining seating. The theater was clean and the indoor temperature was comfortable. I have nothing to contribute about their food services because I hardly ever buy food at movie theaters *Update* I was back in town and saw the new Spiderman movie here. Had the popcorn and it was pretty good! Love that they have the add your own butter feature. I also had a Coke icee and it was delicious

Drink/Butter station was filthy. High prices. Only saving grace is the comfy seats. Well stick to the Glendale Landmark theater from now on.

This is literally the worst AMC in the Indianapolis area. The staff is either confused or doesnt care, the popcorn never seems to be hot not matter when you go, and the prices are much higher than that of other theaters (Regal downtown, Goodrich in Fishers). Im an AMC Stubs member and have been consistently disappointed in the service a look of this theatre. Just today, I went to see the 4 pm showing over SpiderVerse and our seats were FILTHY! One, patrons should be respectful enough to help out the staff, but staff should also clean theaters before guests arrived.

Bad experience on Saturday June 29. Had tickets for 12:30pm showing of Toy Story 4. Arrive at theater and cannot find tickets on app. Go to manager (who was very nice) and he said they are having trouble with the Dolby Theater and the showing was cancelled. He asked if I had notice. I said “no the only notice I got was around 9am this morning when AMC said ‘get excited for Toy Story 4!.’ He apologized and tried to rebook us, but could not complete the transaction. So we did it on the app and got into the 1pm show. The theater was not clean, there were no napkins available at the snack stand. Popcorn buckets were 80% full at best. I am very concerned about this theater - poor service is fairly common there and now they are having issues with their marquee theater. They need to get it turned around.

The reclining chairs are great! Food is crazy expensive but good. They even have a bar! Its a win-win!

My family and I go to this AMC all the time. One day we are running late for a movie. The movie was going to start an hour and I knew that we were not going to be able to make it. So I issued a refund. Never even got my refund. I called AMC knowing and pick up the phone I wrote in to AMC and I got the runaround. As much as my family and I go here you would think that they would issue a refund back to me. We go to the same AMC at least twice a month and still no refund has been returned to me.

You get 2 cups of cheese with nachos. Prices are outrageous as per the norm. Gluten free snack options. Doesnt seem to be overrun with high school kids anymore like it was a few years back. They updated their seating as well. Full recline and u pick in advance.

I’ve never been to a theater where there Are 30 minutes of trailers!!!!!! And on top of that theres absolutely nothing else to do in the theater if you’re there early. Get some games or something. But customer service was so excellent!

The most relaxing chairs Ive ever viewed a movie from. Theaters are nice and spacious with incredible sound and picture quality. You dont feel like youre being sandwiched in between other audience members. Would have given 5 stars but the people to my right were talking through the ENTIRE movie and not one attendant walked inside the theater to check on the audience throughout the movie.

The movie experience is very good. But to pay that much for popcorn or a beer is way way to much.

Absolutely fantastic! We saw Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker in their IMAX 3D movie theater. All the rows are stadium seating, and you dont even notice the person in front of you. Theres no problem seeing the screen. There is a lot of room in the rows. The chairs are even better. They recline back like youre at home in a lay-z-boy, so comfortable. You will pay for this luxury. Our tickets were about $20 a person. One thing that bothered me a little was I didnt know if the 3D glasses had been sanitized. Thats why they lost a star. I would prefer to give 4.5 stars because everything else was great. The 3D glasses are recycled after people use them. When we picked ours out, we noticed they were dirty, and we had to wipe them off. I would appreciate a sign from the movie theater stating the glasses had been sanitized between each use. The theater was clean. The audio was great. And I loved buying my tickets ahead of time on the AMC website. That gave me the option to select and reserve the seats we wanted. All I had to do was show my confirmation to the ticket person, they scanned it, and in we went. That definitely saved time from waiting in line to buy tickets. You can also sign up for AMC stubs that will give you perks for seeing movies. I would recommend this theater for a great movie experience. Enjoy!

Big roomy screens. Wonderfully soft seating that you can adjust like a lounge chair. Love the balcony type arrangement of the seats. What I mean is that its platform balcony like youre on a balcony on each level.Love that you can purchase adult beverages and food as well the normal traditional movie snacks.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Great concession options with decent customer service. The option of theaters is impressive with an IMAX and a Dolby Cinema as well as normal screens and 3D screens. Plenty of different options at this location. Not the biggest IMax but quite impressive for being attached to a mall. No entrance from the mall directly into the movie theater but it is a short walk outside to get to the theater entrance. This place and the AMC Showplace 17 on the south side of Indy are the two best theaters around the Indianapolis area in my opinion.

Seating is great, except for Imax (not the theaters fault). Lines are long on busy nights and seating always runs out for early premieres.

Staff wont make eye contact, floors are filthy dirty with garbage, and best part is they charge you 6 dollars for a soda and without reason shut off the soda machines at 11pm...a totally unnecessary cash grab when the average price per fluid ounce is about 4 cents. Best part....you can be profiled and harassed by pistol armed rental cops. If this hasnt sold you....then at least come enjoy the deafening sound levels in IMAX theater!.

This theater is out of this world. The comfort of the chairs, the reclining feature, the bar and large concession stand. what else could you ask for but a great time and AMC provides that!

Now THIS is how to see a movie! You get to pick your seats and then to find out you have your own personal RECLINER for the movie!?? WHAT!???! Refills on the sody pop too... You can get a cocktail if the mood strikes but its gonna cost ya.Also, be prepared to wait on line for a bit, get sticker shock at the popcorn counter and ticket prices... But maybe thats just Indianapolis?? Enjoy! And remember to turn your phone off!

I always enjoy time spent at AMC theaters, the one at Castleton Square is no exception. The one in Greenwood is the neighborhood go to, but since the one at Castleton Square is right next to On the Boarder, one of our new favorite Tex-Mex places, it was the logical choice. As was hoped, AMC at Castleton Square did not disappoint. Always clean, always professional, the stadium seating, the comfy reclining chairs. What else can I say!

I am extremely dismayed at my theater experience this evening. I purchased tickets online for the 10:10pm showing of Downton Abbey. I think $29 for two adult tickets to a movie is ludicrous, but I had a gift card. I paid the “convenience fee“ which I thought was silly. After I looked on your website and saw that if I had signed up for your rewards program it would’ve been waived, I was more irked. So I’m $29 in the hole, I go into your theater and I wait in line while three cashiers are standing at the refreshment counter. I’m waiting to buy my box of candy and a large drink to share with my date, and there is one guest in front of me who is checking out. Neither of the other two cashiers offer to help me and my date cash out. The guest in front of me is having a hard time, repeating himself and pointing to things because the cashier helping him (the one the two other cashiers were standing next to) was signing and motioning to the guest in front of us hinting that he was deaf. He would not speak. The guest in front of us continued pointing and did not speak for the remainder of the transaction. We now walk up to the counter, and all three of them are laughing. The cashier who hinted at being deaf was laughing and in our faces said, “man I was trying to keep that up as long as I could.” I was beyond words, and then he tells me a large soda and box of raisenets is $14. So I waited in line, because one of your fool employees thought it was funny to act deaf, and the other two just stood by and watched. Then they all had a good laugh. The other two cashiers started helping the guests that were now forming a line behind us. So we were ignored, and made to watch someone feign a disability and charged an arm and a leg for snacks. Needless to say, I won’t be back to another AMC theater. It was a waste of money, and more than that, a huge disrespect to a paying customer. Extremely dissatisfied. I would ask for a refund, but there’s no point in getting the gift card back, as I won’t be returning.

Worse Customer Service ever !!Family day movie visit, that couldve been better. Purchased tickets online to avoid the line. Sheri at concessions was rude and short. I showed my AMC rewards card in purchasing food items. She stated we dont scan rewards here, we just do concessions. They do that up front, so to my surprise,I just decided that this would be my last visit here, based upon her rudeness and attitude.

I now know why I would always choose AMC theaters, the feel of the whole place makes you feel welcome. I was thankful to the staff for helping with my purchase.

This place is wonderful! Its comfortable, and relaxing. Im one of those people who always find constructive criticism, so here goes! The food is SUPER PRICEY. On top of the expensive food, its not that good. I got the pretzel bites with cheese and the bites were good, but the cup of cheese was disgusting! It was like a powdered mixture with added water. Imagine that taste, and thats exactly what it was. Popcorn was ok but cold like its been sitting there all day. Those are my only complaints. I just feel like if youre going to pay $23 for popcorn, ONE drink, and pretzel bites; then it should be exquisite.
