Went here for my first date, had loads of fun! Comfortable reclining seats and tray for your food. WAY better then IMax.

The theatre (concession area - lobby) is dated but the individual theatres have been “updated” with reclining chairs.The chairs have an attached table making it easy to eat.The chairs feel cheap, and uncomfortable when reclined. You can tell they cut on cost trying to compete with AMC Theatres recliners.Regal needs to raise the bar if they want any type of chance of comparison.

Nice seats! Best seats of all Indy theaters, leather recliners and tray tables next to cupholders to place snacks on. Why dont the other theaters think of this?

I am always surprised at how empty this theater is. It has comfortable recliners, hot popcorn, and a food court nearby where you can pick up other things if you really want different food. While I dont understand why people arent coming here, I actually hope it keeps going like this so I can always get a seat to whatever movie I want to see.

One person at the counter and it took over 15 minutes for a single order of nachos. They had to run my payment for tickets and again for food at two different registers. I was the only one in line. Place was clean though. Paid $7.80 for a single ticket. I guess they run on a skelton staff. I should have passed and just went to the mall.

Rarely enough staff working even on busy nights. Ive literally have walked in without having any look at my ticket. Theaters dont seem to be the latest digital format and sound. Seats are comfortable and usually clean. Overall its not the worst, but far from the best.

It was super empty when we went on a Monday afternoon. We got to have the theatre practically to ourselves. The staff was prompt at getting us our tickets when we arrived. The popcorn was good and the seats reclined really far back so it felt really comfortable like laying in bed.

Came on a Sunday evening. Able to buy tickets 20 minutes before the show. Nice seats with plenty of room. Small theaters but not crowded. They validate mall parking.

Went to Regal Cinemas, and oh my goodness has it been so long since Ive invited someone to go see a movie. If a person with a considerable size family go to the movies and plan on getting refreshments before or during the show. FYI, the next day or shortly thereafter be ready to take out a 2nd Mortgage !!

I was really upset they didnt have a dine In theater in Indianapolis. that all changed when I realized I had automatic reclining seats! Nice clean theater, a lot of legroom, you got to be careful not to fall asleep if the movie is slow. Rocketman kept me rocking!

Small but decent cinema with multiple screens, good food options and very comfortable recliner chairs. The cinema is very comfortable and the small size adds to the comfort. The sound and video quality is also good. The screens could be a bit bigger but overall pretty good.

I enjoyed myself with my best friend and the Deltas! The theater was very clean and the seating was WONDERFUL!!!

Love this place. Near to downtown.big screens are good to watch. Staff are friendly and they waive parking ticket if you watch a movie. Popcorn time.

Dont go to the movies much but seems like a nice place overall. All of the seats are electric recliners so theyre more comfortable than standard movie theater seats but wouldnt call them plush. Standard concessions snacks and drinks and easy to navigate.

I really like this movie theater. They have reasonable ticket prices and comfortable reclining chairs. Every time I go here I always enjoy my experience.

Love coming here, especially on discount ticket Tuesdays. I work nearby so Ill usually come buy tickets around lunch and then come watch after work. It has reclining seats and friendly staff

Updated and electronic seat recliners that fully recline plus wide rows so people can pass by without having to move. Nice.

Always a great movie experience! Friendly staff too. Go here at least twice a month just for that. Keep it up Regal. Last week we went to see Aladdin and the wrong movie played. The staff their resolved our issue quickly!

The staff is very nice and helpful. The seats are comfortable. I perfer theaters with arena style seating but that wouldnt really work at the mall. I feel like they make the most of what they have. My only real complaint is I think the movie tickets are a few dollars more than any other theater due to the downtown location at the mall, so its kind of expected.

A bit pricey but the theater is very good and the recliner are incredible.

Great location and good reserved reclined seating floor plan. Wish the recliners had lumbar support. Mens bathroom was trashed and every toilet was unusable.

The theatre is great and I liked the adjustable comfy seating, but I dont enjoy the insane snack prices. I think thats all movies theaters though.

So while at a convention at the JW Marriott we took a walk for lunch. For a great snack for convention and room we picked up a delicious pop corn. Great prices as well.

Great place to catch a movie. Best seats Ive seen in Indy so far way better than the AMC theaters. If you park in mall garage bring ticket with you to get validated at theater. Free parking for 4 hours when you see a movie.

I love the shows there but I am always so cold even in the summer. Also, obviously the prices are high

I live in downtown Indy. I am disabled and get around by power chair. I love this Regal theatre, the chairs and the employees are great.My only complaint, and the reason for four stars instead of 5, are the commercials before the movie starts. Before start time it’s ok, but after the start time I expect to see previews and ads for the theater snack bar, not commercials for cars, at&t etc. I go to the theater and pay to see a movie not commercials. I get all the commercials I want at home. With all the commercials it’s not much better than tv. I know the movie is not interrupted, but going to the theater is about the overall experience and feeling you get there. Putting tv commercials in there ruins that experience. Like I said, before the official start time, if you get there early, that’s different, but when the start time comes there should be no tv commercials. I kind of feel cheated in a way I pay $13 for the same stuff I get at home.Other than that I just love this theater and Regal. The Rewards program is great.And the employees at the downtown location are nice and friendly.Thank YouDarren Laughlin

Its nice if you go when teenage riff raff isnt there. They have reclining chairs, staff is nice, it could use a bar though.

Had a very good time visiting the theater to see How To Train Your Dragon: Hidden World. The theater was clean and seats were comfortable. The only downside were the restrooms afterward...a lot of stalls were either dirty or missing the door lock mechanism so the door doesnt stay closed.

Dont go to the movies much anymore, but was pleasantly surprised how this had been upgraded. The seats were plush & comfortable and since we were going at an off time from when they would be busy, had choice of seats. Little pricey at the concession stand. Had a gift card for tickets, but they still charged us some sort of fee even though the tickets were supposed to be free.

Located on the top level of Circle Centre mall it is in the middle of downtown with access to plenty of restaurants which makes it the ideal place for date night. Clean, family friendly and efficient. The only downfall is the prices. $2 higher than AMC and no bar area.

My grandson and I went to see Ma. The cashier made suggestions as to which seats to choose. The theater was nearly empty. We laid back and enjoyed the movie. This theater doesnt serve alcohol.

After seeing how some of the customers act and and hearing what they say as they leave, I am quite impressed with the staff. They obviously want to do a great job. For my experience everyone was polite and did a fine job. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable regarding movies and helping me find my seat. Thanks to the staff and all of their hard work.

Place is awesome. We went to a later showing . There was not alot of people. Seats where spacious and electric. Was able to get our seats purchased before we got there . Huge bonus if you are like me and particular on where you sit.

Ive been coming to this theater for about 4 years now. I live downtown so its the nearest one and I usually have good experiences here. I went to watch Us and it has to be the single worst movie theater experience Ive ever had. The usher that receives tickets wasnt paying attention nor directing people to the correct theater. Causing a large amount of people to be confused and move seats and disturb the atmosphere. Lights werent shut off until at least 10 - 15 minutes into the movie. Movie etiquette went out the door... Really disappointing experience.

Nice! Great perks if you are a regal member! High food prices tho.

I have slowed down on going to the movies in this year that is 2019. Its currently happening now around me but one day it will be the past. When it is in the past I will be able to look back in my visit here with the babe and think to myself it was all going so well. The clerk picked out our tickets for us without either of us asking him to and then we had to ask him to switch us seats. Jess thought he had an accent and I thought he probably just liked graphic novels and knowing things. Things were going great though. Really enjoy the bring your own mini wine bottles and snack policy. The movie wasnt as good as I wanted it to be but Jess and might have kissed. Oh yeah I told Jess to run when she went to the restroom and she did.

18 dollars a month unlimited movies .. my red this week. Regal offers a great deal and great staff

Theater was super big and comfortable. Trying to get my parking validated was kind of a mess and then when I went to leave the parking garage it didnt even work, so they tried to charge me $12.

This is one of my favorite places to see a movie and the seats are so comfortable. I have learned though that in a sold out theater, if someone is in your seat they wont do anything about it or even offer you a refund for not being able to see the film. They didnt care in the slightest.

Theater is nice, it wasnt busy when we went and we had the whole theater to ourselves. They even have the chairs that recline but most of them are uncomfortable as the leg support doesnt come up all the way.

A very dated theatre. Staff was inexperienced, distracted and not very helpful. Seats and restrooms were dirty. Would not recommend this theater. The only advantage to this theatre is when you leave you can buy new clothes at the mall. You will want to burn the clothes you were wearing in the movies.

We were here for 20 or more minutes just to wait for tickets and then we were late to our movie so we just left before we even got our tickets

My fiance and I had our first date there. We routinely go back to hang out in the arcade, get lunch and catch movies... Its kind of our thing now.

Good seats. Avengers end game came out and they had two people working on a Friday night. Missed the opening scene waiting to get a drink and popcorn and ended up leaving the line. Complete waste of time. Staff accordingly

I must say going to this theater was an amazing experience, the staff was friendly and management was overly exceptional. I don’t understand some of these tasteless reviews because anytime I had gone there it was amazing especially that manager whom was extremely helpful when I had a question he answered it immediately. I would give this particular theater 10 stars if I could. The popcorn was very fresh and service was prompt at the concession stand thanks for a incredible experience would visit again very often if I could.

The updating seating is nice, but they really need to be at a higher elevation Im the back. The sound system was also disappointing, especially after recently coming from the IMAX at the museum.

Fairly comfortable chairs. Screen was decent as well. I would have gave it 5 stars but they dont clean very well between movies.

The weekend crowds at this location bring down the usual atmosphere of fun that was once a draw. Now, weekday showings are what you want if you want a fun experience at the movies. Too bad for the staff that the customers create a negative space, because this used to be a huge draw for people. Now, many stay away rather than deal with noise pollution during movies. The staff are wonderful and overworked for what they are asked.

The staff isnt the most professional or friendly; they seem like they all hate their jobs, however the seats are comfy (maybe too comfy if you just ate a big meal or are watching a boring movie) but overall its a great theater compared to some other crusty places around town. They have recliner seats and wood floors now, btw.

I enjoyed seeing Ant-man & Wasp there but the theatre even with lights on was too dark & only one employee was there! I wasnt scared but the whole complex was way too dark, the movie lobby, the corridors & inside the theatre! I was so excited to be there since it had been almost a decade since Id been there last, when my oldest grandchildren were just toddlers! My friend & I enjoyed our movie even thought there was only one other person watching the movie with us! We were excited to be up on the top floor of the mall & to see all the fun activities people can enjoy up there in addition the movie, such as an arcade center! I was surprised the theatre which seemed so state-of-the-art a decade ago, with lots of foot traffic back then now seemed to be almost abandoned! I saw maybe 5 other customers in the movie lobby as we were leaving! At the end of the movies, I always do, we stayed to see all the credits roll but the lights never came up & at the end of the movie still the lights did not comr up. My friend & I noticed how dark the inside of the theatre was! The room was almost black with too dark carpet, too dark upholtery upholstery & too dark drapes!
