Place is clean, staff and neighbors are friendly and rent is very affordable, close to shopping centers and restaurants.

This establishment is so crooked. They dont accept payments from the trustees office they wont let the trustees help you with your rent your water or anyting. They have water main breaks once to twice a month almost every month when water is turned off for 6 8 10 hours. I hope this place gets stuff together Ive been here 12 years and Im ready to leave

Worst customer service ever. They dont care about there residents at all. Its a decent place to live but dont expect to get any kind of help from the office. Plus there rude and arrogant and they do this on purpose due to the fact they have no one to answer to. Buyer beware !!!!!!!!!
