Wow where to begin? No privacy or respect for my own property (the home, I own it) they will stick passive aggressive notes on your door every other day that are hilariously misspelled. Bobbi is a nosy, rude, and lazy manager. All she does is sit outside and smoke all day! Asked maintenance once to come look at a water leak, got yelled at by the guy with no teeth. “I ain’t got time for this!” He yelled. Last time I’ll do that. I bought this home four years ago and own it outright and not once have I ever seen the owner/manager put a dime back into the park. The roads are just awful, the pool has been empty for years now, there’s drug activity, the back of the park smells like weed all the time, people are rude and do not want to talk to you.

Moved in here March 1st then covid happened. They are not at all willing to work with you. They leave notes on your door every other day. Management sucks, she (bobbie) is rude and they lie. I believe they will scam you if your not paying attention. I would not recommend living here

I ho here for jobs a lot, they have drain issues, but are quick about getting them fixed.

Wonderful place to live thank God almost out of the miserable marriage I am in the people were great but just a miserable marriage

This community is by far the worst that i have ever lived in not as far as the neighbors by any means i had some great ones management is another story the manager the owner has is not a reasonable peraon at all she acts like a modern day Hitler and will not listen to any problem or complaint as far as maintenance they will not fix any of their properties my floor was missing out of the colset and bathroom and was told about it numours times and they wouldnt even come look at it so make your own decision if you want to live here.

The owner and property manager are very good and helpful people. Property is kept nice and neighbors are friendly

This is a good and safe place to live, the area is watched. Its nice and quiet due to mainly older folks being here. Management is a little strict, But thats what it takes to keep things running smoothly and not a lot of havoc

It sucked went to pick up someones leafs and they said I cant run them over with the lawn mower

I come often to visit .And I am always pleased when I pull up into the trailer park .Its clean and most of staff that I have already met are pleasant and friendly ..Seems safe and quiet .

Do not keep up on maintenance ( its horrible) especially the rental trailers.

I am interested in purchasing someones privately owned mobile home, currently located in this park. I called the park office to find out what moving it would involve as far as the lease. I talked to a lady who was very short with me....crazy sounding actually. She said, it cant be done. Mind you, I did not give her the guys name or address. She just kept repeating, NO, NO, NO! Then she said theres a 5 year lease and he just signed it, again without knowing the address. The seller also told me they are very strict....you cant own a motorcycle, have a dog over a certain weight, etc. So, buyer beware. Apparently, they will hold your trailer hostage. Im not sure what is normal, but a 5 year non-negotiable lease sounds a little insane. I have no idea what Ill be doing in 5 years, but you better before you go signing with them.

Ive lived here since November 2016. I was never given a list of rules, but I got yelled at for trying to add antifreeze to my car. They make up the rules as they go along, which is why they wont give out a list when people move in. Got yelled at in April for having a quiet conversation in my living room with the door open. I was talking to loud, apparently. Im usually at work everyday from 9:30am to 9:30pm, but every time I take a day off, and try to hang out at home I get yelled at for something. If you want to live here, act like you dont exist, and dont be home when the office is open.

Lived here 3 or 4 yrs ago nice park i did not have any problems with the neighbors nice trailer very few minor problems they have a pool little small though. Nice place kids are brats

Welcome to the Lantern Estates, population: It depends. You arent allowed to have your car hood open to even change your oil. No Trick or Treating allowed on Halloween either. Everybody is a snitch; god forbid you have one thing on your porch because SOMEBODY is sure to tell Dawn. Muddy as hell too so you might slip. Beware if you are elderly for that reason. Not allowed to lay down hay to prevent slips because you are not allowed to alter the landscape. Some of these trailers dont even have central A/C. Be sure not to miss even a single day of paying that rent though or youll be sorry. There are some friendly people though. This place is nicknamed Nazi Ville by many.

That place is horrible. No one there can mind their own bussiness. Dawn the woman in the office is rude as hell if you have kids she cusses them out. Matiance is the worst they never fix anything or do it wrong. What they rent you is broken trash

The lady dawn will charge you $$$$ for rent and Some of the homes are trash they have a pool but all you can do just look at the water and you cant fix up your house to they have to do it and they just make it worst
