Ive lived here for a little over 4 years and the leasing agent is very friendly and understanding the neighbors are nice and friendly I really like the basketball court and Park.

What a difference from last year, this place is looking good. Love the staff- made me feel really welcome. Just have to wait for a home to come open.

I seen ads on craigslist for all these really nice mobile homes for rent and sale, then i reviewed the reviews on this community here on google reviews and seen some positive ones recently, so i decided to do a drive through and this place needs to be demolished and redone from scratch, every single mobile home in this place is uninhabitable unless you are a rat or some kind of animal or bug, the roads look like something you would see in Iraq or the middle east, now having said that if the owners are trying to fix the place up they are not trying very hard from the looks of thing, so all i can say is they really need to try harder because no one with any values will live here.

There is a great potential here. Management and the Corporation is doing the best they can to clean up the community. They are overwhelmed in removing old abandoned mobiles and management is only one individual trying to keep the place going kudos to her taking care of everything!

These ladies know how to take care of their customers right on homegurls.......

I give this place a 5 Star just for the changes theyve already made. I lived here 19 years ago and driving through it now is almost unrecognizable. Great effort and keep up the good work. Way to improve the area.

The staff is very pleasant except for the waitress that we had for that night. I asked could some of our party sit at the table in front of us and she said no. And I ended up going to a manager who was accommodating and very nice about the situation.

Great place to live there cleaning up the park a lot plus putting in new trailers for people.

We have been here 3 years now through the good bad and ugly! The good has just began in the recent months. Out with the old and trashy, in with the new! Finally have a great office manager Dru! Keep up the good work everyone!

Its nice palace to live I live here 5 years the managers Sylvia has done nice job running and cleaning this this palace up and she a very nice person so we need managers like her

Management is unfriendly, rude and unprofessional, she allows person in the community whom is not an employee deliver mail that contains private confidential information; no I do not live there but I have two sons and their families that do. I had considered moving here to be closer to my family but considering these facts and whenever I did call to get information, I had to leave a message several times and never got a response.

I moved in here about 2 months ago and I love it. It’s actually quiet, great school system, it’s clean and Ms Dru in the office as well as the rest of the staff are awesome. My kids love living out here too ️ Definitely much better than a year ago...I drove thru last year and immediately drove out. It’s done a complete turn around.

It was a dump but theyre currently undergoing renovations and updating. Theyll be worth taking another look soon. The cost is very affordable.

Maintenance doesnt keep trash off the property. They nit pick at good home owners and let trashy ppl be trashy.

Both me and my husband have lived here since November 2016!! New management has made us really feel on top of this world now!! So very proud to call the PONDAROSA TRAILER COURT our home now!!!!!!

Was told before moving in, that our windows and steps would be repaired. They were not. Was not told that junkies gutted the wires to connect a stove. Its not a bad place and could use some love but management is misleading. I suggest you bring your most construction experienced friend to a walk thru before buying, which is what I should have done.

Alotta trashy people dont take care of their homes, makes the few who work hard to do so look bad, office worries about the unimportant things, maybe they should try controlling the 1000 strays!! Stop sending stupid notices about the nice things we do to OUR yard to make OUR home look good!!Maybe if your bored in the office you can deal with the trashy yards that actually are an issue!! Or pull the abandoned tore up trailers outta here!! Try to get to know the long standing few tenants here rather than try to push us out of OUR homes! We want a nice clean community as well, talk to us as humans not dollar signs!

Crappy place to be in the residents are great but the staff is awful. They dont help you at all and they do not take care of any maintenance issues. In the two years I was there there were a total of five different managers who did not know what they were doing. Customers/residents are not their first priority period.

It really looks nice here, the yards look good and the price is right. Met with the office and grounds keeper

Horrible place to live! Pictures are not even of the actual place! Management are corrupt! Always losing rent money and never give receives. They try to sell trailers without tiittles, theyll get whatever little excuse to (after you pay)kick you out! And even if you have tittle to your home will file eviction notice right away. Then wont even let you take your trailer out even if you want. Kids are always outside and in vacant trailers who knows doin what. Also breaking to other homes and parents wont do anything not does the police. Management turns the other way because they know it doesnt benefit them. Sadly this place doesnt even deserve a one start but its the only way to leave a review.... But Do Not Move In!!

This place needs some serious cleaning up so much drugs and please send there all the time its an unsafe environment for children that children running up and down the streets back in the day it was a really good Park in a nice place to live now it just really needs an overhaul

Hi guys I lived here for 9 yers and thay are takeing all the old moblehomes away and replaceing them with fancy and moderon ones

First of all the pictures above are of a cemetary. Every year the place is getting worse. They sell trailors knowing they cant get a title for because the company will not pay the back taxes on or the trailor was moved in and no title was provided for. Most of the trailors have mold in them. Management tries to do what they can until owners tie their hands.Best advice: Do not move in here!

Dont move here this place needs shut down. They sell condemned trailers and after you buy one they wont give you the title. There are no water meters they split everything between the tenants that means if 5 people move the other tenants has to pay for theres. The park is infested with bugs and drugs. The management is horrible. No security. We moved out and they have the trailer for sale and still send us a bill. We lived there 4 months and asked and asked for our title and never received one. Too bad I had to even give this place 1 star because they dont even deserve it.

I bought a trailer for cheep, tons of issues still no title. I keep to myself bc there are drug attics everywhere. I like the management, he does what he can. There starting to clean things up. Lets hope this helps.

They are starting to really treat people badly. They came in and tore out our back fence ( I have a dog) and didnt give us any notice verbal or otherwise.
