Nice and clean yards ..management seems to care about residents.

I visited here once the office manger was helpful kind of rushy away me so to speak want to much in my opinion for the rent of these but they do have a nice play area for kids I saw that it is close to the street. It also looks like a clean and safe place to live.

They dont fix nothing are all I have been here for over a year and was promised my home to be fixed and I got nothing done at all. I was promised money off if I resigned and that was a lie. No 1 Will call me back or fix anything.They do have a new person in the office now and Im hoping she can turn everything around for me.

Cool place I work there

Lived here almost two months now, and we are very happy.Cynthia was outstanding at move-in time. Community seems quite safe, neighbors friendly. Our new singlewide is shockingly like a site-built house.They are in the process of moving out old homes and replacing them with new ones. Maintenance staff friendly and responsive over a couple small issues we had at move in. Will never go back to an apartment.

I dont know where this place is. I dont recall ever being there.thats why I scored it a one star.

Cynthia is amazing! I just moved in and she did an outstanding job at getting my home ready in such a short time. So far the park is quiet and the neighbors seem nice. Im happy with my decision to move here.

My sister and brother-in-law live there I would suggest finding somewhere else to live. The office manager is all by all by herself the owners will not give her any help so nothing gets done

The manager is young and not very professional. She is biased to certain tenets and has these off disrespectful tones aft and r she gets you where she want you. If she worked with the people with love then she would get double that back. She needs to learn how to be more patient and remember everyone has stresses. She gets some work done its just the cordialness she use with contractors and family should be the same for the community because the Army pay you to be yelled at and the Army is even a big family.... lessons in learning to treat others like a human and not a check. They raised the lot fee so if u pay lot u would be about a 450. Sad every year no misses and some of those pictures are NOT THE MAPLEWOOD COMMUNITY

Again no water and no notice about turning off water. Third time she has not notified the park that they would be working on it. But hey. Corporate dont care so why should she right?Unhappy about having to have a perfectly put up yard all the time we have a 7 year old and now our daughter cant have her pool because it has to be emptied every night and it takes 4 hours to fill. Local management OK but big wigs act as if our place should look like no one lives here. Other than that neighborhood is nice people are friendly.Apparently I was wrong it wasnt corporate. There are many places here one right across from the office who always have stuff and trash all over their yard. It was little Missy who wants to play power plays and only messes with people who arent her friends. Also when Drew was here someone was always at the office and when she wasnt going to be there there was plenty of notice. 3 times in this last year we had no water and no notification that it was going to be off. Perhaps corporate needs to vet their pick of management better. Wish we could get Drew back it was cleaner and nicer. My daughter and I cleaned up the park the other day cause no one does it anymore.

Manager is inciting violance&hanges w the gang members. I rate it a - 10 stars. Thats minus 10 stars at least! 2 assults in 2yrs by same gang. Im sure drive by shootings are next if they dont get the gang members&manager out now.

This place is a joke, great manager but corporate is AWFUL!

Could not it would not answer questions about safety in this trailer park. Left with most questions left unanswered. Very evasive said afraid of being sued if answering simple questions about safety concerns
