Place was Good. There was like 3 couples i came on a tuesday day pass.Me and my wife went to the playroom and the maintenance guy was just walking around not doing anything but lurking. When we were in the pool area he just sat on the side staring doing nothing. When we went down to the playroom he followed to just move chairs around lurking inside and than forbid us from going inside the couples playroom saying there was glass broken. My wife doesn’t mind other couples around or looking at us but not a full clothes Maintance man just staring for his own pleasure. Not Cool !Not cool we enjoyed the pool but couldn’t enjoy the playrooms.I don’t know if we will be back. Paid $40 a day pass for nothing.

A true adventure, and I mean that in a really good way

The stay was ok. The resort is what it is. However, the hotel decided to do a repair on its water at 2pm and it was completely off until 7pm. Very aggravating since we had outside dinner plans with friends. A warning would have been ideal so we could shower early. The last thing travelers expect is to be without water for extended period of time. A future complimentary night would have been nice.

Most friendly environment I have ever dealt with. The staff was amazing...especially Robert. Everyone makes you feel at home and welcomes you. I will be staying here again. Best resort me and my wife have ever stayed at. Already planning our next trip thanks to Robert. Go to thos resort and you will find happiness and pleasure

This was quite an experience for me I am an outgoing person and like to have fun this hotel completed my trip in Miami I was there for the super bowl never knew a place like this existed I am very glad that I had the opportunity to stay I would say everyone should experience this facility once in their lifetime the staff was very friendly the rooms were all uniquethe only advice I could give to anyone is bring some earplugs if you want to get sleep the music whats loud but I was okay with it when I was ready to sleep I put my ear plugs in and it was fine this is not a 5-star hotel but I would say it was nice and great experience and I would recommend this spot for everyone I would visit it again when Im in Miami the location was great next to the boardwalk you cant go wrong very entertaining LOL

This place was okay. I wish it was a little more updated, def needs new paint job as the look of the place is really rundown looking. The single men had no respect for the couples room, they kept walking in whenever they want! Otherwise the people were very nice and everyone was having a great time. Bartender was nice she made us our own drinks from our own bottle. The byob was a great feature saved us money on drinks.Went for the party night $60 for me and the husband, access to the playrooms was very interesting but all accessible. For the first time being there it was fun. Did not try the pool although roof top was nice. Had no idea where to get towels. All in all a fun place to be able to let loose with out judgement. Def would love to come back if there were a younger generation attending, need to advertise events for that crowd.

Very dated. With a little $ and effort this could be shabby chic. It is clean and accommodating. BYOB bartender (female, blond very sweet) took the time to explain the place and make it more comfortable. Hope to go again some day.

My girlfriend and I had a great time, met lots of nice people and we felt like we were at home. The pool was absolutely beautiful

This is an old building. Rooms, hallways, and stairwells are on par with a Super 8 built back in the day. Im cool with that, so not a big deal. If youre looking for a resort, this aint it. No alarm clock, microwave, or refrigerator. Ice can only be gotten from behind the bar on the 2nd floor. The bed was comfortable and the room was just fine overall though. Sex rooms seemed clean. Some people brought towels to lay on, others didnt. Only saw one used condom thrown on the floor. Really? Not the hotels fault. People were generally naked all over, including at breakfast (though mostly dressed) and on the roof. No one cared.Some kept bathings suits on by the pool (why???). No sex allowed up there. Saw one group start up something, staff was quick to intervene. Generally, a very nice vibe.Every so often there would be single dudes clearly scoping out the women. Generally they were quite nice. One night, a single guy just wouldnt leave the women alone. He was totally creepy. Not sure if someone said something to the staff, but he was gone after a few hours.We were there: Friday night - fairly busy, but plenty of room for everyone; Saturday night - pretty dead, actually; and Sunday afternoon - pool party, CRAZY crowded at the pool, but not bad in the sex rooms.Last mention about the sex rooms - they have porn running on the TVs. Different on each and in separate rooms, but saw Ron Jeremy a couple of times. ROTFL!

The hotel has a lot of potential for more and bigger venues, but is needing some updates, landscape and some details. Also make firm policy on single men during couples and ladies night regardless if they can pay more on that night.. staff is very nice and security is always on point with guess safety

Clean room, friendly staff and walking distance to the beach. Mattresses could be updated; a bit firm and uncomfy. Otherwise the husband and I enjoyed ourselves fine.

The rooms were ok, the playrooms were not great. We went during week to get feel for it. The day pass people were ok except for single guys, and some did not have any respect and were sneaky about things. The pool was best part. The rooms are way overpriced for what they are. This is a great place to hang out on a day pass! The staff is very friendly the people are great and social. The other comments on here from the single guys saying it was boring and anti social must be CRAZY! I’ll admit that you won’t hook up every time, there are people from all walks of life and age groups! My wife and I always have a good time! They even have a little bbq on weekends!

The staff was so friendly and over the top to help you will anything from where the best food, store and what ever!!! The rooms was VERY clean and the cleaning ladys did a great job cleaning it ever day we was their!!!! The bartenders was very nice and friendly. All the guest their was just as friendly and they was beautiful!!!! We loved the pool area and the fact u could lay out topless or nude if u wanted to. We enjoyed it so much we still have one night left on this trip and we already talking about coming back!!! The cost is on the high side but with the over all experience of the resort and its staff its worth it. We will be back!!!!!

Just wasnt feeling this place as a good vibe, a couples and single lady nights as advertised and there was quite a few single guys. No customer service at all and I didnt see any security..my thoughts and impressions. Hope it gets better

Super boring. I guess it would be different if youre a couple, but they treat singles like dirt.I came together with a couple and there are absolutely no perks. $100.00 entry fee, must be out by 3am, and people are super anti-social.Guess I had my fun, but Im never coming to this place again...

Best Clothing Optional Resort In South Florida!! ️ ️

Near the main road which is good. Hotel very outdated. Everything looks old, filthy. The cleaning personel does the best they can. But this hotel needs a general reconstruction. The pool was closed, hotel sign almost invisible.

We travelled from UK and spent 12 days at this resort. The Hotel has a great nudist rooftop pool and 3 playrooms in the courtyard area on the 2nd floor. Hotel Management and staff are very helpful and friendly in particular Robert, Brian, Alfredo and Bob. Weekdays from Monday to Thursday are particularly quiet - but the hotel fills up from Friday to Sunday with parties on the Friday and Saturday nights. A daily breakfast is served from 7 am and music is on by pool from about 11 am to 8 pm. They also have a resident DJ who again is super friendly. This was our 2nd stay and we noticed a big improvement in that their is now a new club seating lounge area and also re-enforced security at the end of the day pass times. We met a number of lovely friendly couples - mostly around the pool or in the playrooms.

Pricey rate but cozy spot for the open minded. First visit was one day pass. Elevator not work. Mini buffet. Tacos I think. A few play rooms in each floor. The Rooftop Pool is average. This place looks like the pics. Second visit we stayed one night due to the prices. Parking was limited. This hotel is basically an enclosed square with a party area in the center that all guests can view from there front door or by standing alongside the railing. all rooms have huge picture windows facing the courtyard. You have option too leave the blinds Open or closed to be seen or see the activities outside your room. Nothing fancy but above average and carefully designed for maximum efficiency. One night set us back over 200.

Very disappointed. the place was not what we expected. Outward appearance was very run down and inside was not too much better . Worst of it was they had charged us too much for a weeknight and when I tried to talk to someone about it she gave me the “run around” and eventually hung up on me!! I would never recommend this place and will not return!! In fact I would warn you that you might lose money by staying there!!!

They charge way to much for single men if a single male wants to stay there they have to pay a 500 dollar membership and its only good for 6 months... Couples and single woman pay no membership to stay there

This is a venue for swingers. The staff leaves at 7 PM, after which you are on your own. The inmates run the asylum after the staff leaves. There is sex in the pool upstairs, And the second floor is dedicated to play rooms with swings and stages and vinyl couches. I stepped in a pile of five used condoms that had to have been there from at least the night before. People yell and scream and laugh and party and drink and play in the hallways and with doors open all night long, so do not plan on sleeping until sheer exhaustion requires it. The rooms have enormous windows opening on to the hallways so that people can watch you anytime you want them to simply by leaving the curtains open. There are mirrors on the ceilings, above the headboards, beside the beds ... pretty much everywhere. The only view to the outside is by standing in the bathtub and looking out the bathroom window. People yell and scream and laugh and party and drink and play in the hallways and with doors open all night long, so do not plan on sleeping here. So if you are wanting to swing, this may be for you. If you are looking for an actual hotel with staff, services, and quiet, do not even think of staying here.

Modest accommodations in a perfect location. Very loud in the rooms on party nights. People are typically very friendly, and front desk staff have been there for years. Nice rooftop pool to lay out naked. Playrooms are not always clean so flip flops and a towel highly recommended

The service is horrible, they dont treat customers well. Half an hour before the time of leaving the hotel, the security guard harass you and they treat you in a very bad way.

Pool is closed for repair and when we checked in the elevator was not working so we had to carry bags up 4 floors. We were there on a Sunday and Monday night. It was absolutely dead. We found out that the club is only open to the public Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. With all this said, we will go back. Think we just arrived at the wrong time with not enough knowledge.

Older place. Clothing optional, but caters to swingers. There is no sexual play allowed on roof (per the law) so just like a nudist club up there save one small enclosed room in the corner. Note that there is a new high rise that can see on to the rooftop. Play area is downstairs on second floor. Pool is saltwater and nice. Plenty of chairs and covering. Parking included when there is room. Went for day pass twice. Never saw inside of rooms. Will be coming back.

I stayed there four nights, Thursday through Sunday. If you need to get to sleep before 2 or 3 AM and cant sleep with loud, reverberating music, then this isnt the place for you. All the rooms open onto the party courtyard and the music is really, really, really loud.There is plenty of nudity at the pool so if that is your thing, it is good. There is a moderate amount of sex in the play rooms and if you like to watch, that it good. If you have a partner and like to be watched, that is good. I observed minimal swapping between couples and very little allowing of participation by single males. If you are a single mail and like to masturbate while watching others, this is the place for you. The 3 or 4 single males that did get to participate were really hung, so measure your chances accordingly.The rooms were pretty much two star. Clean but basic. The part about getting the bottom of your feet black is absolutely true. At first I thought it was just from the darker tile on the pool and party room floors, but one evening after taking a shower, all I did was walk around my room barefoot and I ended up with black bottom feet.Was it a worthwhile visit? Yes. Would I go again alone; probably not. I would likely spend less money for a better room and seek lust in other clubs, massage places, or adult theaters.

The security guard who works on the day is always trying to look at the couples, constantly enters the game rooms, does not give privacy.

As a naked sun-lover, this is the place. It has everything you need. I loved Angela. I even missed the evening party because I slept through my alarm during my siesta. :-( cant wait to come back.

We have Been going to Rooftop for about three Years. In the last year they have done a lot of upgrades to the Resort. We are very Happy with all the changes and upgrades that have been done so far. With Room Upgrades, Couple Playrooms and Now a Playroom up by the Pool. Excited for the Future. Highly Recommend!

Staff is great! Very helpful and considerate. Rooms are not 5 star but clean and comfortable. Lunch is supplied on the rooftop on weekends and is great. The pool is wonderful. The location is great - a short block from the beach, across the street from the intercoastal, within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and bars. The boardwalk in Hollywood is great for walking and people watching. We met lots of great people up at the pool and really had a wonderful time.

Rooms are clean, staff is attentive and responsive. The rooftop pool is excellent. The other guests were fun and well behaved. Good times all around.

Always a great time, preferably stay during the week as the weekend is always loud.

I was a regular at the rooftop my wife and I loved the place. As a retired club bouncer I noticed that on Friday and Saturday one security guard was selling drugs to the guests. I felt that I should share this with the manager Robert, he acted as if he was surprised. A couple of weeks later I was banned from the club, they fabricated a false incident report. I then addressed it to the general manager and he said that he would look into it (Brian ) bottom line they are and have always been aware of the drug sales so Im still banned. I wonder if the owner Paul Galluccio knows?

Had a reservation for tonight. Got stuck in PR due to flight cancellations. I called to inform them I wasnt coming. Without hesitation the guy said too bad cant do anything about that now. Not even oh sorry maybe I can give you a credit for another time. NOTHING. Id expect that from a cheaper hotel. But at almost 200 a night. That was just plain rude. Can you say I will NEVER be back ?? Yes you can. Horrible customer service. Remember without customers you are out of business.

Some aspects of Rooftop were downright upsetting, and other things were amazingly cool.Registration: To reserve online, you pay a deposit automatically via a web form. If you skip the CC field, your form is discarded. At checkin, you pay for the whole stay up front, sight unseen.Layout/Noise: When I read “unique courtyard setup,” I pictured a grassy courtyard surrounded by rooms. Actually the courtyard is the club. As a result, loud club music, laser lights, fog machines and cigarette smoke from the bar are RIGHT OUTSIDE your door/window. They turn off the music at 3a on weekends, but if you want to go to bed before that, good luck. Each morning they turn on music at the pool. It’s not as loud as the club music, but I could plainly hear all of the lyrics with the doors and windows closed. There is no peace and quiet here. If you want to have fun but retreat to your room for a break, you will not get a break at the Rooftop.The room itself: Everything had a fresh coat of paint, the furniture was modern and pretty classy, and we had a little kitchenette with cabinets, a sink, microwave and mini-fridge. Our room had a HUGE floor-to-ceiling window right next to the bed, which I loved. Unless the curtains were drawn, anyone in the hotel could see in. But compared to a $212 room at a normal hotel, it was terrible. The tub finish was worn off in places, the tub didn’t drain well, there was no exhaust fan in bathroom, and the bathroom window frame was broken.Additional Value: Locals can buy a day pass or party pass. These are included if you have a room. A pass gives access to the rooftop pool as well as the club areas downstairs. There was often free food provided at the pool. We are health conscious, so we didn’t eat the hotel food. If you stay in the hotel the whole time and eat their food, it would be a good deal and convenient.Free Parking: We did come and go frequently, for dining and workouts. (There’s no fitness center at the hotel.) We had to move parking cones each time we came and went. A parking gate with a keycard would have been nicer.Safety: Single men are allowed, which sets up a strange dynamic. At any time of day or night, there might be men looking into the windows of rooms or lurking on the stairs. This was OK at the beginning of our stay, when there were plenty of couples. During the week there were fewer guests and the single men seemed scarier. There didn’t seem to be any hotel staff on-site overnight. That felt a little fun, like we were in a swinger hotel with no staff, so hey! Anything goes! On the other hand, who wants to be in a nudist/swinger hotel with no staff?! At one point my partner and I were in bed after dark, in front of the huge window, watching an animated film. NOT porn. There was a man standing outside the window, watching us. If we had been doing something sexy, that would have been exhibitionism. But we were watching a kids’ movie in bed; so it was just creepy.Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff was friendly and thorough. The problems with cleanliness came up in the common areas after the weekend, when people would come during the day or night and use the club, but there was no staff to clean up. Certainly people should clean up after themselves, but it’s gross to see used condoms on the floor for several hours.Club: The club, play areas and sauna were well-equipped and clean during parties. There is no sexual play allowed in the rooftop pool area but they do have a playroom on the roof. The best playroom in the place, which is reserved for couples and ladies, has a door that can’t be propped open and a window with a curtain. This made it less likely that couples would enter. We tried opening the curtain to encourage more couples, but the bartenders asked the staff to close it because they could see in from the bar. (!?) We met some fun, attractive couples and singles. There were a fair amount of older people, as well as people who were not fit. All were open-minded and friendly. (Review shortened for character length restriction.)

Didnt stay at the Hotel, my wife and I purchased the evening pass, which Starts at 8pm. NO MEMBER FEE for the party area which is awesome, unlike other clubs in the area. The hotel is dated, but the pool area is awesome, which is on the top of the hotel. The DJ start at 9pm with excellent music. Mixed croud, which ranges in age. Met a beautiful couple in the party area, that turned into a wonderful evening and now a good friendship. We Drefinitely would go back for the pool and party. Staff is very helpful
