The suites are big! We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Great views, 2 pools and its right on the beach! Valet is going to run about $30 a day. Food on the pool deck is great and refreshing.

It was nice to wake up see the sunrise see the reflection of the sun in the morning on the water seeing the reflection of the moon at night it was beautiful inside was also beautiful inside my room we could not use the stove it was locked not sure why didnt know how to unlock it but other than that I loved it I did not make the reservations the person that made the reservations didnt know how to unlock the stove I guess you have to provide your own toilet paper because I had to go out and buy toilet paper so maybe thats something you all should ask we stayed in what they called an B&B maybe it different from the other rooms but even if you have to buy toilet paper and you cant cook on the stove if you still want to enjoy yourself there.

We loved the room, although it needed a little wiping down from the humidity of being so high along with a few unidentifiable hairs in the shower. The views are to die for. The main problem we had was encountered during the navigating to and from room. We got the run around on which levels to pick up our car to the point i was asking well are you telling me my car was stolen, along with parking tickets to places where there was little to no signage, and unbelievably slow elevator because i believe there are only a few. The resort room was absolutely beautiful as far a the panoramic views, just stay high enough to see them and bring your mop and disinfectant and planty of toiletries because it was lacking on that. But yes I would stay again and my visit date was September 2020

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel and I used to travel for work. I reserved a 2 bedroom penthouse suite and when we entered the “suite” it was INFESTED with roaches of all sizes. I could not believe my eyes. The security who brought our belongings up called for the front desk right away, he was was very helpful. The concierge came up and brought us to the suite next door. We wanted somewhere far away from that suite, but she said there weren’t any others available. We went into the new suite and started to get ready for our activities, but one of the rooms had no door knob and we got locked out, with some of our things inside. We called the front desk and she had a horrible attitude; she also said there was no maintenance available in a $700 per night hotel and said she would send security up to look at it and have maintenance come up in the morning. Security came up and could not get into the room. We slept on the couch and floor. The next morning at about 7 am, I called the front desk and no one answered, I was hearing a recording for about 18 minutes. I had to go downstairs in my pajamas around 9am, my clothing locked in the room. The receptionist said “I don’t know why the phone didn’t ring down here” and when I told her maintenance didn’t come she said “oh he didn’t come up yet, let me get him right away.” He cane up and finally got the door opened. I asked for a manager the night before, no one ever came up. I asked again the following morning and no one came up. I finally got one on the phone and she said she would give us 50% off the bill, but yet the entire amount was charged to my card. I have spent the last two days trying to speak to someone at the hotel and no one is picking up, only reservations. They claim they’re offsite and don’t have the ability to transfer to the front desk. I was told by them to call the hotel again and press option #7. I did that and it was the restaurant. The restaurant transferred me and a voice mail came up with the mailbox being FULL. That’s how much they listen to calls or even return them. I am extremely displeased by the unprofessionalIsm at this “resort” and disgusted by the complete lack of customer service. I would like a call back to discuss why I was charged the entire amount or I will be disputing the charge with my bank and calling the better business bureau. What horrible service. I wish I could give zero stars.

This was a nice resort! Recommended %! We loved the beach access was steps from the resort and the Sunday brunch on the 9th floor was pretty good! Make your reservation if not its quite a wait, but no time wasted in the meantime you can go out to the bar by the pool and enjoy a passion fruit mojito!!

I booked a room for 9/5 and cancelled it on 8/24 before the cancellation date for free however the next day 8/25 I was charged in full for the room. I called over 5 times to get a refund and was told it will be issued within five business days, however almost a month later no refund. I have been not offered so much as an accommodation of a complimentary night for the inconvenience of this error in there behalf causing me over draft fees or anything. I keep getting promised a manager will call and have not spoken to one yet. Let’s not forget still no refund as of 9/15/2020. Horrible experience

The hotel needs significant upgrades. Please note in your ad listings you allow Airbnbs to stay in your hotel. Hotel parking is not free, its a hassle to get your vehicle. Most staff members dont speak English, inadequate staffing. The carpets in the room were disgusting and need changing. 3 star quality. Excellent views, quick access to beach.

I just stayed at this hotel through Airbnb. It appears that even though I still paid the resort fee during my stay as a regular guest that didn’t necessarily meant that I had access to beach chairs, towels and umbrellas like the regular guest. We also experienced an issue with one of the toilets. When we asked for help, the hotel receptionist suggested that I should go to Walmart and buy a plunger. The only functional amenities at this time are the pool and the gym. The hot tub was closed for repairs. We stayed away from The pool which was packed with people regardless of current situation with Covid19. There was marijuana smell everywhere. Hallways, elevator, balconies. I guess that may be a good thing for some people but it was disappointing when you’re trying to spend a family time. Can’t get over of the unwillingness to help from the person representing the condo owners at the reception.

The resort itself is nice but the unit that im staying in is in very rough condition. Found hair in bathroom upon check in. The carpet is full if staines and it smells. The couch also have staines on it, outdoor fruniture is damaged, apt not clean at all and it just look like they dont really clean and keep up with maintaining the unit.I never checked in to hotel and got a room that looks like this .Very Disappointing.Defiantly would NOT recommend staying here.

Lack of communication between the parking service and the administration. I was told that the signature on parking ticket would work as well as parking pass (waved parking in the hotel) Then 5 hours later I was asked to pay if I wanted to take my vehicle out. I called the phone number available for customers and not even an answer machine received my complaint after 5 min of waiting on the phone.

Beautiful suite, superb customer service and amenities. Especially enjoyed the pool and spa.The newly remodeled pool opened the weekend of our stay It was relaxing and beautiful with lots of space to spread out. Part of the area is currently under construction and will open this year, no pool restaurant yet but several options inside 4111 South Ocean Drive Hollywood Condo Hotel that you can bring poolside. The Palazzo pool is also an options with an out door restaurant.

Hyde Hollywood gets one star from me for the nice rooms & views. Customer service is NON EXISTENT. From the Terrazas hostess to the concierge at check-in to valet, these people don’t know what good hospitality is. Additionally, in order for room service to bring your food up to your room for you, it was an additional charge of about $8 (on top of the 15% service charge, which is already included)... PREPOSTEROUS. I can think of many other 4-star hotels in the area that I can stay at next time and actually feel welcomed.

Horrible experience. Rooms had puke stains on the rug, condom wrappers and cigarettes left next to the night stand where my mother was sleeping. When i called down to have a maid come clean it no body was ever sent up to our room it was left as is! 30-45 min wait for check in. 45min wait for valet, winded up just taking the keys and getting our vehicle ourselves. 30 min waits for all the elevators was super annoying because some of the elevators were out of service. This place was not worth it, rather stay at the Fontainebleau or W for the price we paid. When i called to complain they said someone will get back to me but never did. I called again and no answer left on hold for over 30min until i finally left this review. I own a travel agency and travel to south florida often. Would not recommend.

Great place, their were some stains on the couch and a door handle was off of the bathroom door. It is really close to the beach and we walked to the boardwalk daily. (2 miles away) we ubered everywhere. The gym will suffice for a vacation.

Fun resort. Unbelievable views, especially from balcony and pool deck. 9th floor restaurant and pool was fantastic, room was comfy and spacious. Restaurant service was terrible and food was sub-par for the outrageous prices. Hotel needs updating and a deep clean. Waited forever for elevators, some of which were out of order. There were no tissues in tissue box, stains on bedding... for the price I think that’s unacceptable. But we still had a fun time.

I hesitated writing this review at first because I visited the property during COVID-19 and thought it unfair... however, in reality, the issues I’d had with this hotel do not have anything to do with that and therefor I feel justified in saying, “Save your money and frustration.”I do not recommend this hotel due to the rude staff (Valets are rude and unhelpful) they made us reload all our luggage back in the car and move the car about 5 feet in a different direction and there was no line of cars or reason at all we should have done this. Also, how about instead, take my bags for me. Throughout the stay they were rude and tried charging for extra things they were not authorized to do. Furthermore, when the bellman brought our belongings up he broke my friends computer screen!To their credit, the room itself was great and had almost breathtaking views, I must say. We had a 2Br suite which is more like a nice sized apartment with washer/dryer, full kitchen, and amazing wrap-around balcony that was To Die For. The hallways leading up to the room, however, were absolutely disgusting and something they should be ashamed of. And there were issues with the room itself... never did the internet work and we mentioned this to the front desk several times, there were no working phones and the TVs never worked.Finally, the hotel was shut down due to the virus before the end of our reservation... fine, not their fault. However, then instead of the amount for the extra days being credited to my account, it was debited! Then no person ever answered the phone or an email to resolve the problem!! It really caused a huge amount of issues.So, in short, there are so many cute and charming beach-front resorts. Go to those.

Hotel/Residences should have an uplift. Cleaning personnel does not follow CDC guidelines and protocol. Lack of toiletries and cant even call front office no one answers phone. Too crowded...and no beach towels available. Too $$$ for the kind of hospitality we observed. Elevators very slow. They should have an elevator strictly for cleaning personnel and staff. Sorry but will not be staying here again compared to 2 years ago is gone

This place is awesome!!If you need a place to relax, have Ocean breeze, be in the cabanas, sip on a cold chill drink and have a nice meal then this is the place to go !!Go, go and go!! You will enjoy this place, and you will feel special, the staff is friendly, client-oriented, and whether u decide to stay in the upper level rooms which will by the way give you a great view!! Or decide to stay at lower floor level rooms, yo you’ll not regret. All I can tell you is this, from the time you arrive and you leave.. you will feel like a king/queen and even better once you arrive you will not want to leave!!I also have to tell you, no regrets here!!

Im not sure that this is a regular hotel management.I felt like the rooms lacked of that impeccable cleanliness that such luxurious brand offers.I felt like renting an apartment .The furniture was dirty and a bit stained.The stay itself was good, the service and employees are really nice.Pricey$$$The pool beds get full in a blink so be prepared to get yours asap.Its a beautiful place to go and enjoy pool and beach

This place is beautiful and lively! It feels like the Caribbean except its Florida! Spectacular views of the beach, sunrise, and sunset. Highly recommend if youre in the Hallendale Beach area.

Was not thrilled. Service was just acceptable, took 15 mins for a valet to so much as greet me. Hotel rooms were lovely, but AC was broken and we were hot all night... but at least everything was clean. The pool was nice enough, but the towels were crunchy and rough on the skin. We tried the restaurant buffet.... Terrazos.... it was terrible and way overpriced. I would not recommend the buffet. Decent vacation spot if you plan to shop or eat elsewhere in the area, but personally I dont think its for me.

I’ve honestly never experienced such poor service from a high end hotel. Everything from the front desk, to house keeping service, to simply going up the elevator, was absolutely terrible. Don’t bother wasting your time here, book literally anywhere else. Poorly managed, nobody cares about doing anything over the bare minimum. Sorry for asking for fresh towels after staying 2 days.

Beautiful place but customer service was horrible. The front desk never picked up my calls, the pool staff were rude, and the cherry on top was that the elevator took forever. I had to go down the stairs from the 33rd floor because the elevator didnt show. I do not recommend staying here

For the price of the hotel, not worth it at all. Rooms are dirty and service is not good. Front desk doesnt answer the phone... went down instead because no one would answer and they were just standing there. WiFi didnt work at all in our room so had maintenance come up and fix it, told us he would come back and call us and never did. Didnt have WiFi our entire stay. Pool towels that were given to us by staff had sauce stains all over them (we bought our own from the store and used them). Our server at the pool restaurant never came to check on us, although we were the only people eating there... had to go up to her to tell her we wanted to order and wanted our check. For a hotel thats less than a year old, it should have its service and cleanliness together a bit more. Overall not worth the price that we paid.

Service is not as professional as I would expect, paid for a oceanview room for Labor Day to enjoy the beach and avoid hectic parking and relax but that wasnt the case, they provided a partial view room with a broken television, then they moved us to a 2 bedroom suite stating it was an upgrade which did not have any views but buildings and now here I am waiting for 1 hour just to get what I paid for from their website and here comes the bull, they did not have a room available for what I paid for and ended up checking out for a refund and wasted 2 hours of my time!!!, frontdesk staff working 09.07.20 speaks spanish and barely understands english this is not acceptable for a high end resort

The room was dirty when we arrived, there was hair all over the bed and in bathrooms when we ask for someone to come clean they said clean it yourself. Extremely unhelpful staff. Very very rude people at the coffee shop in the lobby, they refused to SELL an empty hot cup. apparently they are a third party (as is everything else in this hotel) so the hotel cant do anything about it. The beach chairs at the beach are very close together making it noisy and not relaxing, you also need to pay if u need more than 2 chairs and only 2 chairs are complimentary.

Cons:- NO parking on site - valet only- Some of the valet staff were rude and condescending. Some were helpful but overall unpleasant experience.- ONE elevator - had to take the stairs multiple timesPros: Great building, loved the room, room service was great, awesome views, very nice amenities with pool views, restaurant, and workout facilities, and spa. Overall: Would not stay again just due to the fact that its valet only (had to wait up to 30 min to get my car) and there is only one elevator. At the very minimum you need 2 elevators thats just common sense. Checkout time was impossible to use elevator waited for 15 min and eventually took stairs. Overpriced for the fact that you have to pay for valet and wait every time for elevator.

To say that the check in is managed like the DMV is an insult to the hard working government employees. A line of four couples took one desk clerk 45 minutes. The owners line also had one desk clerk for check in. I cant wait to see the room and experience the rest of the service staff. So more to post later

I had a horrible experience when I had to cancel a reservation. I booked a 100% refundable reservation and nearly 3 weeks after my cancellation, I STILL haven’t received a refund.I called about 5 times before I could get anyone to talk to me without redirecting me to a voicemail. The first person I finally talked to told me it would just take more time. The second person I talked to a week ago told me the refund would be processed in another 3 to 5 days. I waited for that amount of time but never received the refund. I called again and they told me they hadn’t started the reimbursement process!Absolutely unacceptable for it to take this long to refund over $1,300. I should not have to call to get answers. I’ve spent hours on the phone with them at this point. Do not book unless you’re 100% sure you’re going!

My husband and I have stayed here twice because of the location, comfort and amenities, but the client experience is terrible. The building was designed to be luxury condos NOT a busy hotel where people are coming and going non-stop (which is exactly what it is). As a result, the front desk is always understaffed, so there are always lineups and lengthy wait times. Worse, the elevators are impossible. The wait times to go to the pool, go shopping, go anywhere are ridiculous because of the lack of/slowness of the elevators. There is only one set of 4 elevators for the entire high rise. Since there are no ‘service elevators’, the cleaning staff and security people have to use the main elevators along with all the guests. Won’t be back.

Me & my girls booked this house for a home getaway we are all business owners . We do this every 2-3 months to relax. We have stayed here before & everything was great but this time was not the same . As we pulled up to valet & got out the car, a man ran up pushing my sister telling her to move out car nearly smashing her finger . & as we told him stop he continued to yell . At the desk the lady told us that the valet service was new & has gotten many complaints. The manager of valet had apologized because he too was being very aggressive & one in particular Alkin was so disrespectful. Yelling at us, throwing his name tag in our face . Then on our last day of our stay . A video on Instagram went viral of the Hyde Valet fighting each other in the lobby . Hyde get a new valet, they are ruining the stay overall . The stay was nice, clean hotel & amazing pool deck but we decided on a new hotel for our next Home getaway weekend girls weekend because that was just too much .

I think this place is too expensive for what it is. I mean, its gorgeous, right at the beach, a new building. But the beach is small, always too crowded. There are few elevators for the amount of floors and rooms, so you could end up waiting between 15 minutes and up to 30 minutes for them to arrive. The carpets are dirty, the fire alarm was accidentally activated once and it kept repeating for a while (because they burnt something in the main hotel kitchen). Some days they take so long to bring the car that its almost funny.So overall, the place is nice but for the money, Id rather stay in another place next time.

Absolute joke. Disastrous service. Front desk does not answer period!! It renders phones in the room superfluous. They refused to clean the room because they claim we purchased a package without room cleaning. Expedia which we booked it from was outraged!! The boiler is in the closet the middle of the room. Either have AC with unbearable noise or choose no AC so you can sleep without noise. The rooms are built cheaply and falling apart. Waste of money and vacation. Absolute disaster!!!

Not happy with the stay. The resort needs to renovate their rooms carpet floors were stained, the room couch had tears, the pool furniture are old and stained, the cleaning personal from the room was not good they left garbage in the balcony and you can tell they didn’t even cleaned the bathrooms. And to top it off there was a huge line for the elevators and valet parking. Not what I expected from being a pricy resort.

My experience with this place was awful. This seemingly beautiful paradise has cost me so much. Upon rudely being ignored at arrival, to bell hops disregarding my request for special care with my computer, which resulted in its demise, the true travesty is what came to follow. I immediately informed the management team who assured me that they would gladly cover the cost of repairs upon me submitting an estimate or an invoice due to the Coronavirus no places were open that would work on my computer which left me without my working computer during the entire quarantine. When I finally was able to get it fixed, I went for an estimate, had it fixed, and sent both the invoice and estimate to the hotel manager where I was then told it would be reviewed. That was the last I ever heard from the Hyde Hotel. After being sure that they would reimburse me the cost of repair, no worries no worries they said, here I am 3 months later possibly four and they dont even answer my phone calls! They hit ignore when I call, not even the integrity of courage to answer my call. No explanation as to why theyre screwing me out of the $800 it cost to fix my almost $1,500 computer. Not to mention what it cost for me not to have it during quarantine, both financially and mentally. And the icing on top of the cake was that my stay there was not even enjoyable because not only was I treated rudely, but then I was told to leave early because the hotel was closing. MY reservation was canceled after just a couple of nights, when I was supposed to stay a whole week. Lets see if maybe this grabs thier attention, although I highly doubt it. They dont even care enough to monitor thief social media reviews. Donnt trust them for anything, let alone as the provider of a roof over your head.Update****I stand corrected... They did in fact correct the situation and all be it late, but, they followed through. For that Im raising my rating to 4 stars. To fall and get back up is a lot more impressive than those that coast.

Well let’s start by saying the only great thing about the hoteL was the wonderful staff in front desk. My experience with my family was absolutely terrible!!! First of all, the room has a broken dryer, kitchen has a broken appliance, no remote for the master bedroom tv, and the phones were broken. The elevator took almost an hour to reach us. We had to go down 16 floors. We went to the front desk and the manager came immediately and let’s see cause I requested 100% reimbursement. Not only that.. service in the pool was terrible. I asked for a burger and ahi tuna and was brought the burger and tune an hour and a half after I complained. The valet crashed my car and asked us to wait 24 hours so they can check the cameras. We took our car to Publix after they crashed it and will all the fuzz, they didn’t give us the key. We had to call an Uber with all our groceries in hand. The next day when we went back for the car and asked if they checked the cameras, manager took my boyfriend to the place where they have the cameras and last minute told my boyfriend they could not show the cameras. We had to call 911 and do an incident report so we can then claim the valet parking insurance. I had the worst time ever. After quarantine, which I’ve gone by working all the time and my boyfriend without his kids as well, all we wanted was a good time. It was not as we had expected. I think I actually hurt my back after those 16 floors I had to go down. I am not a complainer but this was too overwhelming what I went through. I prefer the diplomat which I’ve ver. To on numerous ocassions and never had a single problem.

Not bad, very expensive, was a visitor and would not return and stay there....to many extra charges on top of the nice room my friends are staying in for 500 a night, and the carpet was filthy as where the cushions on the balcony furniture which also had burn wholes in them. Great location though.

Jasmine at check in is AWESOME!! Room was huge beautiful Ocean view. We had to have housekeeping reclean the room but after that hotel room was fabulous. The onsite restaurant, Id ignore. The food was tasteless but our waiter Jose was awesome! Drinks were disgusting too. Valet most were very pleasant. I didnt get the girls name who had a nasty attitude but Im still here and will update

If I could leave no stars I would. This hotel has HORRIBLE service & the workers are rude. There was NO hot water, NO towels, NO shampoo or conditioner, the Keurig was disgusting, the floors/carpets were stained and sticky, the bed sheets were nasty and were never replaced & the workers at the pool were constantly staring; making my family and I feel extremely uncomfortable. None of our problems were resolved and we were only given an attitude when we asked for something. Our suite was not cleaned and room service left our requested clean towels thrown on the floor by the door. Overall this was a horrible stay and I will never return to this hotel again. Check in was at 3pm and they had us waiting 2 hours. Mind you, I was with my 18 month old son & my 3 other children. We wanted to get away for my daughters birthday and it was a complete disaster. We had to end up checking out earlier than expected because the service and our overall stay was disappointing.

Rudest front desk ever. I called to ask if can have a late checkout and the lady at the front desk got an attitude with me. After I hung up she called back to say “ just want you to know I’ll be charging that to your room as a full day”....I didn’t confirm a late checkout I was just calling to see my options and she got a huge attitude with me. Btw I checking in at around 10 pm they could have some decency and honor a late check out. Also the beach area is very small and packed like Sardines, the restaurant is always out of food, and the elevator has a wait time of 20 minutes minimum is you are on the 41st floor like us. Also I booked an ocean front and got an ocean side eye view.

Great time here traveling with wife - Marcos at the Pool was great and very attentive, Orlando was wonderful as well and very helpful, Luis Miguel in charge of security couldnt have been any nicer and I feel great hes there. 7 eleven is very conveniently across the street almost missed it though and Walmart is a short 8 min walk away. Never waited more than 5 min for Uber of Lyft. The beach here is great and I was able to walk out pretty far - which is always fun. Food was good at the Terraza as well and the staff there is wonderful too. I think the menu is a bit boring? But its ok. Definitely great place.

We stayed here on January 12th, we were so excited for our stay and when we got there we were so very disappointed. The view was absolutely stunning (pictured) but the rooms were not and driving in that area is horrible. We had an ocean front suite with 2 doubles and a king. There was 6 of us (2 couples and 2 singles), when we read sleeper sofa we assumed a pull out couch that could fit a couple but when we got there it was a flimsy futon that would only be suitable for children. We then pulled back the curtains for the windows and found a greasy face print (pictured) and a kiss mark in lipstick (pictured) on the windows. There were no sheets for the futon, the bathroom door handle broke, the other bathroom had a broken dispenser for shampoo&conditioner and the bottles were empty sitting outside the rack, the walls had been patched and not repainted (pictured) and a dirty pillow case on the king. We went and talked to the lady at the desk and she seemed like she didnt care to much but said shed send up a house keeper and a maintenance guy. So instead of getting to go explore the hotel we had to go sit in the room and wait for these people so we could tell them everything we just told her. The house keeper came and he barely understood English, we had to show him the dirty pillow case twice for him to understand. He left and we decided to call a manager, the manager was busy and called us back. I asked her to come see the room and I said how the lady we talked to didnt seem to care and it was the same lady! She got very defensive and told us that our room was for 8 people and even said we could leave if we didnt want to be there. I told her how the house keeper couldnt understand us and asked for someone who spoke better English and she said shed send someone up and see about switching us to a different room. She called back and could switch us to a ocean view penthouse with 2 queens and king. When we were getting ready to switch rooms the 2nd house keeper came and she didnt speak one single word of English, she got her phone out and tried using a translator app to understand what my husband was telling her. Luckily the maintenance guy showed up and he was able to translate for us. We showed him everything wrong with the room and left. It was very awkward going to the front desk to get our new room keys from the manager and also checking out the next morning as she was still there. We then got to our new room and even thought the beds were bigger the living room was way smaller, the bathroom had no locks on the 2 doors (one to the living room one to the bedroom), there wasnt enough seating on the balcony for all of us so we had to bring chairs from the living room out, and none of the lights in the bedrooms were plugged in. As nice as this place looks, it is NOT worth the price. There was also very loud music playing that night, even on the 41st floor we couldnt enjoy sitting outside because it was so loud. We were all so very very disappointed and ended up canceling the 2 nights we were suppose to stay here after our cruise and found an Airbnb that was a lot nicer, enjoyable and cheaper! Also they say valet parking is $35 but we got charged $38.

The proportion of price to service here is absolutely awful. Hyde is expensive and has extraordinarily bad, comically terrible service. They desperately need lessons on hospitality.The front desk literally does not pick up. I had to go down there in order to get the safe in my room fixed and they said “sorry were busy.” The hotel employees treat you like you’re a burden to them. You feel unwelcome at Hyde. They nickel and dime you from the second you get in the door to the second you leave. There’s hidden fees everywhere, from the valet to the beach chairs.I will say that the rooms are super nice and the beds are very comfortable. But there are lots of nice hotels out there with great service, so save yourself (a lot) or money, and frustration, and go somewhere else!

DO NOT STAY HERE. terrible hotel nasty rooms,rude people and terrible service. the front desk employee jack or jake was very rude and called my wife a large women. super rude i warn everybody going here to go with caution the hotel has lost its qualitiy and is now filled with rude and outrages emploeye such as jack. also the elevatorand air conditions are always broken terrible hotel! the only thing that saves this hotel is the fact the beach is the backard.

Beautiful hotel and location really but a friend and I were visiting a friend who wanted to pay for our parking. Apparently their policy says they do not do that but he was rude and extremely sarcastic to my friend. I couldnt believe someone who works for such a nice hotel talks to customers that way. I will never valet there again. Definitely needs to work on the way he speaks to customers, so unprofessional.

Love this place. Can’t find any disadvantages. Staff is very nice and professional. Valley was fast. View and location are great. Pool area is astonishing. You can find everything you need for a perfect vacation here. Rooms are quite big and stylish. There are lots of nice art works on the walls around the resort. Definitely come again.

Our bartender Tim was amazing. We just came there for afternoon drinks after checking out of the Diplomat and the atmosphere was very nice. The DJ was spinning some amazing chill Sunday vibes and it was not too overbearing. Great atmosphere and very welcoming staff. Also you can get valet parking for free if youre going up to the Terrazzo on the 9th floor
