The place was amazing. We had a really great time. Communication was incredibly great. Have nothing bad to say. The room was supper clean, well equiped, and comfortable. Very well located at walking distance to boardwalk and beach. Would recommend if you want to have a great time just relaxing.

This Resort is amazing. I specially love the Infinity Pool in the Rooftop and the Gym. Besides its just by the beach.

My husband and I stumbled across The Costa when it was pretty new December 2018, we needed a room for one night before a cruise. This place was beautiful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Views from room and rooftop are spectacular. Great location! Amazing above and beyond staff. We enjoyed ourselves so much we went back April 2019 and brought the golf clubs. Hoping to get back real soon!

Very nice! Overall the guys at the valet area excellent service also the lady at the front stairs. I wanted to explore more of it to plan for my next project there but I was not able to get in the property. Perhaps next time I am in Hollywood.

Costa Hollywood beach resort was one of the best hotels I’ve been too. The room was beautiful, very clean and professional. The rooftop pool and bar is wonderful as well, something I’ve never seen like before. The front desk workers were very nice and helpful. Definitely coming back again!!

The condo was clean and beautiful, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, the views out of the window and off the patio where amazing, the sunset view in my bedroom window was incredible! It was such a short walk to the beach and the board walk, that made it very enjoyable, excellent food, roof top swimming pool and hot tub and lounge areas were exceptional!I could just go on and on, everything about it was a very magical and wonderful experienceIt, That staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely going back again! :)

Front desk was the worse in this place. Katherine I believe was her name was in the lobby 9/16 in the afternoon. Claim to be the manager, tried my family and I like trash. Highly recommend you to find any other place.

Very nice hotel for an extended beach getaway. The rooms are spacious and feel more like mid to high end apartments than hotel rooms. Our room featured a large king sized bed with lots of closet space, a safe, ironing board with clothes iron, and a large flat screen tv. The living area was also very open and had a large flat screen for entertainment. The kitchen area had a full blown fridge with freezer, stove, sink, and dishwasher. As well as plenty of storage for food and extra utensils or dishes/containers. The bathroom was decently sized especially the shower which could easily fit two adults. In the bathroom you also get a hair dryer as well. All in all a great hotel to stay at even if only for a short stay. Plenty of amenities at the hotel itself like pools, bars, gym, spa, coffeeshop, and restaurants. And near by you have the beach and other options to eat as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel with a great location. only stayed here for a one night while waiting for flight for the next day. Lots of dining options and lots of live music. We had a room with Ocean view so just sat on the Balcony watching the sunrise with the complimentary espresso.

Some of the staff was okay. Some of the staff got an attitude problem. The place is brand new and has only been around for a month. The bed was awful... both of us was sweating like crazy at night even though we had the room pretty cold. The mattress and the linen is just very non-breathable. What I disliked the most was the steps. The entire set up just don’t make sense. On those steps, there’s this metal strip at the edge that is extremely slippery when it is wet. Oh, and the coffee machine didn’t work.

Great destination! Less then a 2 min walk to the beach, clean rooms, and a gym. We stayed for a week had the time of our lives. Heated pool was great when the ocean was a bit too cold !

According to them this is not a resort each unit is privately own by someone and you have to go through a third party site to even reserve a room. They said they do not have clean staff since each room is privately own, so how sanity is during covid.

After spending days mulling over a place to stay, we chose Costa. I must say we made an awesome blind choice. The hotel is steps away from the beautiful beach. There was a balcony in the room which worked perfectly for early mornings.

Very nice and new hotel. Room is very large with a living room, kitchen, dinning room table, and separate bedroom. Love it! The pool on the 7th floor is beautiful. Also the gym is very nice with brand new equipment.

Staff is excellent. Rooftop pool & Bar, plenty of places of lounge. Valet parking attendants were always present and got my car very quickly. Room was excellent, and when we needed something they were there in less than 5 minutes. Beach towels were FRESH and readily available. The gym is nicely equipped, newer equipment.

Pros: Nice property, great location. Service was good. Great gym and pool facilities.Cons: No washer/dryer, some stains on the walls, room service done only every three days.Verdict: Overall good experience but some aspects of the hotel could be improved to compete with other high end properties in the area.

Awesome hotel! Super clean, though the 2nd floor hallway smells a bit mildewy. Besides that, the cleanliness of the room, the service and the proximity to the beach were all on point! Great amenities. Theres an amazing pool on the roof. But who needs that when the ocean is 150 ft away? My visit was divine! Must go back. Hopefully the road construction on A1A will be finished by then.

I had an airbnb in this building. This was actually the dirtiest hotel Ive ever checked into. Airbnb issued a full refund. For the most part the front desk was helpful, but I would not recommend this property.

We had a 2 bedroom suite. Loved all of it.

Wonderful resort located just steps from the beach. Rooms were spacious, clean and just as website showed, also beautiful cabinetry and appliances. The pool was gorgeous and drinks at the pool were top notch! All of the resort staff was super friendly and ready to help with whatever was needed. We booked at this resort last minute as the “other“ hotel we originally booked was a complete disgusting disaster. The Costa staff really went out of their way and worked with us to get us a room so last minute. We would stay again!

Best views on Hollywood Beach. We spent a day at the rooftop restaurant and pool and it was awesome. This hotel brings an upscale W hotel vibe with a DJ by the pool, trendy drinks and a modern menu of mouthwatering bites.

Wonderful place! Had a mix up with my reservation and Sandra and the manager were kind enough to honor the rate and work with me. Stayed one night only but will come back for sure!

Nice clean place with high end modern finishes. The room was large with a good sized fridge, dishes and a comfortable bed. The TV was too small for the room size and some lamps and power outlets didnt work so they dont get five stars. Also, its inconvenient that the valet and rooftop restaurant are not affiliated with the hotel so you cant charge them to your room.

Positives but too many negatives. Close to beach and boardwalk. Room was nice and spacious. Full kitchen, living room, and a large master bedroom with a plush king size bed and huge closets. Great rooftop pool/bar. No vending machine or conveniences (forgot a razor). Room was serviced daily but trash left in bin for three days. In-room coffee maker was easy to use but pods werent replaced so I could only use once. Lastly, be warned - $35/night to park car and no self-park option.

This resort is very unorganized. I was told we would have a water view of the ocean. It was of the bay and the road. I paid extra for this. She said there are only 4 rooms that show the ocean so we can’t give you a new room. There is no coffee maker in the room, just an espresso machine. You have to get up and go across the street for coffee. We were also told we would get a breakfast voucher every morning but that we had to come down to the front desk and then go back to the 7th floor for breakfast. Well when we went down to get them she said only people from foreign countries get the voucher. What?! Also, both shower handles fell off upon the first time using them so maintenance had to come and screw them back in. Both toilet seats were loose in our suite so every time you sat down they moved. There is a mini kitchen but you get 2 knives and no soap to wash your dishes. We got one roll of toilet paper, no wash clothes...for the money it cost to stay here I’m very unhappy.

This resort is by far the best on the Hollywood boardwalk! Just steps away from the beach, and all the shops and restaurants. beautiful modern rooms with big balconies, huge area on the rooftop which has a nice pool, a big hot tub, tons of seating area and a bar with food. They also have a coffee shop that makes a great breakfast. Compared to other hotels near by I have to say this is the most relaxing one. The staff at the bar are amazing always checking to see if we need anything, the service at the front desk was fast when we requested more blankets. This place has so many rooms but never many people around. Im not sure why there isnt more people staying here because this place is so great! I will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone! Its a great place that not a lot of people know about. Hoping to see more people next time I visit. It would be a shame if the place closed down from not getting enough Buisness. The one bedroom suite is huge with a full kitchen. It also has a bed and two pull out couches! Enough room for the whole family! Thank you costa for a great stay once again!

We stayed for a weekend visit and found the accommodations very nice. It is very close to the beach and has nice views on the rooftop pool and lounge area. The sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the intercoastal waterway were stunning. One thing that is lacking is parking especially on the weekends. You must pay a lot extra for parking in the hotel but there is free street parking nearby which worked out for us most of the time except for Saturday..

Bed Bugs! We stayed in room 218 and my husband and I suffered 100s of bed bug bites. I had over 300 bites & my husband over 200. We woke up to blood stained sheets. We captured one in a baggy and brought it to the front desk as evidence. The head of housekeeping, Anna denied there was a problem after an inspection of our room after we left the hotel. They refuse to return our calls. I worry about those staying after us. The bites are extremely itchy and extremely uncomfortable for weeks. The worst experience of our lives. Do not stay here.

Hotel was dirty and lighting fixtures in room were broken. The front desk and valet staff are rude. They advertise free breakfast and it was a choice of only either coffee or juice not both and one piece of bread or bagel. Any extra bread item was $5.00. It was not hot food nor even close to a full continental breakfast. Upon reservation they had told us we would have ocean view for both rooms and they had placed us to stare at construction. When we looked to see what ocean view was the entire hotel is blocked by buildings and you wouldn’t even be able to see the beach if you wanted to. Terrible stay. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. You’re better off booking a motel.

Rooms are huge. Clean, modern and comfortable. Best suite I have ever stayed in especially for space. Service is great, hospitality top notch. Only disappointment in the room was we booked ocean view, which was really street view, but because you could lean over the balcony and look right, you could see the ocean slightly, it was considered ocean view. :( . Only issue is their location. Arrive stocked up on a few groceries and snacks as there is not even a convenience store nearby. Couldnt find just some fruit, milk or basics without an extensive walk. Coffee shop downstairs had bananas only, but where brown, service in coffee shop is horrible and selection for food very limited. I would stay here again simply for the hospitality and room quality, but I would know now to stop for some items before arriving to have food and snacks in the room. Very nice gym, and very nice pool area. Only reason for 4 stars not 5 is lack of options to purchase any basics.

We couldn’t of picked a better place for our family vacation, the suite we had was modern and spacious, providing plenty of room for the four of us. The rooftop pool is beautiful with a nice view of the beach and area. As far as things to do you’re right on the boardwalk so there’s plenty of options within walking distance to do. We enjoyed our stay very much! We also had the opportunity to meet the owner of the resort a couple of times during our stay and he couldn’t of been nicer even remembering where we were from from an earlier conversation we had. Thanks again for a great vacation, you’re friends from Boston!

I forgot my sneakers in the room and called the lost and found next day after checking out and they didn’t have it! Although the hotel is new and the suites are spacious but the staff were not very professional.

Beautiful place to stay everybody friendly pool can be slightly warmer but I like it a little too warm but well worth it Blow’s diplomat out of the water And I stayed in the presidential suites. Those were nicer but other than that by regular rooms this is the place to be

We booked a room with a balcony. Called the hotel prior to arrival to confirm room type. Upon arrival, we were told by Michelle our room was unavailable and we were given a room without a balcony. Bait and switch. We will be reporting their practices to the Chamber of Commerce for Hollywood. There were other people checking in with us with similar issues. Very disappointed. Very deceitful. It was our 25th Anniversary and it was ruined.

Very clean and spacious room with excellent service. A quick 15 minute Uber ride from the airport or a 30 minute drive to Miami.

So close to a favorite place, Hollywood Beach Broadwalk! Very nice amenities, decent price and great rooftop pool. Did have to ask for washcloths for our room, oddly there were none.

Check was ok. Room is clean. No washcloths, cable not working, no coffee maker in room, no bottles water or vending machines Or restaurant on property. I called guest services 3 times within a few minutes looking for all of the above things. I did get a coffee maker delivered to the room but it’s dirty and still has used pods in it. I was also told that I could go across the street and buy a case of water. Also called to ask about WiFi. That should have been explained when we checked in. This is night one. Will see how the rest go.

We had a great stay. We loved the pool . The location cannot be beat as it is right on the Hollywood Boardwalk near great restaurants and a gorgeous beach. The room was much bigger and nicer than we expected based on our stay at another resort last year. It was a great value for the money. We will be staying again next year.

I believe these positive ratings and reviews are definitely paid for.They are too repetitive and similar to be real.Ive stayed here twice and both times being problematic, this time worse than before as I thought maybe with new staff,different shifts after a year it would have changed...nope lol not returning for another expensive mistake.I ARRIVED AT 7:30PM ..On my anniversary night and had reservations to a restaurant near by at 9...youd figure you could check in and make it on time right?Checked in everything was fine,was beyond polite..get up stairs room look like a jail cell..dark with 1 led light producing a dark blueish tone as I booked a 1 bedroom suite with balcony..no balcony.I called the desk and they said I had fo stay in this room..they are sold out (lies) more than half the hotel was empty I could literally look threw the court yard and see this,Then I was told that they have rooms but they ALL say dirty,then I was told the only person on staff was a recent hire of 2 days and she didnt know how to do anything because management wanted to go home..I literally told them just move me to any room with a balcony,or an ada room because I am a paraplegic, I am already giving you the benefit of the doubt by not having an ADA room for me,now this?It is now 11pm and still I am telling them what to do (I have worked in the industry) by 12 pm I was told I cannot receive a refund and I have no options but to stay in a room I dont feel comfortable in that I paid more for and was down graded and not even offered a refund and when asking for a refund it was absolutely no? What kind of business does this?

My wife and I didn’t stay the night, but we bought day passes to use the facilities during our layover between our cruise and our flight home. The rooftop pool was perfect, offering stellar views and a nice place to relax. All of the facilities were clean and well taken care of. We don’t drink, but we enjoyed the selection of virgin drinks at the rooftop bar. The beach was a short walk away and we were pleasantly surprised to find that our day passes included beach chairs as well.

This was my first time coming to your hotel and I absolutely loved it! Me and boyfriend came to celebrate my birthday and after searching for a few weeks we decided with you guys. The location was really the deciding factor. The board walk was literally right outside the hotel with great restaurants, music and of course the beach! The staff was super helpful with checking us in early and the amenities were superb. The gym literally had everything and the rooftop pool sealed the deal. We will definitely be back and I’m so glad we decided on Hollywood instead of Miami like always because it is a gem. See you soon!

Yes the resort appears to be clean but found there was a great deal of unclean areas. A few of the visible areas are staged to appear clean. I actually informally met theowner, his personality wasnt inviting nor did he make me feel welcome. The staff upon booking doesnt explain the facility and where everything is located. If I was to audit their books Im sure guest bookings would be low along with par customer service. Every visitor and guest should feel welcome. I would recommend implement service and hotel management training.

The view at night and day is so nice! Rooms are spacious and perfect! Theres the room and a mini living room for anyone who visits.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights prior to boarding a cruise ship out of Port Everglades. We would rate this between 4 and 5 stars.The good:- Our room (1 bedroom suite) was spacious. A small washing machine in the room was a nice surprise (but no dryer). There was a small kitchen as well.- The room was clean and housekeeping service was timely and good.- The location, we thought, was excellent. The resort/hotel is located between Hollywood Boardwalk/Beach and the Hollywood Intracoastal Waterway. From the balcony of our room, we had a view of the intracoastal to the west and of the Atlantic Ocean to the east. Its about a 1 minute walk to the intracoastal side and about a 1 minute walk to the beach side.- Staff was very accommodating. If we asked for it, we got it. Jim at the front desk, in particular, was super friendly and helpful.- The pool area on the 7th floor is very nice.- There are a multitude of awesome eateries close by.- There is a private beach area which is very nice (about a 1 minute walk). Beach chairs are included (as part of the resort fee that you are paying).- The boardwalk is awesome ... clean, family friendly, safe. Good restaurants. Good people watching. Good place to go for a run or walk. Bikes are available to rent.- The fitness center is nice.The not so good (mostly minor things):- Housekeeping did not do a great job resupplying us with wash cloths. Weird. Anyway, we had to go to the front desk and ask for wash cloths. We got them.- The mattress was way too soft for our liking.- There was an obnoxious guest up on the 7th floor at the pool one day, talking loudly on his cell phone, cussing/swearing, etc. He was walking around the entire area, so it was difficult to just move away. We told staff about it and they supposedly were going to deal with it; however, we werent too thrilled about it.- The resort charges your credit card $100 per day for incidentals ... just in case I guess. This will be credited back (we think), but this just seems like an unnecessary thing to do.- You get a wrist band to access the pool area. That is also where the beach towels are ... a bit inconvenient to get towels if you are just going to the beach for the day. The whole wrist band thing seems inappropriate for a first class resort.Overall, a great stay. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Room was absolutely filthy! Urine lines down the toilet, dirty sheets, cup and splatter stains on the counters from not being wiped down. We were only in our room for about 30 minutes to change before heading out to dinner. My feet were black in just that short period of time which means the floors weren’t cleaned either.You have to pay $35 to park valet for the hotel and the service was subpar. The only thing great about the service was the receptionist at the front desk. I do lot recommend this place to anyone! I will NEVER return!

I was there on memorial weekend . The view from the balcony was fenomenal, the room super huge, one bedroom with two living room, enormous kitchen and every thing very clean. The valet, the maid, the positive energy and music from the pool, the warm welcome from the front desk, everything 5 start, totally recommend it 100%. When I think in stay a couples day resting? definitely: COSTA HOLLYWOOD BEACH RESORT IS MY FIRST CHOICE.

Good service. Very helpful staff. We liked our time there. Rooftop views, pool, bar were excellent. One thing though, they state they do laundry in house, but they only do dry cleaning. Sort of annoying. Overall, Id recommend them to friends and family. Wed stay again.

The atmosphere is everything! So calm, Secluded and private

A family friendly place just a few minutes north of Miami, but theres so much to do in Hollywood that youll leave your car parked and take a stroll on the boardwalk. It was so easy to chat with every employee, from the front desk to the valet to the bartenders on the rooftop pool.The 700sq foot 1 bedrooms have 12 foot ceilings, huge balconies and A FULL KITCHEN with Smeg appliances, dishwasher, and pans. A/C works flawlessly. Small size gym, with professional equipment, infinity pool and luxurious lounge chairs. It really feels too good to be true. Costa is easily a 4.5 star hotel at a 3 star price. We cannot wait to come back when their restaurant and additional shops open later this year.

The room was nice. The staff were very nice, but the pool and the hotel are separate companies and dont communicate things well. We got 2 BOGO drink tickets from the front desk to use at the pool bar, and they wouldnt accept them. There was a fold out couch in the living room, but no sheets for it, and they wanted to charge extra for the sheets. So we had to use the top sheet from one of the beds and buy a blanket at Walmart. They came to clean the room, but only changed the bedding (never the sofa bed) and kind of cleaned the bathroom. They forgot toilet paper and paper towels. One time i asked about the toilet paper and they said I could go to the front desk to get it... but it was too late. The kitchen was never cleaned, and had only a couple dishes and silverware for 5 adults and 2 kids.

I had a great time me and my fiancé I brought her to this hotel for her birthday they gave us a nice room exceptional customer service with the bellhop as well as the valet parking the entire trip was just phenomenal I love the atmosphere I love the energy in the place I love the smell The new modern design and rooftop pool was definitely worth the rates we paid considering the live DJ and the ocean view it’s definitely a place we will frequent.

Outstanding paypass offer if youre looking for a place to hang prior to catching that late day / evening flight. Pool was large enough, amenities were sufficient and the ability to walk the boardwalk was a plus. Drinks from the rooftop bar were good. The staff was great.

This hotel is brand new. The suite was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The food at the Cielo restaurant was FANTASTIC!!! It was the best part of our stay in my opinion. We arrived at night and had some trouble locating the hotel due to poor signage and one way streets. The hotel is very close to the beach. The beach strip has many restaurants and shops. Was decently surprised by the variety of cuisines available. Overall, a very good place for a family vacation.

New hotel that opened in October 2018 with a great location. Problem is that they werent prepared to open and it shows. Understaffed, and the ones they have havent been trained properly or consistently. The hotel was also poorly designed and all the rooms have multiple flaws ranging from poor ventilation to unsecured light fixtures and signs and everything in between. The only bright side was that all the staff we dealt with were pleasent. They all wanted to help but were clearly constrained by their environment.

Amazing location. Very clean. Overall could not have been happier. Boardwalk at your feet. The pool area unbelievable day and nite. Food and bar service 5 star.

The hotel is easy to get to. Its very beautiful. I was not a guest. I was there to drop something off to my husband. He is an employee there. Hopefully, in the near future I will be guest. Absolutely beautiful.

New hotel with great rooftop pool and bar. Spacious rooms. 4 star for having plug outlets in strange places (sliding door destroyed my charger) and door handle that fell off (shouldnt happen at a new hotel)

Terrible service. Cheap furniture. Rude management. So disappointed. Ive heard some rumors about some monkey business with private unit owners. Honestly, not surprised. I dont recommend this place.Also, a place that is supposed to be for a rest has some clubbing loud music up till 2am. I could sleep!!! And even garbage place I have to open with magnetic key??Also, eco-friendly? There is even no recycling!!!

The place is beautiful!! Has great views and an awesome area for events. Such as birthdays, corporate events, etc.

If I could give them no stars I would. I booked this hotel for a family staycation for us based on location and amenities shown online. Their pool looked very nice and advertised good restaurants as well. I liked that they offered suites with kitchens in them because I have a toddler and it makes our vacations convenient when I can cook in the room. When we arrived at the hotel the first thing the lady tells me is that the pool is broken, I felt that this should have been previously communicated so that I could make a decision in whether or not to go through with my stay. The was the beginning of many disappointments. In 4 days and 3 nights of staying here no housekeeping ever came by they said I needed to request that if I wanted it. The lights in our bedroom would flicker non stop like a strobe light. I bought cookies to bake my daughter and the oven wouldn’t work. When I called to get it fixed the attitude I received from the front desk was beyond me. The maintenance man came over an hour later and said I’ve been trying to call you to tell you how to work the oven, mind you we know how to work an oven, the breaker was off so it had no power. The safe in the room was locked so we couldn’t use it. We had a sofa bed for my mother in law to sleep on but no linens. Also they charged my credit card accidentally a few hundred dollars. The list can go on and on but the worst part for me was the lack of the empathy that the employees of this hotel had. I will not be coming back and won’t hesitate to share this experience with anyone coming to Hollywood beach.

Rooftop bar is absolutely adorable great hors doeuvres great pricing on the drinks, shame that this building took forever to build. construction took forever. a cute adorable area to end a long day
