The place is dirty. I have been here a month and the studio has never been cleaned...other than given clean towels...the floors were never washed, the toiled went three weeks without cleaning so the shower...I reported these issues to the manager every week and were ignored...I was going to stay two months but I could not stand the filth any longer....

(Army veteran) Negative Zero Stars!!!!!!!!!! This place needs to be shut down. Terrible in every area expect the sweet clean ladys that are forced to spray harsh pesticides for bed bug and ticks and fleas !!!!!! The front desk office workers check your room inconvenience you even if you are in the shower on several occasions!! They use their key because they figure you are not there. BBB please shut it down. A good five office staff needs to be fired even the owner Richard!!! only heard his voice every time I had a issue he lets his horrible staff run his business to the ground The staff are a real reputation of Richard if you never get the chance to meet him.The French ladyLisa wanted to charge me a $100.00!!!! every suite case I had(3) saying that their (UNCLEAN and FILTHY!! ROOM seem like someone was still renting there)one bed apartment was not going to fit. She literally cuss and fuss me out when I refuse to pay that fee saying she was going to check my room every day to ensure I wont sneak them in. Richard hear the everything and only got out of his chair to speak when I said Im going to write a review. His very poor attempts to plead to help lol he even sent poor Lisa and a maintenance guy(who did even know what was going on) out for my forgiveness and to book a. My spouse had to leave work early to pick myself and our kids up very upset for having to cut work day so early. We thought the deals this motel had was going to convince are family after spending almost $1000.00 before would turn out better this time round. Total dissatisfaction in every way possible.

Just checked in and the place is clean and cozy. No problems no hassle quick cheap and easy and a nice location. I spoke with Ardell and the front desk great service nice and answered all my questions he made everything easy and was very informative! Great place.

Very dishonest and rude! I called when I was 2 hours away and let them know I had found them in the Florida Travel Saver and wanted to make sure they would honor the price and that someone would still be there at 11pm when I would arrive. I was told no problem and to come on. When I arrived they would not honor the rate they advertised and the lady at the front desk was very rude and just kept talking over me saying oh well you didnt talk to me..... and the rate would now be 3 times what was advertised. She was very rude and would not listen to me and was even rolling her eyes! I recognized her voice so she was absolutely lying. Lying like the people who left good reviews on here, that has to be paid for or employees. I would have ONLY stayed here because we were getting in so late and only for the discounted rate of $39 because it is truly a dump in a bad part of town! And since they will not honor this coupon I would highly recommend you make other arrangements, I certainly did!

Me and my family stayed in the studio motel for a few weeks and we are somewhat disappointed . The house keepers are much more professional and respectful towards the residents here than the front desk . This French lady name Lisa forced me to write a review in order to extend my stay when I refused to she told me to check out which is unfair .she also threaten to call the police cause I didn’t want to write a nice review when she been giving us poor service from the beggining . Overall it’s affortable and comfy for short term stay but after this week I will not be returning . .ask for Farrah, Eddy, or Lizzy only they will help!

Be careful of the reviews they are paid for. You are given a discount for a favorable review. This place is awful the staff is very rude they do no room service you have to beg for towels. The staff shuts off the A/C when you are away. Making your room as hot as it is outside.please go somewhere else!

Its fun having someone that can answered all questions of people who junior with plants. Hes passionate and like is job.

Nice rooms, reasonable price,friendly staff,but felt a little uncomfortable with the way the canadians look and act towards most people who are not canadians,and that place is full of canadians . IN my honest opinion canadians seem a bit racist but i can be wrong .....overal great hotel .....lisa was a bit wierd lol

This place took pir money for 3 nights. We were there for literally an hr and a family friend stopped by for a second to bring by lunch. Within 3 minutes someone knocked on the door and informed us that we had to leave with no refund. The manager at the main offc was very rude and unwilling to reason or have an adult conversation. She also refused to allow us to speak with the owner. I reccomend that you find somewhere else to stay these people are thiefs!

Hello Richard my name is Shawn I came yesterday afternoon at 3 and I call earlier in the day for a room for the coupon price and I spoke to maria she come to the office and I did when speak to Lisa at the front desk and for something she is have attadude about the room for coupon price and she being rude to me and talking to a other French man and rushing me and a other employee shevanda with no manner tell me to go than Lisa tell to come at 8 or 9 and there be a room available for the coupon price and I said I will hold you to that she OK and I came at those times and the hotel security tell me that he know nothing about that and he was very nice to me lisa and shevanda or not they do what they to when the boss is not there and terrible and what s bad that is that they are women and they or not being professional on may 11 2016.
