Very nice stay. We were lucky there were few people on both pools. I liked that the staff all had masks on. The rooms are ceey nice modern and complete. Amazing view. 4 elevators which is better now with covid. The front desk responded to all our requests right away. I think they should lower the resort fee which is $30 night plus tax since there is no housekeeping no restaurant. Valet fee is too much. With covid they should allow guests to do own parking..Valet was $38 a night plus tax. Too expensive for the place. Not at the beach..We had to cross the street and beach full of seaweed. We ended up paying $378 per night.

Went during a very busy holiday weekend, staff was professional and very helpful.
The elevators where horrible there is not enough working for number of people, no social distancing on the elevators because it takes 25mins to go up or down so people are all packing in. This seems to be an ongoing problem with this property I was told. The unit was dirty, floors where not cleaned properly and kitchen did not have soap to wash hands or dishes. Nothing was dusted and the bathroom had no railings to hang towels, they provided only one small hand soap by the bathroom sink. Not enough towels for a weekend stay u had to call and ask for more. Luckily they did provide us more and quickly when we asked. The front desk staff was courteous but beware the hidden charges the Resort Fee is $33 w/tax not the $26 stated on this website plus the Valet takes forever and doesn’t answer phone so you can’t call ahead and they charge you $40 a night a rip off. The hotel was full of young kids and was more a party scene out of a club, it’s not a classy or couples or family friendly place. Definitely not staying here again. They say they wait 24 hours between room rentals on website but when we called for a late check out of an additional one hour they said they couldn’t because they were booked and they needed the room so how is it they wait 24 hours between rentals to adhere to COVID-19 standards? On a good note everyone was wearing their mask and they did enforce this!
Yesterday I rented at the hotel and they didn’t allow more then just 6 people in the room but there was 2 more people with me and they paid almost $40 for parking and they were not allowed to stay, the lady at the front desk was extremely disrespectful and I over heard her telling someone the restrictions of the hotel and she told us differently, so after we rented was when she decided to tell us that there was not more then 6 people allowed in the room, she then refused to return the full price of the hotel when we were only there no more then 3 hours, she also called the cops for no reason whatsoever and was not trying to be reasonable with us and she refused to give us her name. Would not recommend at all they have way too many restrictions and the people at the front desk are very disrespectful
Brand new property with excellent amenities. Spacious condos with spectacular ocean and city views. The property has two swimming pools to enjoy a full day of sun without interruptions.

Beware of roaches!!!Do not stay here unless you want to risk going home with roach eggs!!! Since I stay on the “private” residence side, the hotel management can’t help with the roach problem because of liability( like roaches can tell the difference between private and hotel owned residences) The management company isn’t much help either. They wanted to move me across the street at the other Hyde, the one right on the beach. I asked for a partial refund for the headache and stress that i have to make sure i don’t go home with roach eggs plus moving across the street ( they said the residence I’m in now is 30% more than the one they wanted to move me in) but they can’t refund me only waive my $25/day resort fee. Just save your money people, not to get started on a few other problems in the room that will take until two day before I leave to fix. For the money you pay to stay here, it’s not worth it. They only care about making a profit and nothing about the customer after they have your money.Edit: not sure why the pictures keep disappearing..
This place is by far the worst place to stay if your young black and have money don’t stay here. The people at the front desk are rude. The valet staff don’t speak English and can’t seem to keep up with the keys. The security thinks black people cant afford to stay there so they harass you every time you leave and come back. Not to mention the ac is not the best and hot water don’t work unfortunately. I don’t like it at the Hyde at all

We stayed here for 7 days during holidays and we had the best time, Hyde Beach House Hollywood was perfect, beach was lovely, pool was great, staff was wonderfully friendly... a Walmart supermarket is near by so you can stock up on food and drinks for the kitchen...nice stay
One star is actually a compliment to this hotel, worse experience EVER, first they said we have to wear the wrist band throughout our whole stay or will get in trouble, like children. Then when we got to the room the TV didnt work the deadbolt of the door didnt work or the Toilets, when we call the hotel front desk they send maintenance and he agreed that these facilities didnt work, the hotel said they will gives us the resort fee waived due to this.Then we had a late check out at 1:00PM and when we woke up the security and the hotel manager Bojan Obradovic were in the room ( they got in because the dead bolt didnt work)Threating us that we had to leave that very moment or they will call the police on us, then they charged us an additional $600 for the late check out and then said it was because they couldnt sell the room that night & still told us to leave, in conclusion WORSE HOTEL IN Hollywood & worse customer service.Dont ever stay there.
Based on the reviews I read, I was actually concerned about booking this condo. I still can’t figure out the negative reviews (other than the elevator wait times during peak usage which you can plan around). Our condo was beautiful and well maintained with a gorgeous view of the ocean and pool. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning our room and replenishing toiletries and coffee. It was truly great. I am usually really picky and this place totally exceeded my expectations and luckily I knew to plan ahead during busy elevator useage times. We would love to stay here again, and I would recommend this to friends!
I was rudely interrupted and rudely spoken to by the valet supervisor when trying to explain why there were 4 cars to the room. I spoke to the front desk and they assured me that the 4th car can offload the decorations and put the. In the room ( they were setting up and leaving 20-30 minutes top.) The supervisor did not accept that. I was really hurt by the inadequate display of customer service he possessed. I did not raise my voice and continued with my calm and professional demeanor, although I was being disrespected by this attendant. The room was not cleaned, you wouldnt believe how the room was. Ill leave it at that.I will remove all of my corporate accounts from giving this hotel any further business.

Check in wasn’t ready at 4pm. Pool closes at 5pm. No towels at pool. No hot water to shower in building. No coffee or water in rooms. Room phone doesn’t work to call front desk... left because this hotel is NOT ready to be open. No food or drinks anywhere in entire building (ps if you stay here pool opens 10am and checkout is 11am!). Like an Airbnb with less amenities and less hospitality .
The property is fairly new (4 months) and very nice inside. We were on site for 5 days and our room was never cleaned. We called and even stopped at the front desk several times and no one showed up to clean our room. We had to call the front desk for clean towels and even toilet paper. It was obvious that the staff needs training and guidance. Very few members of the staff spoke english. In addition our room faced the intercoastal waterway which was nice except for the bridge that opened approximately every 1/2 hour sounding a bell alarm. For the price of our stay, this property was not worth the money.
The hotel is new and clean, and the sites are spacious thats about the best we can say about it. Maid left our room open after servicing it, and removed used amenities without replacing. Including coffee. Ours didnt speak English so when I asked her to replace our one bathrobe that never happened in our three day stay, despite asking downstairs also. Probably the most important thing to note is that there is no restaurant, no room service, no bar. The only one they do have closed at 8 pm even on Saturday night with very limited menu and drinks served in plastic cups. Its also completely no smoking hotel. Even the gym ran out of water and nobody bothered about it. The Gym is just adequate. Nobody really even bothered to use the pool. Oh and the bathroom lights wont come on without very loud fans also coming on, which is very bothersome. Overall disappointing, they have lots of work to do to improve the appeal of the place.
Had to take a cold shower the first night! Electricity went out for about 5 mins and no ac the second night.

HORRIBLE customer service. The rooms are nice, but as soon as you have a problem they don’t care about you a customer that paid $500+ for a room. All the workers that I encountered has horrible customer service and none of them wear name tags.I would never recommend this hotel.
Booked through Airbnb & had a great experience. Front desk was very helpful in getting us checked in and helping us figure out where everything was. Room was great and the pool area was amazing. Beach is a very short walk away.

This place deserves zero stars!!! Unbelievably lazy staff, no restaurant or room service, the elevators are super slow and very busy. They advertise beachfront resort, but the fact is they are across the street from the beach. Numerous problems with room, with poor shower pressures, no hot water, non operating safe, zero lighting. For $600/night, please do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

Very expensive hotel. Virtually no services and most staff could care less. Only “restaurant” on property is a poolside bar which seems to be mainly unattended.Expect 5-10 minute wait for elevators. And housekeeping is not daily, if at all.If you don’t mind spending $5-$600/night for beautiful views but almost nothing else, this is your spot.

I stayed at this hotel earlier this month for a business trip. The hotel charged my personal card for the entire stay. Mind you, I was the only one on my business trip who was charged for the stay. I called the hotel to rectify it at least four separate times, received phone calls from the hotel, and was on hold well over an hour total. I was told on every single phone call I made that the transaction was refunded. I was told tonight that it never went through despite having been told repeatedly that it was processed, yet they never felt it necessary to call me and advise me of this or attempt to correct this. Absolutely terrible customer service. They do NOTHING to rectify issues or fix THEIR MISTAKES. Still fighting with them to get my money refunded 16 days after having checked out of this hotel.

There was trash in the morning left Around the pool area from the day/night before. There were issues with my suite that wasn’t resolved for 4 days and then I was asked to move to another unit and the cleaning crew never arrived when scheduled.

Very clean, good gym, luxurious condo.BUT, they need to do something about their elevators. Every time I used it, I had to wait more than 10 minutes ..... and 3 out of the 4 elevators were not working. So we decided to take the stairs to go down from the 31 floor. BS for the $$ I paid. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS PLACE. I informed the front desk, I got bla bla bla sound bits. Even worst, their emergency exit was blocked when we tried taking the stairs.... that is an occupancy viloation. The pool, well, no towels..... Overall, poor run operation. The management company should be fired !

Overall a nice place to stay. The view in our penthouse was amazing. We were a little disappointed that the pool bar closes so early, and we could never get someone from valet on the phone . We had no housekeeping at all during our stay but we managed without it. Could be a really great place to stay if service employees did a better job.
This place is horrible they have too many restrictions we were there for my nieces 15 supposably there was a maximum of only 8ppl for a 3 bedroom, which was not stated on here nor there website it doesn’t give you the restrictions unless you book with them on their site and after you book it tells you their restrictions the manager was nasty and rude for such an expensive hotel the customer services was unacceptable never going back the pool closed at 7PM it was horrible.
The property was new and clean. The way they market themselves through their name and pictures are deceiving, guests may be under the impression they are staying at the Hyde Resort when they are staying at a totally different hotel. The restaurant in the pictures was not open and their were no food options for breakfast or dinner. The hotel opened up the pool on Saturday with glass all over the public areas and inside the pool. Security closed the pool down for the day making it a very comfortable situation just to use amenities. I would never stay at the Hyde Beach House again, sorry.
Overall we had an amazing time. The view from the Room on 37 floor was breathtaking. The front desk was able to check us in early and they provided complimentary free late check out. The only concern we had was the smell in the room. It looks like they just recently painted it and the smell was strong first day. We kept the windows open and by the next day it smelled better. Highly recommended!
It was ok.....nothing major. First day I checked in no wash clothes in the bathrooms not sure why they would check someone in a room that’s not ready. The side railing where you pull the bed out was lying up against the wall in the room Maintenance showed up because I called and said he’ll be back to fix it tomorrow......WOW I checked out and the bed never got fixed. The view was everything hotel just OK. I would probably visit again but it would defiantly have to be at a cheaper price don’t think it was worth what I paid.

Me encanto el departamento!! extraordinario. no me gusto que le faltara algunas cosas: una fuente de horno. (nosotros alquilamos departamentos porque no nos gusta salir a comer todos los días. tiene unos hornos increíbles pero, si queres poner un pescado o algo al horno, no tener donde apoyarlo.tiene buenísima vajilla pero faltan: cuchillos para cortar una carne, un salame, una tijera para abrir los envases, aunque tiene lavaplatos, un pequeño detergente y una esponja. no siempre pones a lavar en la máquina, dos vos.también seria bueno que tuviera una escoba una pala, para poder barrer en caso que solo se contrate la limpieza final.buenísimas sabanas y toallas y muchas!1no esta claro que el front desk no puede atender tus necesidades ya que el dpto no les corresponde!.tardamos dos dias entender eso!por lo demás, el dpto me encanto.el estacionamiento es demasiado caro. no tiene sentido que te cobren U$38 + tax cuando enfrente en la misma cadena, pagamos por 6 dias 160 dólares.es extraño.
Leider überhaupt kein Service, Zusatz Bett musste selber ausgezogen und bezogen werden. Batterien des Feuermelders wurden erst nach wiederholten Aufforderungen ausgetauscht. leider zu teuer für diese Location.
