Safe community, cleaner area of other locations.

I’ve been waiting outside this office for about half an hour after they supposedly open. It doesn’t seem like the management knows anything about punctuality. Don’t expect to see anybody in the front office unless you come right before they go to lunch and even then, they take their lunch early. 1/5 would not recommended in general.

This is a nice, family friendly park. As a member of the new management team, we are doing our best to protect each residents investment with continued property improvements, while encouraging a safe, pleasant living environment. I live here currently. All of the negative comments are true. Terrible place to live. Management sucks. Fees for nothing. Not recommended for young buyers.

Its too close to a really trashy trailer park where the managment rips off senior citizens and comes up off of other peoples misfortunes.

The current management is the WORST management we have had since I have lived here for the past 8 years. This is a family park it USED TO HAVE a friendly atmosphere. PUTTING MY HOME UP FOR SALE I WANT OUT. The management ARE UN-attentive to the needs of the park and its residents. NEVER HERE MANAGEMENT Susan and Lisa.

Constant Harrasment, these people come into the property yore renting taking pictures of your home your back yard to nick and pick on any little thing Dead plants, stuff on your little piece of back yard or front plantar the female and male manager constantly harrasing the home owners trying to serve 7 day notices to keep your home, this is a privacy issue and its sad to see them bothering these poor people, theyre constantly violating our rights taking advantage of our lack of knowledge, theyre inhumane what are you guys trying to prove managers?? Threy just wanna sell, and take these homes with lies and harassment, buyers and renters beware !!!!they rent these places for almost 1000 and have you on a lease we are tied down and stripped of our tenancy rights, no lights, no cameras, our stuff is stolen our cars get broken into youd think they could atleast try to help these managers are bullying us, and the owner doesnt care or show his face money hungry!!! more or so the female is the worst rude, disrespectful, unapproachable, allways mad, the husband looks scared poor guy!! I feel bad for him!!!!

This review has been written upon request, and on behalf of multiple tenants that reside at this community park,Dear Rod, ( park owner) and any person looking to rent or own at this community.Although we have never seen your face, or had the opportunity to meet with you or even know who you are or what you look like we would like for you to know, and learn of our concerns and how the tenants that live at one of your communities the hemet valley mobile estates feel. Most of youre tenants have lived here for years, some of us only a few. We are very angered, and disappointed in the way your park is being ran, and the constant abuse that is being posed upon us. First the constant rent increases.Second the $ 25 dollar fee that was added to our bill without remorse or notice given for us to pay for the pavement put in your roads. We have had three different management members in the last 4 years.However these managers now are the worst. We would like to advise you that within this month the female, who by the way is completely disrespectful, unethical, unprofessional, and has no sense of customer service has assessed 6 179 dollar rent increases simply because there is an additional person living in the household. There are house holds in this community meant to house 6 members of a family, you are selling 4 bedroom homes in your community so we would like to know? Will you charge $ 179 per room on top of your already sky high space rent of 500-600 depending on what space in your park is occupied, and goes up every year ? How much more are we going to pay to reside in a mobile home park that sits in the part of hemet were there is the most crime observed and reported? Our belongings are stolen is left out, our vehicles broken into, your street lights dont work, and when we attempt to say anything we are threatened with an eviction notice, or as these new managers are serving 7 day notices to evict if we park on the street in front of our home . You have ten spaces in the front that for the most part remain busy, were should members of our family or visitors park? On the street outside for our cars to be broken Into or stolen? We are threatened constantly with our cars to be towed. If we dispute anything the female manager yells, and shouts at us as if we were animals. We have concerns and when we ask for your phone number we are given excuses or fake numbers, how can we get ahold of you, seems that all you care about is to collect our rent. Why sell mobile homes that are 3 bedrooms and only one person can live in or we have to pay 179 extra for every person that is not immediate family as you describe. Brothers and sisters, uncles cousins, grandmothers arent immediate family is what your management, and you say. People live in such a community because its suppose to be cheaper, how when we are paying 800-1500 dollars to live in a mobile home! We cant move if prospective buyers arent approved by you. You threaten to take our homes that are Owned by us and were bought with extreme efforts we live in fear here at this community !!!! We cant do this we cant do that!!! Its our home our mobile home we may not own the space but why buy a home at your park if we cant choose what color to paint, what and what not to have outside, OR INSIDE??!! Are you, and your management violating our rights!!! Please inform all your prospective owners or renters looking for a place to call home that this is not it! Its your home, or as your female manager said this is all mine now! Your rules your regulations even when they are absurd, and inhumane, unfair, and full discrimination, and abuse!!! And our voices are unheard because you are a ghost!!! Never around never available. People out there please be advised that these people and this park as well as the casa del sol on acacia ave, and a few other communities are all owned by the same person, and although there maybe different management the owner is the same person. We are stripped, threatened, and abused here. We cant even choose what plants to plant, or color of our home

I would not recommend this place for anybody to live me my wife and my two children were only there 2 months we left for the weekend and our house was broken into they went through the backyard over our 4-foot fence in the backyard right on the Main Street and nobody saw nothing broke right through security door they almost took all of our belongings including my childrens clothes and wifes close all my tools and personal belongings to my family along with all the food from refrigerator and freezer and pantry the management on site is very unprofessional and disrespectful no compassion whatsoever to what happened to us we were not even refunded or deposit too many Tweakers and thieves not a place to raise your family to anyone that moves in there may the Lord be with you and your families and protect you from all harm and thieves dont trust your neighbors or nobody in that mobile estate
