Parking was a problem, but other than that was fine

Excellent! The management has done a great job cleaning up & keeping their residents safe...just need some neighbors to do what they should have a long time ago! Report when you see someone terrorizing your neighbor!!!

This place used to be nice but they do NEED a playground for kids and a game room over by the second pool. What do they expect for kids to do run around get onto trouble. Do something for these kids

Big park but know where for visitors to park at night. If you park in the roadway you will be towed away.

Horrible manager she’s a fun sponge I HATE her

The parking is horrible. If You park in the street, you get towed because they decided to make all the streets a fire lane. The so called parking is just a few spaces, to what seems like people never move those cars. So pretty much no other people can come over unless you help them find a parking spot, then pick them up.

I love this place! Management is efficient and overall, great. The staff is kind and on top of things. They host annual special events and keep the community clean. I highly recommend this residency.

Tried looking for someone I know

I’m so relieved that Santa Rosa is working with the Fire Department for having fire lanes in this community. The streets are clear of parked cars which were so crowded I could barely get through. I feel safe knowing that the police and fire trucks can get to me or anyone in the community when there is an emergency. Thank you, Santa Rosa and Fire Department.

The Santa Rosa mobile home park is very nice, it has lovely staff and management, great events, birthday party’s; they have two beautiful pools. They also make sure the community clean and well kept up; the people there in the community are all around great people to talk to...I give this place five stars cuz it beautiful, great community and affordable...

I haved lived here for about 7 years and i love it here. the rent and bills here are very affordable and my neighbors are priceless

Older versions of mobile homes, for the most part.

I have never had a problem here of course I dont live here. The rents are affordable and it is close to schools and shopping.

The management & staff are HORRIBLE!!!!! The management & staff picks & chooses who they like & have evicted residents because, of personal issues that occur between management/staff or, whomever the personal issues are directed to.... *Some residents that are in Santa Rosa, are AMAZING & GREAT people!!!!!*

You are the parent! You should be doing things with them. Do not expect someone else to take care of or entertain your kids. They belong to you! If you raised your kids properly, they wouldnt get in trouble.
