Mobile home community for seniors, everyone so welcoming to the neighborhood...I do some caregiver service there for amazing people.

My mom passed away here where she lived & left me her mobile home, well management made it extremely difficult for me to get her belongings & do anything with her place because its a senior citizen park & Im not a senior myself but yet they allowed me & my girlfriend to live there with my mom for almost 5 years!!! Dont live there ever & I hope nobody you care about lives there & that hopefully not only if you do lose someone you love that you dont lose them & everything with them!!!

This was a great sale. Priced wonderfully. The people that ran the sale were awesome! Beautiful home.

The Managers Steve and Maria are doing a great job since they came in. They are very professional, respectful and friendly. The park is clean and beautiful. London spires is a culturally mixed mobile home neighborhood quite, safe and close to everything.

Great staff and Ive found the residents to be verry friendly.

I live here...Management is awesome...they are trying to fix an repair...no longer feels run down..Vicky an Troy... are very kind an very helpful to the space renters who live here...park is super quiet..the people who live here are extremely friendly...Just A Great Place To Call Home...

I can not believe that the owner an his side kick Justin are so dumb. They ran out the only managers that ever improved this place. I guess the owner is very old and I heard from residents he has Dementia but all his side kick is doing is setting him up for a law suit. Sure it will be another reason to up the rent. Steve and Maria you will be missed Im still shocked at them firing Steve. EVERY YEAR THEY RAISE RENT ANOTHER 20.00 THIS YEAR. Sr citizens can not afford to live here. The park has no activities for Sr Citizens. The place is not worth 470.00 month

If your looking for a fun 55 older place that has activitys and BBQ that work and a club house that does not smell and management that can really manage keep looking. They raise your rent and lower the way you live. Look somewhere else the place is a dive.
