A nice place for my friend to put her traylor to live and laundry facility and pool and recreation area to have use of also.

Not the worst of mobile home parks in town but it does have some scummy people hanging around alot! As long as u keep your things locked up and keep to urself besides few people that I know then you should be ok.The manager can be caring but most of my run ins with him havent been good! He is very opinionated

Better then Mountain Lyon rv park. Manager is nice and doesnt yell at people like they are 2 years old...

Manager old need to higher younger guys to really keep the park clean!!

I like this place because there are alot of kids that you can make friends with and i have beenbliving here for about 6 years and i have friends for that long.

Small park.a lot.of olfersingle wides an RV to small campers, as far as I know no over niters.

Druggies walking around looking in the trash..they need to clean. House

The park is not secure. There are many homeless coming in and out, squatting in empty units or on the vacant lots, shooting up their drugs in the laundry area. Most of the units are about 50 years old.

A GREAT PLACE TO SELL DRUGS!!
