Nice seniors mibile community. Indoor jacuzzi .Pool. Pets are kept close watch on. Gated community. Good security.

A great place to live! Like a family we look out for each other.

They are bullies, residents and management alike, they have unconstitutional, ludicrous rules, an elite few are not bothered while everyone else is threatened with eviction over things normal people do on a daily basis. This is a place to go if you miss the high school dynamic and want to die not living the way you want, and alone because your family cant come take care of you, especially if its more than one person. Grandparents cannot leave up play equipment to be used during a visitation, unless your are one the elite few, then your grand kids can live with you over a year with no repercussion.Hitler Rock would be more accurate

I have been living in Eden Roc South for approximately 7 monthes.I am so happy I moved here. Its very peaceful quiet community.I read these posts and I am so glad I paid no attention to these previous posts. My Manager is so Kind and caring and her assistant so wonderful and supportive. The maintenance team are very professional. I could not believe the beautiful neighbors that reside here. I would recommend any one to move here. I love my sweet home. I fast walk around my complex and I love how well are complex looks!! Adorable!!

Nice quiet senior community.

Generally least expensive space rent. The overall keeping of each mobiles care is problematic. Quite clickey with recreational aspects. Dogs not allowed to walk with owners. The new manager is quite wonderful to deal with. This has a high crime area outside the walls of this park.

Please dont move here, old people are unfriendly. The click here is awful the certain people who are so flipping nosy are the problem, they know who they are ladies, laugh my ads off . We are out of here, whoop whoop. We hate the place. Bye Felicia
