The management let someone move in without approval! Now im stuck having to evict a low life!!!!

I moved here to help my mother and to current have lived here for 12 years. I assumed my mothers home after she passed away.I have great neighbors and have made some wonderful friendships. People here are loving and caring. I can say that because I have non Hodgkins lymphoma stage 4, and while currently in remission...I have a long way to go to make sure it doesnt return. A day doesnt go by that a neighbor doesnt stop by to say hello and how are you, how are you doing. How nice is that!!I also met my boyfriend here and he too is now being seen and to be treated for cancer. So much cancer for so many people.This is my home here and I do my best to care for it. I am close to shopping, my doctors, lab, hospital, any ct scans needed, of course my veteriarian and my church.We have a caring manager that is a pro active manager out and about not just sitting behind closed blinds as past managers have. Easy to speak with, pleasant and understanding.Arroyo Fairways is my home, I hope it will be your too if you have been considering our park.

Actually Arroyo Fairways is my current residence, Ive lived here almost 9years. Wished we had made the move sooner but timing is everything. It has an 11 hole course but will play 18. Picture is my 41st. Hole in one.

So beautiful. I cant say enough about how beautiful this outing experience was. Lovely surroundings, very well maintained. Very friendly, courteous, and helpful employees:-) Wonderful!

Very nice park with many homes right on the golf course. Tidy homes. Nice clubhouse and pool.

Arroyo has a beautiful view and the pool stays at the just right temperature to swim all year!

★*TOO MUCH TRAFFIC IN THIS MOBILE HOME PARK VENUE. THE GOLF COURSE IS FULL OF DIVITS, HOLES, + TRASHY.THE MANAGEMENT DOESNT SEEM TO TREAT THE RESIDENTS + THEIR GUESTS IN A PROPER, CORDIAL MANNER. ALSO THE MANAGEMENT DOESNT SEEM TOO CONCERNED ABOUT THE PROMISCUITY THAT APPEARS QUITE OFTEN WHEN NEW RESIDENTS MOVE IN.NOW THATS GIVING A HELLO NEIGHBOR! + WELCOME HANDSOME A HOLE NEW MEANING, WOULDNT YOU SAY? DIDNT SEE ANY CHIPPENDALE TYPES THOUGH, SORRY LADIES, AND YOU, BE-HAVE NOW MEN!NOW WE KNOW WHY THE SCOTSMEN WEAR THOSE KILTS!
