I have driven thru twice. Older MH, great hill & rock & view area BUT half the spaces are empty?? Rents are about $500 with new paving on streets. What is going on?

Great visit with family

My mom has lived here for about 20 years. Management has changed hands a few times over the years, but the current management by far is the best. The owners and the managers care about their homeowners and about keeping the park maintained and clean. They even host an occasional potluck and holiday parties for the residents. Mountainous surroundings are beautiful and its always calm and peaceful here.

Nice little park for 55+. Seems maintained well and has a nice club house. The pool area is small. It is not a gated community.

Seems pleasant, but was only there for side work with an electrician.

My husband and I have lived here for 10 years and find the park well taken care of - the trees are trimmed each year -- the street is taking care of and the residents are very friendly. I have great neighbors. The management takes care of things as far as I know. We feel safe and the park is clean. The utilities are being upgraded which I find is very nice. Great place to live here in Hemet

Beautifully well kept park...

Its a nice set up with good scenery, manager on the other hand likes harassing my friend that lives there, her house and yard are kept up, its very quiet at her place, but the manager likes to say its not and there a lot of traffic in and out, it is such a bummer

Came to an estate sale here. Looks like a calm retirement community.

They have different rules for every mobile there. No 2 homes have the same rules. For instance, I was permanently disabled in their park by a stand alone structure not up to code, 2 years recovery I started an online ETSY craft store. They told me I couldnt run a business out of my home, but the 2 gentlemen who were hired to do my dads estate sale live in park & run that business out of their home. Also be aware of those 2 characters, they said they would draw me up a contract for the furniture I had to leave behind. They never did show up to write me up a contract to sell my antiques left in the home. Nothing but crooks in that park & management. Best wishes to you if you choose to live here
