It is a nice friendly community for 55 plus and older. The park is well maintained, and the maintenance workers do an excellent job at keeping the park looking clean. The staff that work at Royal Holiday are very professional and courteous.
We stayed there for our week out of Wilderness Lakes RV Resort since my husband had broken his leg and couldnt drive our truck and fifth-wheel. We were fortunate enough to have friends staying at Wilderness Lakes who could help us move the 15 miles to Royal Holiday and back. The location was fabulous, right in town, and the people were friendly. Its a Mobile home park with a few RV sites. The sites were huge with their own cement patios. The roads were nice for pushing my husband around in his wheelchair.
Unnecessarily rude and ignorant management that specifically picks on certain tenants of the community that have younger visitors and arent very helpful to disabled tenants and expect them to do what an abled bodied tenant could do. This 55+ Independent Senior Citizen mobile home community is the most ridiculously strict community Ive ever visited. One more thing, there are no maintenance workers as stated on their website that there is, when there isnt.
They are upgrading the utilities and bringing in new modular homes. So they are trying to improve.
CALM quiet peaceful. We loved it. I want to live there. The office people are kind and so nice. What a great environment.
Very nice place to do business and to live close to stores
Relaxing nice tranquility feeling but a bit lonely at times. Who else lives here? Dont be a stranger neighbor come on out and say hello
This location is horrible!!! The owner needs to invest n living conditions!!! 4 the seniors living in this trailer park!!! That law should go into law!!! That A owner must live n thier mess!!! From plumbing & gas leaks!!! I regret my mom saw this place!!! They restrict u from renting ur property or subclassing for economic reasons!!! This place is very deceiving n description!!! Look n 2 any location b4 u move inn!!
The place tries to help people but with no professional manager. Large company that those no care of your issue just corporate one answer fits all.motel 6 function better than this place. They use companies to gather bits of discriminating negative stuff. They waste your time no understanding of your time just there sweet time. They close office 4:00 pm when sign says 5:00pm.
My husband and I want to thank the office staff and HOA for the tremendous job during the gas leak. Not having to look for or pay extra for lodging and meals ourselves was a big weight off our shoulders. James and Willa MooreThank you
I am a full time RV camper with a thousand trails membership. I stay 3 weeks at Wilderness Lakes in Menifee Ca. I can move out and go to San Diego for my next 3 weeks or Idyllwild for 3 weeks but Royal Holiday is very close about 12 miles from my “home” park. I have been staying in one of the 4 RV spaces since March of 2018, pretty much every month. ( 5 times so far) Equity lifestyle properties owns both. There have been some speed bumps along the way.I drive have driven a little to fast speed limit is 10 MPH, and sometimes I do a California stop ( kinda sorta a slow rolling stop) corrected that issue.I had a creepy nut case accuse me of being a peeping Tom !!!! LOL followed me around the park while I was walking my dog and harassed me to no end.I have a dog who is aggressive and very protective of our space, and of course the ONE TIME she got out of the RV off leash ( she now knows how to push the door open with her nose if it is not fully closed!!) a man was walking his dog down the street in front of my space. I was packing up to move out so when I heard her barking I ran out to tell her to stop which she did before leaving our space and never even got close the the other . Well this man totally lost it and started throwing a fit. My friend asked if our dog had left our space and he got really and HE threatened to harm her. I asked him to calm down. He reported us to management and they told me that I was not able to bring my friend back into the property!!!! Why ? Because she stood up to the enraged bully ???I had a talk with the manager and assistant manager and they understood my point of view ( there is always two sides to the story) so they agreed to let me keep coming back with my friend who is my travel companion and watches Lady Lou when I am at work. I found that they had compassion and were also very fair in the way they treated me as a renter ( once a month for one week )As far as the people who live here in this mobile home park most of them are nice friendly people. There has been 3 grumpy ones but that is everywhere I camp. The pool is clean, bathrooms clean (plenty of hot water) the hot tubs hot, the sauna is great, the clubhouse has activities, pool tables, an exercise room, and a tv lounge. All in all I find this a great place to live for 7 days a month. Close to Winco, Circle K and tons of restaurants.Very grateful to the staff for resolving issues with fairness and respect for everyone involved. Also very happy to have such a nice place to stay for a very reasonable cost. One last thing is the spaces are very limited, only 4 lucky people can park here at the same time. I reserved my space for the entire 12 months in advance. That leaves only 2 spots as another full time RV camper reserved 12 months in advance too.Hope this helps if you are considering moving into one of the mobile homes.Happy Trails and safe travels !!!
Its alright it not a bad place looks bad out side but the rooms are nice
Really Nice. Brother lives there.
The people are so scandalous and back stabbing, do not recommend
Staff is friendly and they are easy to talk to
Quite
Its ok. Needs alot of tlc
Not really sure what to say... The 2 stars should be enough..
Lived here for 8 years love it
Nice place to live
Passed by here
The manager profiles the younger crowd way to much and is a bit rude at times
Nothing really to comment about here.
Good
Theres potholes in the street you cant see the stop signs they have weeds everywhere in the empty lot the managers are rude from what Ive heard they constantly raise the rent and dont do anything for the tenants in the park and theyre constantly write up people in the park for no reason I was told that they had to buy the park because they bought another Park so they treat this park like a redheaded stepchild it would be better if they just put some TLC into it and it was rent-controlled because its a senior Park they dont have that much money but as usual the people that get the most money dont care about the people that dont make that much money
Its ok I guess
Love the people quiet community
Great management.
Lot of vacancies
Weeds over grown, vacant lots looked ragged, palm trees looked like they needed a good trim,a shed by the pool had cracked paint falling off of it.The wash room was dirty. The place looked like a slum lord owns it.
