They have changed since Covid. They use to have an unlimited package which included bowling, laser tag, bumper cars, and a game card which could all be purchased at one counter for about $20 per person. Now, not only have the prices gone up ridiculously, but you have to go to 2 different counters to make your purchases. A $35 purchase only included one of the above activities and a game card per person. I suggest checking the prices prior to going.

Well I certainly do enjoy this place to come on the weekends. The beer options are the best in town. The food is always so delicious. Most of the staff is friendly and willing to help you if you have an concerns. There are so many options from entertainment to filling your belly. The only thing to be aware of is the bowling balls are the greasiest I’ve have dealt with. But certainly would recommend coming here on a date or friends. Just so happy they have offer my favorite alcoholic beverage that is rare to find in the area.

Used a Groupon here. One of the machines didnt give me the right amount of tickets but one of the managers fixed it quickly. Their should be more animation on bowling machines and kid friendly game options. Their food options were very broad and the food customers were eating actually looked better than the other stars and strikes I visited . They have a great variety of games as well and all were working that I used

My closest Friends had their two Childrens Birthday party at Stars & Strikes!!! My two Children had a Blast at the Party. Great Staffing. Keep being a Blessing to all the Families!!!

Brought out the VRHS Football team and had a wonderful experience. Wonderful group of people, took fine care of us. We will be back.

Good deals on bowling. The arcade area had some great games. VIP section is private. Decently clean, the arcade area had lots of empty drinks on the gaming structures. They do have plenty of sanitation locations for those concerned about their health safety. I didnt try the food but the people another lane over had a pizza that looked great. We will definitely go back again.

Awful service waited 25 minutes for a pretzel I was never gonna receive! I asked for a refund and the “operations manager “ could barely use the POS system( took about 12 minutes for him to figure it out ) . We payed for unlimited bowling but got stopped mid way on our third game for no apparent reason. Overall this is hands down the worst stars and strikes to visit so I’d stay away if I were you. If you decide to go good luck on receiving any type of professionalism or people who know how to properly do there job.

Great customer service. Minus the shoe guy in the bowling area. But great experience and my 5yr old loved. Will def return. Way better than chuckie cheese in my babys words lol

It was a lot of fun. They are really nice and trying to abide by the social distancing in the bowling areas. I did see an employee trying sanitize the games.

Went to visit family decided to go bowling. Havent bowled in 25 years or more! I had a blast here! Everyone was very friendly & helpful!! Afterwards we hit the arcade. Had a great time here! Ill be back

Nice family place. Was told its never too busy, which is a good thing I suppose. Maybe not so much for the Owners. Would suggest to them to knock down the trees blocking views from the Hwy for starts. Proper design and lighted main sign over entrance. Multi colored programmed LED lighting around all edges of building and awning would make a huge difference. Bowling lane we used had low spots. Other than that everyone in the party had some fun.

Labor day fun for the whole family. We played the arcade and got to eat some snacks all while feeling safe and happy.

We paid per person and got 1 and a half hours each of bowling and the arcade. We had fun. It was a little annoying that the ski ball games werent working.

The poor layout of this place and the lack of security or surveillance, means that a child could easily walk out into the busy parking lot, or worse, someone can grab a child and be gone in seconds.The arcade is right by the front door, so anyone with multiple children would be challenged in ensuring their safety while they enjoy themselves.Many other such venues have a layout that ensures no child can wander put without being seen. Consider this, also I never saw their employees, outside of the cash registersSecurity is everything to me, so this place is simply a no no!!!

It was great! There were some issues though. Some of the arcade games weren’t working and others didn’t support the one hour card. When we left the arcade when our lane was ready. We played for about 30 minutes when the lane stopped working. We got attendance and got it fixed. But it kept happening every 10 minutes. But other than that it was great!

Great place for an evening of entertainment. Ive visited on multiple occasions, and always had a blast with the people I brought along. I usually visit this location for the arcade, but the bowling experience is pretty good too. The lanes are well maintained, and are styled nicely. As for the arcade, everything is clean and shiny; its almost overwhelming. The games are new, and offer tons of challenging fun! The staff are still friendly, despite the crowded atmosphere. The only downside is, personally, the prices seem a bit high. Nevertheless, I will definitely be returning!

Its affordable and worth the hour long drive there. They have daily and weekly specials that are much appreciated. The staff are friendly helpful and the facilities are clean. And the ice cream is good too! Definitely going again.

Had a great New Years Eve time! The whole place was clean and inviting. The food / beer hit the spot! Staff very helpful and between the contests and interviews, made the night interactive ( i won the oldest coin challenge 1946 wheat penny)! Id recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun family environment. Between the new games the expanded arcade, the bowling lanes, the music and people dancing having a blast! We had lots of fun but we did the unlimited bowling and arcade. The bowling was fine but the arcade was ehh because we were limited in games. I personally think if they are going to offer a unlimited thing such as arcade, they should either put a max on how many tickets you can get or raise the prizes. I dont know if many do or do not get the unlimited arcade. I brought little ones and they loved playing the arcade, they were just bummed out they didnt get any prizes and they werent able to play some games.

Staff always friendly, Clean Restrooms ! Only thing some shrubs/weeds need trimmed or removed at front entrance, sorry to be picky just observation of neatness, overall !

Great place. I thought it was only bowling alley. Turned out to be more than that. Kids can play video games as well which is great. The kids certainly enjoyed it. Price was good. Not so expensive. Facility is clean and the customer service was great. Highly recommend for family event or date whatever you want.

Looks like a happening place, but if you want to bowl get there early. They have a cool deal on Fridays for unlimited bowling for a certain price. We get there and they were willing to sell us the package with no guarantee when youd get a lane. Maybe a reservation system is needed?

I love Stare and Strikes! I even worked at this location. The workers are great and are absolutely fun to be around. They definitely make your experience worth while. Come eat GREAT food, amazing drinks and have fun.

Had a nice outing with friends and family!!!Decided to get the “VIP” bowling area (curtains, couch, tv) with a couple of drinks and food. (If you get the kids meal it comes with a game card but you have to specify that)The atmosphere was cool but small. It’s 8 people per lane but only three can fit on the couch comfortably!They have military discount!!!!

This was a neat place for company get together. Guys coworkers and spouses. I played pinball and EVEN that hurt my back. It is called chronic pain for a reason, huh? I ordered ice cream, ( on diet again!) and I believe they have cotton candy too. We had 4 or more pizzas and it was easy to locate and park. Nice employees. Fun time! I like fountain drinks and all they have are the bottles, I believe.

I had an okay time here. The service was not amazing but the waitress was nice.I ordered a water and she brought the water in a Togo cup. The water never tasted funny and I even brought my water with me in my car to sip on after I left.When I opened up my water I found what looked like black ASH or some sort is black residue inside my water!Very off putting and worrisome as to what I have been drinking the entire time and when they told me they would call me back they never did and really didn’t do anything to resolve such an issue. What happens if I get sick from this?

Went on a Friday, usually good experience. It has been awhile since we have been. We found out that you cant pay by the game you have to get the deal they have going.. fine which was it $30 dollars for two people to bowl for 40 min. Including shoe rental. Okay how much is it without shoe rental..same price shoes are included whether you get them or not.. case youre wondering its $9 for two people. Put in perspective about a year ago you would do a full hour for around $20-25. So you get less for more.We had to wait on people to move out of our area who wasnt bowling just eating...so that ate into our 40mins. Our lane wasnt working correctly and miss counting the pins. We were never offer to order food or drink. We didnt even get through with 2 full games. Coming from someone who has worked for Stars and Strikes and a league bowler it was by far the worst experience ever. We will probably never go back. Bowlero we will become our bowling place even if we have to drive further. Shameful just shameful.

I could totally understand if no one was around but the bags we had with us were right beside it and we were 5ft away..... Other than that really was a great place

Horrible experience. I was charged twice for a kids meal and game card. My pizza was made wrong. The bartender couldnt make drinks and watered them down. Overall really bad experience. Especially for the money spent

Nice variety of games. Pleasantly cool on a hot day. Fun for the whole family, including our littlest, who is four. Not the greatest value, but not so expensive that you cant go once in awhile. I like how your players card keeps track of your ticket winnings so that you dont have to carry them around.

Oh this place was great. Great customer service. Clean, variety of food and drinks served as ordered. All ages, even Seniors like me, have a great time.

This place is big, loud, crowded, and over-priced, but thats what you expect from a place like this. They offer bowling, laser tag, arcade games, and food. Big selection of games, which seem to be mostly newer games. Staff is pretty friendly and it is a clean place. Groupon usually has really good deals so you can go here and not break the bank. My son loves it.

Took my 16 year old niece there...... she seemed to enjoy herself......they have video games, bowling, bumper car, a bar and fast food restaurant...... family oriented atmosphere..... plenty of parking.....staff courteous and friendly...... would recommend this establishment.

If only I could leave a zero....Waitress wouldn’t serve me a margarita. I spent 120 dollars on bowling and games but can’t even enjoy myself with a drink. She thought I was buying it for someone else but I’m 25 and don’t have time for the shenanigans. I will not be going back. If I could have just got a full refund I would have. Never again

This place does not care about it’s customers. Our party had a reservation for a lane and still had to wait over 25 minutes for a lane. When we finally got a lane we had to wait over 40 minutes for our waitress to come over and we had to have multiple people find her for us. After our order was taken it took another 45 to get our food and it was COLD. Once the manager came over upon our request he was only willing to remake our food or discount it by 50%. He would not do anything else. No one ate their food since it was inedible and we still had to pay for it. If they actually cared about their customers they would have much better customer service. Will never be back.

Went there for my wifes birthday earlier this month with my two sons and their significant others. Had an amazing time. Food and drinks were very good and she claimed it was the best birthday she can remember!!! A little expensive for 6 people staying for a few hours but well worth it. Happy wife equals happy life!

Our family goes here a few times a year and enjoy it for the most part.We recently had a party for our teenage daughter and I was thoroughly impressed with the great service that we received from our host Brittany. The atmosphere in the VIP section was great for the girls and everyone had a ball. It was worth every penny!

Its really a great place to come spend time with family and friends, specifically to celebrate a kids birthday. I was there for my nephews birthday party. The kids enjoyed it. They had loads of fun. The money was well spent for all the activities they got to do. Also, customer service was excellent!!!!

Ok so we got one of the lanes on the side with the black lights and stuff. It was pretty okay at first. Then when two of us went to get shoes the waitress came over and only took the other threes drink orders. After that they didnt come back to ask if we wanted food or anything they just passed us the bill for our drinks. We had to go find our waitress to put a pizza order in.When we got the pizza it only had five pieces of pepperoni on it (for a 16 inch) and was not cooked. The dough ran off the slice. We should have taken it back but at the time we all took a slice and dug in so we thought we couldnt. Also didnt want to hunt down our waitress again.After that we went to the arcade and some of the games just straight up didnt work.This was Halloween so not sure if it was just everyone stressed out or what. Probably wont go back for a while.

Ive probably been here 3 or 4 times in the last few years and the experience has been consistent. Its a great local option for bowling, arcade, lazer tag, and everything else they offer. The rates seem to be what you would expect considering its one of the few places (if not the only place) out this way that has a little bit of everything.If you want to save some cash on bowling, do some research on which days of the week and which times during the day you should come.Overall we had a lot of fun and enjoyed some quality family time. We dont bowl all that often but when we do, we usually come here. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

The food was raw, the bowling machines were very buggy. The only good part was the lazer tag, but if you want that, go to sparkles (its way better) or a dedicated lazer tag arena.

I had such a horrible experience when I booked a birthday party for my child. To start with, my party host didnt seem to know what was supposed to be provided for me. She only served the kids half of the food I had paid for just at the time when she asked the kids to go out to play. When they returned, pizza and food were cold and wasnt enough for everyone since she only brought in half of what I requested for. She told me she was bringing in the remaining half but that never came until the party was over and guests were leaving, more than an hour later. I literally left the guests in the room for more than 30 mins, chasing my host around for food. It took more than an hour before we were served, by then, guests had started to leave. Also included in my package were game cards she didnt provide to the kids when we got in. When I questioned her, she argued with me that it wasnt part of my package. I had to pull up the full package for their website, show it to her and it still didnt convince her. She took me to her manager before the manager confirmed that we were indeed supposed to be given the game cards. Imagine having kids and parents at your childs birthday party asking for food because they were hungry and the food never came. The birthday boy didnt even get to eat. It was so humiliating. I found out that my host was busy serving another group, leaving us for with no food for an hour. I was so embarrassed and had to continously apologize to parents for the horrible experience. I will not recommend this place ever to anyone who wants to book a kids party. Maybe, they need to train their staff on the packages they offer. What is worst is that I was made to pay a tip, per the contract, to the host, which was undeserved. I regret not using the money I paid for to host my own party at home. I would have spent less than half with no headaches. It was so stressful.

Morgan and megan were great hosts and bartenders. Other than showing up and having to wait 2 hours because there was a bowling league playing...when we finally obtained a plain we had a blast and the staff were very accommodating as always.
