Great place to have a comfortable and fun time with friends. The bartender Ashley gave great drink suggestions. She also informed us that this place has bowling arcade games. So i invited several more friends to come. Needless to say, a quick drink amongst friends turned into lots of friends closing down the place. Will definitely be back. Great time from a guy who knows a great time. Lol

What an awesome place! Dakota was our server, he gave us such a welcoming experience. It’s all my family have talked about since last Friday. We will be coming back this weekend to see Dakota and punch bowl again. A must see experience in Deep Ellum.

Went with a group some late but service was 109% great was always served an taken care of anything we needed. This was my anniversary an they made us feel special food was good. Fun place to hangout will 4 sure come back to hangout.

Tried to check this place out after being interested for a while, a friend and I got there at 4pm (when they opened for the day) so we decided to walk around the area to give them a chance to open up. We walked in at 4:15 and waved to a member of the kitchen staff in the back, and stood around for 5 minutes without ever being approached or spoken to. Since it was our first time we weren’t sure if we were supposed to just sit down or be seated, and it was really uncomfortable just standing there with 3 people in the kitchen who didn’t notify anyone that we were there. We decided we didn’t want to give them our business after that, which is really disappointing because I was so excited to come here!!

Visited today to get a feel for our visit on Saturday and I really like the atmosphere. As soon as I caught someones eye, we were greeted. Tonya was very helpful. She answered all of our questions and also gave suggestions. We played a few games and on our way out we were greeted by Adrian(sp) who kindly took us on a tour of the facility and shared a little information on food and drink offers and history of the opening. That type of hospitality will definitely bring people!!

Theres a lot going on here. Probably best for a younger energetic crowd. Not the place if youre looking for a relaxed or chilled environment.

Was in town on a business trip and best service I received all over Dallas. The nice and curtious young man making the door was perfect from the time we got there to the time we left!!! Shot out to him, I wish him the best from Florida. Defintly will be coming back

I stumbled upon this place in person and its an amazing hangout! Lots of open space available when I went, so distancing wasnt hindered by tables or layout. The staff was all on point with their service and health accommodation both with customers and between customers.

Drinks were ok. Most barcades let you play for free when drinking. The arcade games were not free and were expensive $1.25 for one pinball game?

Absolute worst service!!!! I got a glass of water and the cup was dirty with orange and brown salt around the rim. Once we finally order TWO drinks it took at least 15 min. to even get it. The waitress didnt even apologize for the dirty glass just took it and didnt even bring another water out.

Lots of activities to do and it was really fun but if you order no cheese on shrimp tacos they dont know what means. 3 times returned and still never got it right.

I had the worst service ever. I had Jeremy as a server and not once did he come to check on us. He flirted with two young ladies the entire time. I asked another server for some help and found out my food order was never put in. I have been in this restaurant a hour and half and this has been the worst service I have ever experienced. If the manager Kyle didn’t come and correct everything I would not have given them one star. I hope they get their servers together and maybe I’ll give them another try.

Definitely the new gold standard in Dallas. Start a tab downstairs, keep it going upstairs. Bowling... bowling... and more bowling. (Also darts - just be careful) They’ve done a great job with the space. It’s HUGE!!! Excellent for social events.

Cool ambiance, lots of different game options (board games, life sized Jenga and Yahtzee, bowling), some good cocktail options. Go early and expect a wait for bowling. Lots of bartenders so you wont wait long for a drink

This place is great! Fun bowling alley in the back too! I had not been in the building in 15yrs or more since it was formerly a dance club back then... They really did a great job with the space, very cool venue! Worked perfectly for our work social the other night, food was fantastic!

Great place for hanging out and having fun. Its a sophisticated adult playground. Great place to host a company outing with all the space and games and alcohol. Didnt try any food, but I will definitely be going back. My Lemon Drop was perfection!!

Terrible. It took forever to order our drinks and food. After we ordered our food, the waitress asked one person at the table for a card to start a tab. We’re not eating at the bar, we’re at a table I don’t know why they would need a card. I ordered the hash and the waitress came back 15 min later to tell me they were all out. She recommended the cauliflower grits which were TERRIBLE. So watery and lacked any flavor. We had a table of 8 and only 3 people (all ordered chicken and waffles) enjoyed their food. We were not given napkins or silverware until we asked the bar back. Our waitress didn’t check in to see how the food was. They came to clean up the table and almost 30min later our waitress finally came over. I told her I didn’t enjoy my food and she asked me if I wanted something else after 2hrs of being here. It then took forever to get our checks... never coming back.

Awesome place to entertain friends. Service was like any other place on a Saturday so I don’t doc points on anyone when they have a full house. They had plenty of things to do as well while you wait on food or drinks. I must try for sure. Even the decor put a smile on my face.

Punch Bowl is the newest, hippest, and adventurous location in Deep Ellum. They have attempted to be an all encompassing one stop shop for your nightly needs. Want to eat? They got you. Want to play? They got you. Want to drink? you get the point. Unfortunately, for everything they shoot for they never become great at it. It is worth a visit if you dont have a plan of what to do, and are in the area. However, it isnt anything to drive down for.

If you are looking for Bowling, Games, Booze, food and maybe more things to be then make sure to come to this place when you visit Dallas. The best time to go is around when it opens for the fact that it is going to be packed. It is also family-friendly as well, and close to other bars. Worth a shot going!

Food, atmosphere, and vibe earned the 4 stars! Service was a solid 2 stars. Food was delivered piping hot and the taste was delicious. The chef favorite appetizer, green Chile chorizo fries- was also a table favorite. Pleasantly salty and a slight hint of spicy, we all dug in until they were gone. Mediterranean salad was full of flavor and could be a meal in itself. The knockoff burger tastes very close to a big mac, the plus is that the execution of the toasted bun texture and rosemary french fries makes the dish WAY more enjoyable. The service for drinks was slow, like had to remind staff more than twice for water/alcohol/ non alcoholic and still did not deliver. Wait staff was knowledgeable of the menu, and even though she was writing down orders- food did not come out as requested (like no seasoning on fries). The vibe in this place is fresh and fun. We loved that it is low key and not casino-ish (like Dave and Busters). And karaoke was a group favorite. We cant wait to go back! (Party size 12, ages 5 and up, celebrating a birthday)

This place is great! Went for a private event and the service was impeccable! You didn’t have to ask for the food or drinks to be refilled, the servers were in and out, always asking if you needed anything, but without being overly pushy. They were also very pleasant. Only thing they should do is have better music but that’s it!

Fun spot for food, games, and more. Huge multi story venue. Good stuff.

Went to social event here and it was my first time here. Two story facility with a restaurant on the first floor and bar/ game area on the second floor. Game area includes mini two-lane bowling alley, cozy separate karaoke lounge, dart boards, patio deck, arcade type games with balls, etc. Would be a fun space to hang with friends. Bar staff was friendly and good beer selection on tap. Had appetizers for the event and they were good. Dessert case on first floor looked really good. Downstairs restaurant is spacious with fun decor. Great location in Deep Ellum. Parking in nearby lot was $16 but thats the neighborhood. If this info was helpful, please like my review. Thx!

This place is amazing its sheer size is overwhelming at first but the service provides all the information you could possibly need to enjoy yourself. They have 4 different bowling areas.. and a pinging table and a bunch of other games . We had a blast. We ate nachos with carnitas, I also had an lavenders sour that out of sight... We will definitely be back and I cant wait to do karaoke.

This place was dope! Drinks were good and reasonably priced, games brought back memories lol, and they have pinball! Mann do I love pinball. They also have arcade machines, 4 lanes of bowling and foosball. Did I mention the drinks were good? Id definitely go again when Corona has left America.

Unfortunately, most of our selection was not available. The lanes are really limited and food needs more variety. We had to cancel our order because they wasnt much left even though it was 8pm.

As a restaurant, this place is trash. It was a slow night and our service was awful. Our waitress was completely uninterested. We had to keep asking for items (silverware, ketchup, our drinks) multiple times and each time it was like the first time she heard the request. It took over 20 minutes to get our drinks, which we’re a simple soda and beer. Our food was cold and the chicken sandwich was actually inedible with how much breading they put on it. Just overall terrible.As a bar, however, this place is decent. The place is HUGE with tons of games, so it’s great for large groups.

Had a great time! Bowling, mini bowling, ping pong, mini golf, and Ms Pac-Man!! The sticky sweet heat wings are a winner. . I had the fresh Strawberry Daquari it was refreshing with a kick! Plenty of screens to catch the game they even have a karoke room!

This is a really cool arcade bar for all ages. The setup is really nice. There are nunerous rooms to go in with various activities. They have everything for pin ball to bowling. Some games do require a few, however there are plenty of free games as well. They have numerous bars and a nice rooftop patio. This establishment has a lot to do for everyone. They also have numerous TVs to watch all the sporting events. If you looking for a good place to have fun definitely check this place out.

I havent received my food yet its been about 45 minutes... its not packed or very busy so I dont know whats the hold up. Some of the staff is cool and some are nor courteous. The venue itself is beautiful... with better management in the evening time this could really be an amazing place. I wore my work clothes to this place and asked to speak to the manager and before I could ask a question she thought I was trying to solicit.... the question I was asking was pertaining to my cold food that finally came out

Very friendly, good selection of food and drink items, and a fun place to hangout. Some of the games though are a tad pricy (foos ball for $12), which nearby places like the Statler have for free. Its not that bad, but would rather just bring my own ball and play for free next time, $12 just seems a lot for a bar game that is normally free.Other than that, still enjoyed my time here, would likely come back.

Absolutely awesome place. So many different activities that range from bowling, shuffle board, ping pong to even free board games. We only ate appetizers but those were really good. Best part, by far, is the service. Every single person is incredibly nice and helpful. We the our kids and they had a blast

Fun place to go and hang out with a few games for added fun. PB really needs to add pool tables though. In this large space you would think this was a no-brainer. One other downside, drinks take forever to get and there really is no table service at all.

Had our company outing at Punch bowl and it was great! They made it easy to plan an event and was very helpful with any questions I had. Their team was great to work with and our event went down without any problems. Definitely would have another event here and recommend this place!

This place has a great atmosphere. My server was phenomenal, I would return simply because the server was so great. The Arnold Palmer punch, (I think they change it every month)was very good. The shrimp burger was just okay. I think it could use a little season. However, it was very fresh and served hot. Loved this place would return.

Cool space with a variety of retro arcade games, table tennis, bowling, corn hole, darts, and other games. They have a surprisingly nice menu that doesnt disappoint. Chicken and waffles for the win. Good selection of craft brews as well.

This is a fun place! Its very spacious, and the food was AMAZING (Crab Rangoon Dip). I also loved all the options of games!Old school, board games, bowling, ooh and private karaoke rooms! Again so fun!

Came here for NYE and had a decent time. This place has some good drinks and food. Also, they have a lot of fun activities including: ping pong, bowling, darts, karaoke, shuffleboard, and board games. The DJ was really good on this night and the countdown and balloon drop was a good time. We left when we ordered two drinks and 45 mins later the server Hanna said nonchalantly that they probably lost the ticket and didn’t apologize or anything. At that point we asked for our money back and promptly went to Bottled Blonde, where it was even more packed but we actually received our drinks in a timely manner.

Lots of fun games and good drinks

If you’re planning a private event you may want to reconsider. We were assigned a waiter and waitress to our event. Initially, they were very attentive to our needs; however, that quickly changed when the coordinator for another party arrived. The waitress completely shifted her focus to them, helping them setup, and socializing although their party had not officially started. The guest at our event needed drinks refilled but they were no where to be found. We were told when we picked up shoes for bowling our names would be added to the lanes; only one name was added. I had to leave several times to get everyone added and our time on the lanes were still running down. The second lane malfunctioned twice and our assigned staff was no where to be found. They wanted to give us 5 minutes added to the lane for inconvenience when it took over 5 minutes to find someone, 10 minutes for them to figure out who’s responsible for fixing it and 10 minutes to get it fixed. THE FOOD: not sure how long it was sitting out but the bread on the sliders were hard as a brick from the heating lamp. I asked for the wings to be cooked well done prior to the event and they were not. The ladies restroom had no tissue. I brought it to management’s attention and the employee he sent said she wasn’t putting more inside because it would be on the floor at the end of the night and she didn’t want to have to clean it up. Huh?! We made the best of our “private event” but the assigned waiter and waitress DID NOT deserve the 18% gratuity they received. I will not be returning to Punch Bowl Social or recommending them for a private event in the future.

The best places for fantastic food and entertainment in Deep Ellum. Their hummus is the best I have tried till date. Their nachos are great too, they are spiced nachos not the regular ones. The mini bowling is so much fun along with the giant Jenga, ping bong and darts.

Not my usual spot to hang out, but its fun. Plenty of games, drink selections, and food choices. Nice atmosphere. Staff are very attentive. A little corporate-y. Music is okay.

I had a great time! The vibe is so dope. Pretty kickback, and there are TONS...I mean TONS of activities to do. Dart, bowling, you name it they got it.

Punch Bowl Social was a lot bigger than I thought, has a lot of games: bowling, darts, mini golf, ping pong... They even have karaoke rooms. It was a little “college vibes” for me, the music was at times too loud to have a conversation with our friends, and the drinks were too sweet for me. I do like the decor, the terrace upstairs and the variety of games. Might be back when it’s not too crowded.

I tried this place before with a friend and I am hooked ever since. I love the fantastic character and delightful dishes and beverages. Kudos.

I absolutely love their alcoholic milkshakes! It is a fun place with a lot of choices like bowling, karaoke and more.

For a party of about 60 people, they offered one table to accommodate 8. The food was terrible. The steak was over done and tough. The shrimp was rubbery. Service was sub par. Took a long time to receive drink orders and setting up bowling was a nightmare. The Chicago location does it right. This location fell way below expectations.

Customer service and atmosphere was outstanding! The server was very attentive! This review is solely based upon food and drinks. Food was awful! I ordered the la bama chicken sandwich, it was very bland and fried in some weird batter that smells like sausage. The batter was falling off of the chicken and out of the sandwich. For an appetizer, I ordered the sweet & sticky wings, nothing special about the wings. Very boring flavor plus you only get 6 wings. Overall very disappointed by the food and a solid case of expectations leading to disappointment. This is more of social place for drinks and activities not for food.

Tons of things to do and the food is above average. Try the garlic fries, it’s enough for 3 people and delicious. The staff is still getting up to speed but accommodating. The quality of their pinball machines is stunning...I never thought I’d find great machines again that are well maintained.

Drinks were fine. Got double billed for everything on my receipt. Told the bar tender I wanted to talk about it. He went to get a manager. He came back and told me the manager wouldnt do anything about it. Even the bar tender suggested I dispute it with my credit card company. Seems like it is standard practice to over charge and let the patron deal with it.

I went there for a bday party and it was so good, it was my first time and my friends loved it as well, one of the employees by the name Kevin if I am not wrong was really helpful and ensured on a Saturday evening during rush hour we got all we wanted in the best way possible. Thank you and I will definitely be visiting soon again!!!

The prices change based on the bar tender. The exact same drinks I was ordering got more expensive. The bar is to busy to challenge the bar tender. Too many other great bars in deep ellum to waste my time fighting, Ill just never come here again.
