My kids really enjoyed themselves, there were plenty of games available to play all while maintaining social distancing, staff made sure to keep the place sanitized and safe for all families and the food was delicious

It was okay not too crowded they were well into the covid protection stuff distancing and we brought our own sanitizer and wipes for the games and stuff for the kids it was all right not a good enough menu variety though

I absolutely love the pizza here. Yes, its a kids themed pizza joint similar to Chuckie Cheese, but the pizza is so good. Try a regular crust pepperoni, you dont need anything else. I am being a bit biased because this place is from my hometown, but give the pizza a shot. You wont be disappointed.

This is some delicious pizza. The brick oven style taste is so good, it is my favorite. Great prices. My mom loved the ceaser salad with chicken. I will always come here for my pizza.

I grew up with this pizza franchise back home in El Paso, we have a plethora of them there. So getting to eat this delicacy (at least for me lol) is amazing! Trust me youll love this pizza, very simple made but its the simplicity that gives it its homemade signature cuisine.

We were there having a party and we had a wonderful hostess named Michelle. She not only helped us with all our issues, she also made us laughed and kept a smile the whole time. Because of her, my cousin had the best party ever. And with Michelles help, the adults could play games and enjoy themselves stress free. We would like to say thank you Michelle and thank you Peter Piper for a boys best birthday.

Nice service and party planning not that expensive

Today was a good day for a birthday party at Peter Piper. Not a lot of people, not crowded at all. Pizza was good.

It was fun. Showed up 40 min before close and still had a blast.

This place was great! The Meat Lover pizza was pretty good and the variety of games was just enough. The only reason why it’s not getting 5 stars is because they only have one favor on their wings.

I wanted to give it a one but since we had a good time ima give it 2 stars because . And the other star is because they said they clean every game in 30 minutes thats a lie . We stayed for 3 hrs and not one employee was cleaning nothing . Instead they should have people wearing gloves too not just masks if they arent gonna be cleaning it .

The buffet kept running out of the pizzas with more toppings. There was never any dessert pizza left! The ice cream was good, but you have to pay extra for it. I liked the game room. It was fun!

Tonight I ordered two pizzas and one of my pizzas was wrong. I called let the girl on the phone know my order was wrong with no attitude. So I go back to get the other pizza because after a long day at work I wanted to buy my kids some pizza. So I had one pizza at home getting cold since I couldn’t give them a jalapeño pizza so they had to wait for theirs. I talked to the manager to tell him that they should be more cautious but his response was WELL YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR PIZZA BEFORE YOU LEAVE THAT IS NOT OUR FAULT. What type of manager speaks like that? Own up to your mistake. I’m not asking for a discount or refund or for anything free. All I was asking was to be more cautious and you have that nerve to say this was my fault? Smh very disappointed.

Weve had our 3rd birthday party there.inexpensive and fun for most any age. Bumper cars are a most! And a tip for ya ( go in on Tuesday and purchase tokens they will double to purchased amount.) If you enjoy making the lil ones day with delight then purchase 100 dollars in tokens and receive a 1000 tokens. (Tuesday only) And start handing out free game tokens to all kids. I received looks like I was Santa. Pizza and ice cream cant go wrong!

I came with some of my family to celebrate a birthday party and all I can say is that they need better communication with their customers. They kept on bringing pizzas and tokens out without us knowing if they were going to over charge us and our waitress was no where to be found. Other then that the place is pretty clean and the games work. In all I had a fun time, but the customer service could improve.

Its consistantly delicious. This location is a little loud because of the indoor bumper cars but still tolerable. Staff was super sweet.

Since the last time I took my kids I can honestly say Peter Piper has gotta way better with their customer service an quality of foods.

Had my granddaughters birthday party here and the staff was great and there was more than enough great food and drink for everyone and they even gave us the extra plates and cups.

Have had several birthday parties there for my kids. Some have been through a reservations and other times just showing up and grabbing a table. My kids and I love their pizza. Cool games and good food.

We stopped by here for lunch and a few games. Even though the parking lot was crowded, there was plenty of room inside. The staff was friendly, helpful and patient. The food was fresh and tasty. We will return when we are able.

My granddaughter just turned 7 and my daughter decides at the last minute to through a party at a kid spot instead of doing the swim party. Somewhere quick and inexpensive...Peter Piper!!! The staff was super helpful I was able to use a coupon I had on my phone (vs. printed coupon). My daughter used her military discount on her order, between the two of us we got enough food for 7 kids and 4 adults for a low price. What shocked me the most, was my grandson. HE had a blast, (Avenger game). The games havent changed much, still the same boring prizes based on the tickets redeemed. Another great delight was the food, the pizza was good, the hot wings were delicious and the salad was the bombbb. Kids under 10 would like thi place, outside the birthday parties and that one wondering kid, lost walking around. We had FUN!!!

Great place to take the little ones for all you can eat buffet during the week. Buffet runs till 2pm. Kinda sad they no longer serve pasta but hey, you cant complain when you get unlimited everything else. Games are fun and most up to date. I would definitely recommend making a trip here.

My friend has her son 5th birthday party there. The service was typical for the under staffed place. The only thing is them undercooked looking wings...OMG why would they serve them to any one. I wish i would have saw a picture I would never ordered something so horrifying. My son said what is that mommy. I dont want to eat that. Something need to be done so that the wings can appear to look cooked.

Weve come for kid birthday parties for 3 years. This year the manager told us that even though we paid for 24 guests, they were only providing food and drink for 12 kids. The website says guests, not kids. We will not return to this location or this company. Misrepresentation of party information.

The place was clean and nice but the employees need some training on being nicer to customers. We were here for a childs birthday party and we had some pizza, wings and soda and we all thought it was pretty good. But when are time was up they were kicking us off of the tables we were sitting at and most of the other party tables were empty. They could of just asked us to move down a couple of tables so they could clean 9r whatever but they were rude for no reason and they were doing it to the other partys as well for no reason. They could of just let us stay at the tables because half of the place was empty. But besides that everything else was nice, they also have a game area which is also nice

I was by myself. Not even 10 feet from the front door when the Dallas Sheriff deputy playing security guard asked if I was with a party. Told him “no”. Proceeded inside to place my order. Got my drink. 10 minutes later, my personal pan pizza was ready. I was on the internet to put in an application to work at this Peter Piper Pizza. Same sheriffs deputy spotted me and by his tone wanted me out of “his” store. I was being quite in a small corner next to the bumper cars. This deputy approached no one else in this store but me while I was there. If I do get a call back to work at this Peter Piper Pizza, I will decline the work if he’s going to play security there. I wonder if it because I’m white in a Mexican neighborhood (not to be racist or anything [that’s not who I am]). I’ll take my talent elsewhere.

This location wasnt packed. Looks fairly clean. Pizza isnt the best my 8 and 2 year old loved it.

Been here a few times before and after the renovations. Games, fun, excitement and good service in all in one place. I liked it a lot. Spending time with friends and family makes everything better, even the food and the seating! However I do have some small complaints; the womens bathroom and fece residue on the side and on top of the toilet seat and as I was just about to finish setting up the toilet seat (like my Mexican mother taught me to do) a little boy started to run inside the womens bathroom, unsupervised, and crawled under MY stall, out of all of the empty ones just as I was about to sit down and do my business. He stated for a while and I gave him that dead eye to scram but he started messing around a bit like if it didnt matter. Honestly kids should be more supervised rather than free since they can get themselves into danger or serious problems. I had an uncomfortable experience from both of those and yet I didnt even go to the bathroom. Regardless of that issue, customer service, food, seating and environment, games and family fun was definitely guaranteed. I would recommend but please be watchful of your little ones, Id hate to see them get in trouble for being a peeping tom .

Went to Peter pipers for a birthday party,the host ordered pepperoni and cheese pizzas,the pepperoni pizza was so good that we ordered one to bring home,the cheese pizza wasnt to good,the employees were nice the store was clean the only problem was that someone did the number 2 in the men urinal when i was going to let a employee know another employee was comeing in to clean it up,that employee deserves a raise to clean that up.over all I think Ill be going back for the buffet.

Went with my best friend and her kids. For 35.00 we got pizza, pop,water and 40 tokens. Pizza was better then what i was expecting. I didnt think 40 tokens would be enough for a 2 yo and a 4yo. Boy was i wrong. After 2 and a half hours of playing, the kids were exhausted. Thank you to the owner for making the games fairly priced. The fellow customers and their kids well that is another story.
