Great time. First time we have been there in months. They were constantly wiping down the games. People were being considerate and keeping distance. Games were in great shape and played well. A very nicely run game area.

A great place for date night. Be prepared for an hour wait to get host seating but playing games before and after made the wait time fly by. Food was delicious.

Very rude staff.Was told to sit anywhere, its free seating. So my family (with a 11mo and 5yo) went to sit in a booth. Was told that section was closed. Moved to another section, got told the same thing. So we ask where is open and they point to 2 small sections. We walk around and every unused table had temporarily closed due to covid signs on them except a couple of barstool tables that they tried to get us to sit on (umm HELLO?? I have a baby with me. Im not holding him the while time, he cant sit on a stool himself and the high chairs wouldnt be high enough. They were just very rude and inconsiderate. Will not be back to this one

This location has the nicest most welcoming staff. The food was absolutely delicious and it smelled clean everywhere. I will be visiting again.

They are only getting the 2 stars for Jennifer aka J.Lo! She was not even our waitress and constantly checked on us. We ordered a cheeseburger, it came out with no cheese, ordered a bacon cheeseburger no onions and surprise there were onions! Our wings were undercooked and we constantly had to ask for refills. We informed management also. The waitress deserves 5 stars for her excellent service the kitchen staff---just eat somewhere else, the food tasted bad once corrected.

Place was PACKED on a Saturday night and yet all of the staff still managed to do an awesome job during our dinner and play time. They were all so friendly and outstanding for being so overwhelmed. Thank you all!

My kids are crying because they want hot wings.My father got so drunk they kicked him out. He had one beer.I don’t call that drunk, we just wanted to have a good time.But now my dads in prison. Went 2 nights in a row this week...having a rough week. Both nights AMAZING SERVICE! DRINKS AND FOOD SERVED QUICKLY & with a smile.

This was my first time at a Dave & Busters and the food was all good. Cold beers, good hamburgers.... my friend had the ribs and she said they were very good. Usually this place doesnt have good reviews but we had a good experience here.

Joy our waitress was such a delight! She was attentive and gave us her recommendations. The games were alot of fun! It was a date night, it was fun! It was clean and everyone was so respectful.

Family fun had a great time especially during this pandemic. The management team was especially kind to my family and my childrens with special needs.

The food wasnt bad. The ATM wasnt working. The server was great and they responded to our request for a food allergy menu. Overall we had a good time.

Food here isnt bad, but the drinks were just sweet like crazy. I had ordered a hurricane and I thought I was drinking cherry cough syrup. The service is a bit slow for me and probably wont go here to eat again. Though, we had some issues with a promotion they were doing and we had the manager Shannon come over to turn things around for what we were thinking of the place. She was the one that got me to stay here rather than walk out and Im glad she did come over to assist us. Personally, Im not one to really just come to this place, but she kind of made me want to visit this place again. Id say this place isnt bad, but not at the top of my list to recommend.

Service is a bit slow when busy i actually had to walk up to the bar from my table to order my food and drink nobody around and i sat for about 15mins b4 i decided to take mattet in my own hands. Othe then that the gamez were fun nothing was ran down all games were operating

Very clean facility with many precautions taken for covid-19 including wipes and hand sanitizing stations. They even offer gloves if you need them! Go support this place. Games are fun as usual, food is worth a try, but it is just straight forward bar food for the most part.

I havent been to Dave & Busters in probably 15 years. So I went in expecting a lot less than what it actually was. The food has improved immeasurably. I had the best steak dinner Ive ever had in my entire life. The game selection was awesome. In the end we decided not to cash in our tickets, because we want to go back again soon.

A few of games werent working properly. However the cleaning and social distance measures were great.

This Dave and Busters is exceptionally clean. The only other locations Ive visited are in Southern and Northern California. I was also very impressed with the quality of the food. Pretty tasty for a chain kitchen. In the alcohol department, selection of Scotch was poor, so I had to settle on alternatives. Still a great atmosphere with friendly host staff. It would make sense that this is their flagship store as it is the closest to corporate headquarters office.

Love this place. Great beer, reasonable prices, and fantastic games. This place was super clean. They had a great location for hosting large groups with plenty of activities to keep everyone engaged. They had the latest games including a couple virtual reality games. Fantastic time.

I love coming to this Dave $ Busters . Most of the time it does take a while for your food to arrive so we usually order 1st after ordering we just go to play the games and who ever doesnt want to play stays in the table so well know when to come eat lol

I cannot speak on dave and busters as a whole as both times I didnt play games. I had food and some drinks. Both times i did go the food was decent and fairly enjoyable. I will say they had things fairly established for handling social distancing. They had gloves for customers to wear to play the games and hand sanitizer. The had tables closed of and kept people at 6 or more feet of distance in the seating areas. They put QR stickers on the tables so you could order and pay without to much interaction with the serve staff. Maybe next time i will play the games.

We to this one for a team building activity and we all had so much fun. It was a big group of us split up and our referee was so funny! I absolutely loved her colorful nails too lol. But we got there, had some BBQ made by them, and then they got us playing. Everyone who worked there was so nice when we asked for help and kept us laughing from start to finish. My team won and the certificate they gave us was so cute and funny as well. My boyfriend and I are already planning to come back with a group of our friends within the next few weeks or so. I can’t wait!!!

Stopped at this location on my way to downtown Dallas for a quick bite had an amazing waiter which made the experience even better. Food we ordered came out quickly. Enjoyed, every moment. Will will definitely recommend this location great job.

We went here after my Best friends stand-up comedy set. We had an awesome Bartender. She was extremely nice and we had a blast playing video games!

Fun place! Took my daughter and she really enjoyed it. We ordered food and played games. Ordering food wasnt the best experiance we waited for a while and had to eventually find a manager to order. But the food was good and over all we enjoyed our night. They have good drinks as well! Fun for the family or a date night.

The food needs to be better prepared in amount of spice and sodium. My plate was too spicy and salty. I was afraid to order something else because I thought it wouldnt get any better. I did like the variety of games and accessible bathrooms. The big TVs are nice to watch games. It be cool if their was a karaoke game. It would draw a crowd and make people compete against each other.

Dave n Busters is one of the best entertainment/arcade chains around. Why? Well, it achieves that coveted middle ground of being fun for both adults and children. A good mix of chance games, ticket games and video games both old and new. A game card you purchase is required on games versus tokens or quarters. Adults can enjoy a beer, but also order some food and regular drinks for the family. The location in Dallas is huge, and can get really busy so keep that in mind and arrive with plenty of time.

So, I know its unusual, but we choose to eat here simply because the fire grilled salmon with green bean medley and Jasmine rice is THAT good. Its worth the loud and crazy atmosphere. Im giving it 4 stars only because its not necessarily the best place for a romantic date, but go for the salmon, you wont regret it. And maybe, your date will love playing games.

We go there once a year. Due to the coronavirus, the staff are following the correct procedures, and we absolutely loved how there is hand sanitizer, gloves and disinfectant wipes throughout the arcade. Some games are not allowed to be played due to social distance, which ofcourse it was not a problem. Staff is always polite, and our food came out fast.

Went on a Saturday, it was pretty busy but the was still ample parking and plenty of open games. It was my first time there, I went because I had a coupon. The staff was so nice and really helpful. Great time! Will definitely be back.

Servers still have a ways to go. Theyre so anxious to get their tip, that they give you the check way too soon, before you look at deserts. But, the Atmosphere is better then the personnel.

Everything was perfect with the exception of the lady at the front register. She seemed to be unfriendly to us so much as to make me recharge my game card through the app. I feel that she needs more customer service training. Thank you for your quick response.

Very busy on Saturday. Waiter was prompt and nice. I ordered the steak shrimp pasta. Was good only complaint was the size of the steak could fit in the palm of a 2yr old. I had about 5 shrimp. For $18.99 could have been better. I ordered the green apple drink and the coconut pineapple drink. Extremely good but the coconut drink has a snow cone ice and quit a bit of which leaves not so much drink. Games are ok I guess. Was a bit confused about the tickets from the games. Now they automatically go to your game card. Had to figure that out. Overall not to bad.

Stopped in Dallas on my way to New Orleans with the family and this place kept us entertained for hours we had great food and great a experience! The waitress Ryan was awesome she took care of myself and my family very friendly and knowledable avow how to get the best bang for your buck! I had all you can eat wings for the Monday special! And my wife had the avacodo sandwich both were on point and delishes. I would recommend going back and forth on the wings, unless your not a fan of Franks hot sauce then I would stick to the honey BBQ ones! My boys split a goldfinger meal and it was pretty decent amount of food for a 5 year old and 3 year old. The games were really fun you can have a blast with just the blue card! Will definitely be returning to another one, probably sooner than later!

My family and I took a vacation and we stopped by here for some food and entertainment. The good was awesome and my kids enjoyed the games. Wish there was one here in Lubbock.

We like going here, the drinks and food is great. Although it can take a while to be seated and to get food ordered. Would definitely recommend the place.

Visited the Dallas center .. it is simply awesome .. the VR Pod is outstanding .. do try the Terminator game .. alot of fun games for kids of all groups .. a must visit ..

Let me start off by saying I would NEVER give Dave and Busters 5 stars because the food is absolutely dreadful, including the drinks (no strength whatsoever). On another note the game selection is Awesome! The new Game card swipe or scan system works amazing. Its an awesome experience, all minus the food and alcoholic beverages here.

I had so much fun, won a bunch of tickets, and woke up to enjoy my prizes only to be disappointed. I got the smartphone tripod. So cheap it broke. Also wacky wally doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do.

Experience is always great great food and drinks. Restrooms are ways clean and staff friendly. Nice clean machines and hardly ever one not working.

My son and god son said that they could not order any food due to their age. I understand procedures, however, our kids know better. They just wanted to order something to eat and then get back to enjoying themselves. They love this place, that was the only issue I have. Other than that, its a great place to have fun.

This was my first time at this location since I used to frequent the old location around the corner. It was a lot more open and not as congested moving around from places like the bar, to the restraunt area, to the games.I was disappointed that there were only two pool tables at least thats all I could find. The food was excellent but I feel the prices could be tamed just a tad bit but it wasnt horrible. The staff was friendly and accomadating.All and all the place was clean including the bathrooms and the mens room has a game you play on the urinals while you handle your business, lol.I will be back, definitely on a pay week. I had a lot of fun and its good all around for someone and their coworkers or their family.

Went for a friends birthday. They have a weird rule with drinks; one drink one liscense. Normally just have to show once then its usually ok; D&B bartender was adamant to see every single time. Food is normal bar food nothing special. Prices are reasonable.
