Love it! Second time here. May go back again at the end of next month for yet another birthday party unless we try out Peter Piper for the bumper cars. My brother likes this one better, though. Friendly service even after I was cranky, lol. Sorry about that.

Had a great time with grandsons. Not many people there, but still had fun. Staff wore masks & gloves. They were very friendly and courteous.

This place is cute for the younger kids. The place is spacious however for older kids (6+) the video game and arcade is not that entertainment. My kids like video games, and there maybe 2 or 3 that kept their interest. Also a lot of the games are broken :(. Not the best chuck E Cheese, but it would been great if my little ones are much younger.

8-20-2020 was the date I went with my family and it was fun to be in chuck E. Cheese with no one around it was like I rented it out for my self..

If you have any kids, besides nieces, nephews, grandkids, and so on, then, I recommend going to this place; as long as everyone is following the COVID-19 rule thing, everything will turn out to be okay. At least, Chuck E. Cheese became part of my childhood.

The Staff and Food were Awesome! I felt safe and Satisfied.

My daughters 1st birthday was this Saturday and I want to thank the staff for making her birthday great .And the food was great and the birthday package was amazing thank you so much since we couldnt have it there I feel so much better that the party package had everything I needed to still make it happen... My dad booked a party for my 5 year old son today and upon arrival we realized that he had to be present to pay for the remainder balance, which was not possible due to him being out of state. The managers Kristen and Anthony really went out of there way to provide a solution, so my son was still able to enjoy his birthday at Chuckee Cheese today. Not only does this location provide phenomenal customer service, but it was also very clean, the food was good, and everything was in working condition. I am so grateful for the experience at this location and I would highly recommend.

We had a great 6th party. The kids loved playing the games. It seems like the best deal is to play for time instead of points. You are also able to freeze it up to one time. Make sure you do that if you stop to eat pizza.

Less people recently, kids enjoy the space.

Had my daughter’s birthday party at this CEC it was amazing the kids had a blast the manager was awesome and the party hosts were amazing. I really did not have to worry about a thing they had it all covered. Chuck E Cheese was out with the kids for a long time and we got really great family photos and of course he stayed for the cake. Despite a couple machine issues the staff was ove the top exceptional. My daughters was patiently waiting on this visit since she been in the hospital. Pray corperate put more money in the location for families that can only really visit this one and not just others up North

The cashier was rude to my sister, she had an attitude. My boys always like to come here but it seemed like lotsa games didnt even work. Only good thing about the visit was the pizza and smiles on my nephews faces. It isnt what it was but ok.

Hats off to the Montfort Road / Dallas location. My husband and I bring our granddaughters here regularly and each time it is always a terrific experience. Nice, clean facility with well-maintained games, terrific pizza and the staff always goes way beyond the call of duty. Special shout outs to Luis, Carmen, Patrick and Cindy for always helping us make special memories at each and every visit. And of course, Chuck E is always happy, friendly and loving to the kids!

Games and ride on toys are nice. Chuckie only came out once in a 2 hour period of being there. He only took one picture with a little boy and didnt even acknowledge the other children...my grandbaby said Chuckie looks sad. was not good and salad bar beets were spoiled.

Earplugs are the answer.Seriously. Earplugs.This is a great place for kids parties. We have done lots of them here. The food is truly terrible. Its maybe .25% better than CiCis Pizza. The enormous RAT is questionable as well. The metric ton of cheap Chinese plastic crap your kids get in exchange for 4 thousand paper tickets (which equals $100 of your hard-earned $$$) just thrills the little guys.Its not the cheapest way to do a party but its certainly the easiest. No set-up, no clean up. Walk in, plunk down a wad of cash and walk out 2 hours later with happy kids.

Had a great time first time at this location. My nieces were scared of the the mouse until he got on their level and it made them feel welcome. Very clean store, had very polite as well as pleasant staff. A tall blonde younger looking gentleman went above and beyond to great everyone he encountered.

Management was very courteous and mindful. Larry was so pleasant in reminding me and my group of 12 that closing time was nearing. Customer service is obviously a focus at this location. Such a great experience for me and my family.

Chuck E. Cheese is better than ever!! 52 and still take my grandson there! I used to take my kids there when they were small! Love the extra security to keep the kids safe!

The staff knocked themselves out helping with my grandsons party. The food was above average and the children had a grand time.

Saw how organized the staff was in a birthday party and everything is mainly always clean. Games are renovated and security system is great even my newborn was tagged to know she was with us. Food gets better and better every time I go

I had to have a kid to get in. I was trying to enjoy my own company and have a beer inside. But they refused me at the door. If your looking to have a drink and a good time steer clear of this place.

Grandson 5tg birthday party

This place was actually really good for being a kids place. One of my favorite game is the balloon pop (dont really remember the name) but it was a good time.

During redeeming point for small gifts, a staff insisting me to place the card to the donation box. The staff was rude, giving me faces and directed me to put the card in the box. Is great for them to be involved in charity but forcing customer to make a contribution without asking or explanation is just wrong.

My daughter had a great time at Chuck-E-Cheeses. It warmed my heart to see her having such a fun time. But one of the waiters did spilled juice all over my daughters new birthday dress and some of the kids started laughing she cried a little but other than that it was all good and the food was great

I brought my baby sister here so she could have fun. Im glad she had fun, and even cried when it was time to go, but I had an ok time. The environment is gross, I feel like everything is so sticky and not disinfected regularly. It can be so noisy at times, so I wouldnt recommend for anyone who has sensory overload.

I loved this place up until my food order took about 45 minutes or a little more to come out. My family member received her food before me and we had ordered it waay before her. When my husband went to go check on out order the manager told him that itll be out soon it takes about 30 minutes or so and my husband replied that it had been way past that time and that the family with us got their order before us. He then said let me go and check.... miraculously our order came out with 5 minutes of all that. Other than that everything was good.

Nice place e to spend time with kids

Chuck E. Cheese almost became my second home when my kids were much younger. It is a really nice and fun place for kids. The staff are really awesome. They are always very very nice, friendly and receptive. No matter how busy they are, they will never show any signs of frustration. They are just awesome. The only reason I give them a 4 Star is because the bathrooms are always very filthy. They need to always clean the bathroom

This was really nice and remodeled. One of the best in the metroplex.

Its been awhile since weve taken the kids, so we went for the lunch buffet and it was really good. We were able to ask for a combo pizza and they made one for the buffet! I was pleasantly surprised that the midday/midweek crowd was just right. Busy enough, but not completely chaotic! And the kids were able to enjoy the games without any long lines! We will be back!

Good games for kids. Plenty of options . Nice helpful staff. Clean facilities. And decent prices. Fun time for toddlers and young kids. There is also a few nice games for teen agers and adults looking to have a little fun.

It was awesome!!!! The people were nice from the time we arrived. The facilities were clean and the games were working. The kids loved it alot.

The story starts with ordering a large amount of packages for our family members and we didn’t fit in just three or four booths so we asked if we could take a few booths from the next sections which was next to where people have their birthday parties. I only could get 2 more sittings while I had more people coming up. Each booth hold about 5 people or 6 if you’re petite. Besides that we saw the manager talking about us the whole time to different people from the staff. I took pictures where half of the space from the party area was empty while my relatives were all crowded. I understand if the party is full I can not sit there by literally they had a lot of sitting empty but we were not allowed to sit there. I’m still here all stressed out about the situation. If you’re going to build a huge place in order for it to be empty half way then don’t do it. Horrible customer service. And I will also post this on google so people go somewhere else instead where they can spend a nice day with their friends and relatives. Last but not least they were taking 1 hour to have the pizza ready. Again have enough staff for this big place. Hope this review helps and also my photos.

Awesome time with my wife and 3 year old, we spent just over 20 dollars and had a lot of fun and enjoyed our time together. Nice little arcade and family entertainment, great for birthdays and even has little toys and other prizes that can be won by exchanging tickets earned by winning the games. As a parent I really appreciate the ability to just pay cash to upgrade for bigger prizes my 3 yo really wanted but lacks the coordination to win in any reasonable time frame.

THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION IS REALLY BIG AND HAS A PLAYGROUND, LOTS OF GAMES AND CHUCKY ALSO CAME OUT A COUPLE OF TIME TO GIVE OUT TICKETS WHILE WE WERE THERE. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND THE PIZZA WAS GOOD EVEN THOUGH IT TOOK 40 MINUTES. ITS JUST SO DAMN EXPENSIVE NOW!!! $71 FOR 2 ADULTS AND 2 KIDS.

Always a good time for kids, with a great location and a good selection of games and ample seating areas. The pizza is usually mediocre and overpriced, so I highly suggest bringing your own drinks, sandwiches and snacks or just eating before you go.Staff is ok, you can tell they dont really enjoy their job dealing with stressed out parents and loud kids all day. Understandable. Place is as clean as you could expect from having a hundred kids running around all day.Prices are a bit steep for food, but games arent too expensive if you get the biggest package for $50 and split it between cards. Its a good value. One of those cards can last one child several hours. For two or more, maybe an hour or two depending on what games they are playing. The smaller card deals are a ripoff and not worth it at all.All in all, its a decent and dependable distraction that kids love and gives parents chance to let kids run off their energy. Nothing special, but not a bad time either.

Took my granddaughter here, didnt know they didnt have the puppet band anymore. The person in the chuckie costume sucked, barely danced for the kids and just didnt seem into it. But the real kicker was, there was a guy on a ladder cleaning the inside of the ceiling over our pizza. Really how unsanitary smh.

Very nice manager love coming here, can be a bit crowded sometimes but the staff and manager makes it all worth while. Great fresh food too!

I couldnt believe the rudeness of one of the managers. I dont know how the employees deal with him. Dont recommend going to this location, you want youre kids to have fun and be in a save environment. This is not the place to be at. If only you wouldve seen the cashiers face.

This was a great Chuck E. Cheeses. A lot to do and when we were here the payout in tickets for each game was nice and high. My 2 year old son and I won 50 tickets on the Ghostbusters game for example.

My 4 year old loves coming here and the young ladies at the front are so nice and patient! Ive been coming here since I was a child as well and it was awesome to see the improvements they have done over the years.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, half of the games did not work, and they closed 10 minutes early. No warning, nothing just a attn we are now closed so we had to scramble to redeem our tickets and did not get a chance to use all of our points. The food was good however and the staff was nice.
