First off let me say this. Jim the original owner, God rest his soul. What a wonderful land lord, never lived at his park, but i was his neighbor and i was friends with people in the park. He was a class act. Well his kids have taken over and they are trying to get rid of everyone there. They basicly want to improve the park so either they can get more money for rents or so they can sell the park. I sugest staying away from the park for good reason. Beware.

My stomping grounds

Very small trailer park- travel trailers, R.V.s, motorhomes and 5th Wheels mostly, all set up to stay awhile from their appearance. Hard to see from the street, right next door to an auto repair shop which is on the South side of the park.Nov. 2019 Edit: park has been cleared of all but one R.V. by new owners, no idea what plans are.

Great place to live when Jim was alive Jim is gone and the place is a dive.

Long a haven of the down and out, this establishment is under new management. I expect positive changes here in the near future as the rules and contracts are enforced. Ratings will improve as changes take place.

This is an awesome mobile home and rv. The prices are very reasonable and includes a few amenities. The landlord/owner, Jim is a great guy.

I have lived here for 8 yrs never a problem
