Great 55 and above rv park ! Lots of activities and they have full amenities! The pool and hot tub are great !

Not the worst rv park in Apache junction

We bought a place in the park this year and super excited about our first winter stay. It cant get here soon enough. In the several visits there everyone was so nice. The resort is clean and well cared for. The view the resort has of the mountains is fantastic. The park is small and is what attracted us.

The thing that really stands out with this place, is the strength of their Wifi. I was able to connect to their Wifi a mile and ahalf away!

Allows small pets but is not pet friendly, only one small pet park for 150+ lots. Lots are on the small side. Too many people wanting to tell you what is right or wrong even if the park rules dont support what theyre telling you. Its not a nursing home its a 55+ plus community where the person is supposed to be able to come and have a good time not feel like they are under a microscope.

Well havent been inside but from looking at the pictures and going by there a lot 5 more years I may check in and live there 50+5= 55 community Park. Lol

This 55+ rv park is small compared to others in the area, but that makes it feel more like a community. You know all your neighbors...
