Ive lived here for the last 9 years and we have had so many managers over the course of time and out of all of them only 1 was good. The current manager wont answer the phone or return messages. You have to call corporate office to talk to someone if you have a problem. So many people but homes in here and then sell them and move right away. It has really gone down hill since Ive lived here. One positive thing is they do have a lot of activities for people to participate in.

Smaller park of well kept older manufactured homes. The residents are very friendly, and so are their dogs.

There is no sandwich shop. Tanya assistant office manager is incredible

Small park. Wide roads. Good house sizes. High rent but good size lots. Pool and a few other amenities but limited choices.

Gated community in Apache junction east of Phoenix. Older retirement community with houses that only have carports. Has a clubhouse with pool and other amenities.

Lovely place with very nice managers, residents, with very well kept residences and community facilities! Love it!
