I wanted to rent a place, 1 yr paid in full. We discussed my background upfront. Was told 90% yes 10%. I was denied according to manager because I did not have 3months bank statements. Why would you need to know my spending habits if I paid in full? Manager, he is a super great guy though. This was not in his control.

The park is clean, and the management is respectful.

Was denied when I was told I didnt make enough income in there eyes even tho I do get SSi and they were saying its not enough to make it by EVEN THO ITS JUST AN RV LOT! I was not trying to rent there park models I have my own 5th wheel and they denied me for a rv lot cause they said my income wasnt enough... They pretty much only want richy rich people here and not poor people.

Nice clean place with mainly retirees. Neighbors seem to be quiet and get along pretty well. Reasonably priced.

Oasis Junction mhp is a nice place to live. Most the neighbors are friendly and the manager is a great person! The only thing I would of liked to have was sidewalks.

The park manager is good at keeping park free of rid raf,. However due to a automobile accident I was pronounced dead and revived at St. Joesphes hospital in Phoenix 7 leg reconstruction surgeries latter I am now permanatly disabled. I left the unit I was renting in more than pristine condition. As my friends and family cleaned the unit out of my stuff and restored the unit to a made ready to rent condition. I expected the management to do the right thing and return some of not all of my deposit and security deposit as they were able to rent the unit out almost imeadatly, however that did not happen. They basically told me to bad sorry for you luck have a nice day.... i have had further conversation with previous occupants the park manager seems to have a habit of keeping all deposits and security deposits no matter how you separate from the premises. This is not good business practices... having owned a business located in Cleveland Ohio and several rental propertys and currently owning property In Florida I can tell you this is not how you do people. Warning before you sign any thing with these people. Re no call, reply, I did call and spoke to park manager when I was released from hospital on april 14th, he indicated he would have to speak to the owner and asked if I could call back for a response. I returned the call a few days later and I was told that there would be no refund of deposit.

Very nice clean and quiet park. Also found it to be friendly and all the abilities are nicely located. Very prompt to take care of repair problems. Super satisfied with my new home.

Small, Clean Park with Easy access. Centers Both Town and Highways. Walking Distance to Walmart, Fast food and Local Shopping too!

What a fantastic place to live! Moving here was the best decision weve made. Its a clean, peaceful little park and the management is great. If there is ever any problems they get right on it. They do their best to make sure our needs are taken care of. Every person we have met so far is nice and respectable. Seeing the wildlife is always a bonus in my opinion. I love living here! Thank you for everything!

We are full time RVers. We have been here already 8 months and dont plan to leave. This is such a nice and quiet place to live. The owner and manager both are such great people, always doing their best to see things stay nice. We are very impressed. We would and already have recommended this park to family and friends. Such a great place to stay!

Would not accept a motorhome that had very minor cosmetic issues. Remember one day when you are old you might have a couple scuffs on you but I am sure that you will be loved just the same and not discriminated against because you are old and has a little scrape on your arm. Really silly all the motorhomes that are there now will one day be old and show a little wear are you going to make your guests sell them and buy another 100,000 dollar one to fit your standards.

The park location was perfect for easy coming and goings. The site was well-maintained, and the staff and residents helpful and friendly. Most important, the park was a quiet and relaxing retreat after a full day of work.

My husband passed away a year ago but have lived in this park since 2006 have seen a few owners buy & sell this park Don has owned it now for quite a long time not sure exactly but Ben the manager would know, hes always working hard to keep it up to par&making sure everyone is happy & respectful of others a little over a year ago one of the tenants complained about me having alot of traffic it was the few weeks b4 my husband passed of stage 4 cancer, I would of never thought friebds&family&hospice nurses coming all different times of day &night would create such a problem, Ben was understanding but eventually I knew alot of my neighbors around me all went to work early so I admitted him in a facilty&stayed there every day til he passed. the Mosher family have lived in the park the longest of anyone They are Good People, Hard Working, Close Knit Family and are very Kind People.The manager(Ben) has worked hard to keep the park livable. anyone looking for a nice quiet park this is the place to be.

One of, if not the cleanest, quietest family parks in Apache Junction. Great location and the management is always helpful and accessible.
