Converted into a very nice looking neighborhood. New houses, nice roads.

I was going there and went to my dads for a month got to meet new places like the salt River and it was really fun took like 2 hours all the way around

I only go to visit my close friends, hopefully some day I will be able to move them into a house and out of that trailer hell.

Absolute garbage place to live. We moved in and there were infestations of bed bugs and cockroaches. They rufesed to pay for exterminater because we couldnt get a hold of them within the time limit. Managment is nowhere to be seen. If you need something done you have to leave a note in the management building and they will come to your house and tear the wall up and leave.Dont move here if you want an actual place to live. I am absolutely digusted that they would willing let someone move into this place.

Nice place quite and nice

Affordable for families! We got a great deal On a new home. They fix things immediately. Maintenance is always at work. Im only rating it 3 stars because they need to regulate tenants to clean their homes!!!!! Thats what seems to bring the look of the property down. Plus no Outgoing mail. Other than that our stay here the last 2 years has been good. Thankful for our little home.

Be aware they will not be fair and if ur not Hispanic, good luck! Don’t expect any deposits back either. They rented me a load of problems and issues but just hit me for the same issues in the end.

Place used to be better. Alot of trash lying around. Kids breaking things. Not the best park. Too bad. Used to be a nicer park.

All I have my kids and I have lived here for a year in about 3 months and at its home to us and is a great place great little Community for families and kids and just you know however its awesome Im glad that I was brought to live over here thats really great I wouldnt change it for nothing my kids are happy and my family is happy and we love it here

Where is management? Been trying to get ahold of them for two days as well as going down there because were interested in one of the lots there. The office says open all the time but the doors are always locked with no one inside.
