Love this park, very friendly, 24/7 gated community, we have 40 5th wheel camper and the lots are very large, pet friendly, could use a larger pet run. They want a very large down payment to reserve.

Nice large lots with beautiful view of Superstion mountains. Conveniently located near the 60 & 202 highways and many restaurants & retail spots.

It is gated and we could not get in to see the park and we didnt have our realtor. Just as well we found a great buy in Mesa

55+ mobile home lot. Nice club house with pool, hot tub, billiards and shuffle board. Clean and beautiful plants and scenery.

Big park with wider streets and ample parking.

Very nice, clean and well kept area. Dad just moved there and all the neighbors are very kind. Gated with code and has a security at the front.

This is a modular housing community. The sites that are not yet taken are rented to RVs . The sites are huge. Services are at the rear of the lot. We needed extra water hose and an extension cord . It is quiet and clean. Lovely park.

Dayona and Jeff are phenomenal. Helped me secure a new home and couldnt be happier. The community is clean, well kempt, and love the security guard.

Loved visiting with the new manager Paulette she seems to be a great asset to the park and i am excited to have her here. I also loved the pool and club house. Will visit again
