Tried to move in these guys in managers office never even called me! Discriminated against me for being a single dusabled women! Gossied with seller..unprofessional.

Love love love this park!Coral Sands MH Park has the most friendliest people on earth. Super nice managers, Bob and Bev go above and beyond helping you get situated when you move in, always there for you when you need something and are wonderful people. I have been in a few other mobile home parks and they certainly dont compare to this quaint, cute little park. No wonder why people love living here and never want to leave. HEAVEN ON EARTH! Coral Sands is a little gem in the middle of Mesa/Apache Junction. Close to shopping, banks, hospital, bus stops, and more. Highly recommend this place for your next home You will be very happy here!

This is a nice 55+ mobile home community. They have a nice pool and community area and everyone is pretty friendly. Its a nice place for Retirees to enjoy the quiet.

Was a very nice park, New manager, Bob, thinks he is King. Lies to make himself look good, knows nothing about his job. Update, now he is on a mission to get people to leave. Dont go in the hospital, you could be evicted before you get out.
