Trashy little park. Maintenance is slim to none.

This is a nice n quiet b neighborhood n everyone that Ive metis real friendly here. Its clean, quiet n ppl in this neighborhood are friendly n helpful.

If I could give them less than a star, I would. Trash.

Current resident, have been trying to get a hold of management for a week now. None of them are ever in the office when needed. Or any other office for that matter. I now have a certified letter coming for me in the mail, and have had zero contact with any of them. Cant leave a message because ALL of the numbers I have called have mailboxes that are full. None of them have answered their phone in the last week.

Was there due to a funeral memorial for a friend/co-worker:GARY R.I.P. He loved my homemade tamales especially my hot green Chile ones! The is quaint and clean!

This park is the ultimate family park. If you enjoy the sound of kids playing this is the park for you. Jessica the manager there has some sort of special event for all the children o FCC the park every month, be it pizza, Christmas decorating, Halloween decorating, and a whole lot of pizza and soda pop for all of the kids. I believe the kids of this park are considered royalty.

I absolutely loved it here! Great neighbors and met a lot of amazing children here!

Nice cozy place to live.

My husband I just tried to get into a home in this trailer park. The management barely spoke English and had no idea what they were doing. We provided all information they requested and jerked us around for days. They finally denied us but did not call us they called our broker. This place is terrible. I do not suggest trying to live here. New management is ridiculous. If you speak Spanish Im sure they would welcome you with a hand written paper saying you work.

Well my experience Came down to visit my husband, a NB d,i really appreciate,my visit, clean yards very, nice, the nabers, are all good,but the manager to much info,Apps n visitors thats a little bit much... .

Same exact experience as Ashlee...The management barely spoke English. And they are almost NEVER in the office. WE had to track them down half the time. They didnt give us all the correct information to begin with, made us run around everywhere to get things we needed, and they were given everything they asked for and jerked us around for almost a week. We finally gave up and realized we could move on to better things.. This places management is TERRIBLE. DO YOUR FRICKING JOB PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

No manager on site no one answers the phone

The manager is constantly violating federal law by trying to evict service members family while deployed to force that family to default on the home loan so the manager can resale the mobile

It was what it should be...

Dirty and filled with crime and drug addicts.
