This is a wonderful park to live on. The Park Managers are awesome and when you need help they are always there for you. Its clean, neat and full of friendly people.

We absolutely LOVE Nancy and Doug! They do a fantastic job and work so hard at making everyone happy! The events are fun, the location is the best ever...the pool is always beautiful, the jets in the hot tub are like a FREE massage everyday! It is our home and we worked so hard to find this GEM of a place. We love our neighbors dear and sincere friends.

I work as a caregiver, so I visit my client Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The park itself is kept up really nice. The staff I have met so far since August is absolutely nice. The people are always so friendly and wave whenever you walk/drive by. So far have no complaints

Avoid this place at all cost. The manager is unstable and power hungry. I was in there community visiting looking if this would be a good place to live later on. He followed me on his little golf cart until he decided I had been in there long enough. He almost hit me with his golf cart and then proceeded to use strong language asking what I was doing. He didn’t care what I was doing. When I didn’t roll down my window because I thought he would get physical, he threatened to call the cops. He has no clue why I was there. Just because I wouldn’t succumb to his power, he flipped out and threw a temper tantrum. Avoid this place.

My cousin has lived here for years and she loves it. This park is clen and well managed.

Weve lived here 2 years now. This is a very nice property that is well managed by Nancy and Doug and the management company. Lots of friendly neighbors, which for us is a plus compared to residential suburban neighborhoods. Highly recommend!

We dont live there, but we enjoy playing Bingo there on Thursday evenings. The folks there are always friendly and go out if their way to make it a great event.

Nice and clean. Didnt feel very welcome though while touring a potential home.

Nice, quiet, gated, clean, 55+ mobile home park. Many activities for seasonal visitors, but very limited for year-round folks.

I bought a place in the park for my parents, Nancy is a fantastic manager and my parents love the park.
