Couldnt be MORE DISAPPOINTED. Made a reservation in early June. Planned to stay Nov to Feb. Was assured my 40 fifth wheel would fit. Called a week later to confirm. Arrived on the date I specified. Woman who runs the place told me she knew we were arriving that date. Guy across the street from our designated site had his car parked in the road directly across from the driveway and he was out for the day. There was no way I could back my rig into the site with his car there. I was offered to look at 2 other sites. One was too short and the other was too narrow. There are very few sites that can handle a coach over 38. When things didnt work out the day we arrived, the woman who runs the office got snippy with me and we left. Went back the next day to see about our mail. Since we had planned for a 3-month stay, we had a few packages sent there ahead of time. One UPS package arrived a week before we did and delivery was REFUSED. Really? The office had my name, arrival date and number. Three days later another UPS package arrived and was again refused. No phone call from the park, no consideration at all from them. Just a petty, vindictive woman running the place. To be crystal clear, it was UPS, NOT the post office that was delivering the packages, and UPS has NO PROBLEM delivering the packages. The office REFUSED to accept them. The site with the orange tree was TOO NARROW for me to open the slides on my fifth wheel, plain and simple. 1980s-era park and the vast majority of site can not accommodate an RV over 38. Not liking the designated space was not an issue. NOT BEING ABLE TO FIT IN IT WAS THE ISSUE.

I really appreciate the follow rules as written policy. Now residents know exactly how, what, and when, and can refer to the rules guidelines. The park is looking so refreshed now, and I truly appreciate all the improvement. Yes the park is older, however what upgrades that have been done make it less run down looking. The rent is very fair in comparison to the majority of all other parks anywhere around us. The manager is reliable, and does follow rules!

No body in office during office opened hours. No note on window when will return. Lights on. Nobody home. How do they manage? Just Wondering

Clean & and nice amenities. Only it needs better security and the manager is a bit of a screwball. I would look around as there are better parks in better neighborhoods then this one.

I happen to love living here. As for the former complaint about Judy the manager, EVERYONE who pays their rent gets a receipt. I have never known Judy to not be honest. If her people skills with Mr. Benjamin were not up to par it is due to the fact HE DESERVED IT!!!!! We have a wonderful community here and although everyone may not get along personally about everything, we are still a fantastic community to live in. The pool is always fantastic, cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Spa is so relaxing that you feel as thou you never want to get out. The club house is a wonderful place to play pool with my neighbors. So if you want to see what MY HOME is about please call Judy and visit.

I went to look for a space to possibly buy and a gross smelly man approached me inappropriately asking me questions about my expectations?? I was not comfortable with his approach he never introduced himself and wasnt appropiate..Therefore Ill buy or rent elsewhere ...And if your the manager thats not appropriate demeanor...Take a shower and approach people in a kinder manor..Your disgusting I hope your wife isnt that way towards other men as you are to woman.

The people are taking people homes for no reason and turn yr water and electricity off

This is a great little park. Nicely kept and friendly staff and residents.

My stay here has been great cleanest place I have been in, paved streets clean bath room nice pool. Management is very friendly, people staying here are nice, lots of things to do, large spaces was able to keep my 14 foot trailer I use as a garage for my motorcycle alongside my rig and my rig is 43 feet long, plenty of room still was able to enjoy my concrete patio.

Worst management I have ever dealt with! I purchased a trailer in this community as a fixer-upper project. The age limit is 45 with exceptions. By law you have to allow all ages up to a certain percentage of occupancy. The man I purchased the trailer from had many issues including back rent due to the park and add-ons not up to code. I purchased Friday evening and proceeded to spend the weekend cleaning, remodeling and painting. Monday morning was going to go down to the office introduced myself and pay the lot rent. Nancy, the manager, was at my door, glaring at me, talking down to me and just being flat out rude. I was friendly and was willing to do anything the park wanted to bring the place to code and make it a beautiful addition to the park. She told me there was a Lien on the trailer and I couldnt buy it and I was too young to live there. She had no idea how old I was at that time. I was stunned at how rude she was. I looked into it and the trailer did NOT have a lien on it. So she blatantly lied to me. What had happened is, I purchased the trailer days before a lien would have been placed on it and the park would have owned it. She judged me and thought I was in on something with the past owner. I didnt know him. Long story short, she Caused problems instead of working with me for a resolution. She told me to save my application money until I had approval to stay as Im 42 not 45 ( thats a pretty close age difference wouldnt you think a few years wouldnt be an issue?) while I waited to hear back from the owner she called the sheriff and proceed to lie to him saying I was trespassing. Said she did not tell me to get approval and that she had not told me I could be there during the day to work in the place so I could try and sell it. After that I was told I had till Sunday night to have my items off the property, she assumed I was just going to walk away from my trailer so they could keep it. Sunday morning she called the sheriff again lied and said she did not give me till Sunday night to have my stuff out. I was in only a robe, handcuffed put in the back of a cop car in the heat with no AC. I was treated like a criminal and that I was lying about buying the trailer and treated like a squatter. She had hung up on me the night before when I was trying to discuss my options as this was my only money and had no where to go. That I would be homeless if I couldnt at least stay while I fixed the place up and sold it. SHE HUNG UP ON ME and didnt listen to me m, work with me on any type of professional level. I had never bought a trailer before and didnt know I needed approval from the park to buy a place. I have no criminal history and my only issues is bad credit due to having a broken neck just over three years prior . This was my shot to get back on my feet and start making a life again. She had not one caring bone her body, she only cared if she stole this trailer out from under me. The sheriff let me go finally as he pieced together the story and had some faith in what I was telling him. So here I am homeless and broke. With a trailer that Ive tried to pay lot rent on and tried todo whatever it took to keep the peace and find a resolution that made everyone happy. Oh yeah, the park was going to try and make ME pay for the previous owners past due rent. I was willing to put in the work. I was treated with disrespect, lied to, had the police involved wasting their time because she was lying and now I get to waste the sheriffs time again to get more stuff off the property all because of what the previous owner owed the park. You just dont treat people the way I was treated. This woman was pure evil. To do what she did to me with no thought? She didnt know me and never gave me a chance.The park was clean and quiet but lurking under that is a manager with evil intentions causing drama and running things in a unprofessional manner.I will be contacting a lawyer. I will take a personal matter up with Nancy herself. And I will take another separate issue with the park. I will Just let this go.
