This is a great little park. Its 55 and older and my mom just bought a place in here. Shes moving here from New Hampshire. The park is very clean and quiet and all of her neighbors are very nice.

I love it here. The park is kept very clean. The people are friendly. The manager Sally is awesome. She’s very pleasant, professional and friendly. Sally treats everyone with the upmost respect. My sister and I both bought homes here. And Sally made us feel welcomed. Thank you

Great managers, and a pleasant place to live. It has changed a lot under new management. Never met a rent increase they didnt like. Recently met the manager, Sally. She is courteous and friendly. If only they could do something with law enforcement to stop the all too often fireworks. Not in the park itself, but the surrounding area.

Seems like a nice mobile home park with mostly 55+ residents

Its 55+ but children can visit all summer and two weeks during winter. Also they have the water hook up and sweage and power. Its VERRY nice.

Wonderful Friendly place to spend my winters. The park managers are very nice people, and are always helpful! May the absent always feel safe with us.

I was here to check on a potential rental opportunity...But the location didnt feel right..But the facility is above average. It has a sense of pride that is seen in the care given to individual landscapes ..ALOHA
