The manager is harassing me about my van doesnt like the way it looks
We are leaving the Lost Dutchman Modular Home Park after staying 2 weeks. Such a nice park. This is quiet time, so really no neighbors. Have walked the park, visited the swimming pool and used the fitness center. The staff in the office are great to talk to and visit with. Plus, they will help you with what you might need.We have staying in larger resorts in the area, but never had a park model with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and great kitchen and large comfortable living room. Will definitely return.
Beautiful. My parents live in Blue Star next door but theyre connected. So Blue Star gets to use Lost Dutchman facilities and vice versa. And also in conjunction with a 3rd park. So if u live here u get access to 3 swimming pools or what not. Its nice here and staff is friendly as well. Not a lot of drama here neither.
Went there to visit friends. Nice friendly park. Well kept, clean. Large park, two very small pools. Lots of great activities.
Great pool and hotub . nice people too
Stopped in st the office we are looking for a place to buy met some wonderful people there.
Very nice people, amenities, activities. 10 years that went by pretty quick. Hope to spend another 10 there.
I love living in this park.
Looking forward to our new winter location
Very pretty neighborhood thats nice and calm! My grandparents received a great deal on a space to park their motorhome when they choose to come back home to the valley. Dog park is also a nice bonus!
1 of 3 interconnected 55+ Mobile Communities owned by a conglomerate, Sun Communities, Inc who call these resorts. I feel that the combined 3 woodshops, 3 librarys, 3 weight rooms, 3 pool halls, 2 community centers, 3 heated pools & 2 Jacuzzis are nice but a resort they do not make.I am also quite aware that we are located in Apache Junction & not Scottsdale which in combination with the flat monthly rate that includes all utilities for RVs & Trailers is really nice especially in the summer for us year around folks. However, this East Valley comparison sets these parks appearance to be much more impressive than they actually are.The company is based out of Michigan with 367 Communities in 255 Cities which should make the East Valley comparison void. Instead it is this profit hungry corporation that I feel creates my less than 5 star ratting. The problem is that while having 3 connected parks should create a profit margin that should provide a higher quality service that could make this fit more of the resort title but that truly does not happen. All 3 communities have different management & maintenance teams who all appear to be underpaid & therefore underperform. This causes a tumultuous atmosphere between employee & tenant to say the least.I feel that each parks overhead balanced against their individual profit causes lower quality agents from housekeeping that doesnt speak English to maintenance which is always understaffed to management that dont know their own tenants. Each park has multiple things that arent working correctly for long periods of time with management that want you to worship them for the lack in quality service.I only take 1 star for this however because all tenants are allowed to use any of the facilities so that when your jacuzzi jets dont work or showers dont have hot water or table saw doesnt work for months you still have other options that usually do.Give them a chance, especially if you are a full time RVr like I am. If you have stayed anywhere else locally, I believe this will still be an improvement.
Great music and fun
Nice 55+park
I think this Mobil home park is well taken care of my sister lives there and they watch out for each other and thats good.
If I could give less I would . you have to live there to not enjoy it.
