Good people Reddit when I was there last time and I hope to go back soon

Such wonderful people who run this place! I have only met their daughters great girls!! (They also have sons) Played corn hole so much fun!! I will come back next year!!

I live here and I love it

We have never seen this place look as good as it does now. The managers, Paul and Christy, treat us well and are easy to talk to. They are wonderful. I cant brag enough about them! We enjoy them and their family. Their kids play music and we love to hear them perform. All my sisters and kids came to visit last month. They have been worried about us by ourselves down here but now they arent worried when they saw how nice the park was and how things are managed. We love living here!

Stayed there last year for 3 months. It’s a great place and great management! Paul and Christy will help you with any problem.Will be back at the end of this year and am looking forward to it!

THE SUNDOWNER IS A PLACE THAT IS PART OF A ANGELIC MOVEMENT.

The management is great. My parents are buying a trailer there. They have all sorts of amenities!

Its rustic, but in close distance too Walmart, McDonalds, gas, etc clean

Place is neat, clean and quiet.

Just under new management had a great time. There were a couple of things, but that didnt have anything to do with management. I would go back again.

It has definately gone up a full star since Christy and Paul have taken over as management. The new owners are doing wonders with the property and the managers making it a community

I wanted to thank the management for all there help and information, Lisa has been a real help and very kind. I would tell friends about sundowners and the wonderfull manager you have here. I feel lucky to have found people in charge who have heart for the people who live here and you as owners should feel lucky to have Lisa as your employee. Please pass on my thanks to her and thank you for your time.

Management is rude insensitive to the needs of their residents serves notices to people who are critically ill in intensive care
