Not my favorite hanging coaster, but not bad for an almost 25 year old ride.

Nice ride. Alpengeist was a personal favorite before Griffon was built. Still holds up, though. Second best rollercoaster in the park

Still an amazing rollercoaster for being over 20 years old. Try the back row for a completely different experience than the front

A long ride!!! Has gotten more rougher through the years. We suggest sitting in the inside for a smoother ride. Most important is to take off your earrings or you may end up with holes in your head but that applies to many coasters in general but not so with this ride. Still a fun coaster and a must ride.

Its a very fun, twisty ride. The only downside is that it does jerk the riders around a bit, but I would say its worth the usually long lines.

Used to like this roller coaster (if you ride it more than 2x in a row you are bound to blow chunks). However, it has gotten significantly more rough over the past few years. May be a good one to try once, but it is becoming a very rough ride.

Super fun and fast. Its different from the other coasters because your legs dangle, but it feels very secure. The only potential downside is that at certain points it jerks riders to the side, making their heads whip to one side and slam into the seat. Overall its very exciting and a classic adrenaline rush

One of our favorite hang-down coasters. 54 inch height requirement. Very innovative in how they use the seated harness to spiral riders through standard turns, corkscrews, and loops. Presents a great balance between speed and general twistiness!

Woah this ride is so much fun . Its not as smooth as I remember but its very fast. I would recommend sitting in the front for the best view . But I wouldnt recommend riding to many times in a row, all the jerking around may hurt your neck and legs

This is personally my favorite ride in the park out of all the parks coasters. It keeps its speed throughout the whole ride and is super intense. Before I rode, I heard so many people say the ride is rough, well thats probably because they didnt hold on tight and/or keep their head forward the whole time. I did that and didnt bang my head once! Sure some parts may be a bit jerky but I still didnt bang my head. I ended up riding this 5 times during my 2 day visit here. Such an awesome ride!

This 22 year old coaster is still one of my favorite inverted coasters! This massive beast has some of the best themeing elements throughout the ride. Its forceful and fun. Front row is the best. The back row is amazing if you want to get rid of a kidney stone (thats my personal experience from the last time I had a kidney stone). If youre looking for a great multi-looper, look no further.

The more I ride Alpengeist, the less I like it. Age is starting to show and this is not as smooth as it once felt. Take an aspirin before riding, youll need it.

Super fun, fairly smooth and excellent coaster. Only complaint is the harness height. If you are over 6 feet the harness compresses your shoulders down when it locks. Big people will feel rather squished.

Definitely fun to wind through. If you sit in the back, be prepared for intense pressure on the sides of your head compared to the front, where youll be more subject to high wind in your face, no matter what the outside temperature is like. Best bet on this ride, for the greatest experience is to head towards the middle.

This is my favorite B&M hands down. With a huge drop and high speed it provides a nice flight experience. You always see scenery at multiple angles of you don’t pay attention to where you’re going which is satisfying somehow. Very smooth and worth waiting for a little while.

The ride is a lot of fun. But every time I ride it. I get a really super bad head ache. Because it shakes so damn much. Knocks my head from side to side. If a lot of movement makes you feel sick. I dont recommend it. And ride before you eat anything. Make it your first ride at the park.

Review №56

Not my personal favorite ride at Busch Gardens. I’m not a huge fan of this rollercoaster. This is because during the ride, I kept banging my head on the harness and there were many sharp turns and cork screws. After the ride, I was left feeling nauseous and with a headache. Not to mention, this ride seems to break down a bunch.

Review №58

Can be a little shaky, but it is still an incredible ride thats long and nicely themed. Even a little fake snow thrown in at the end to add to the atmosphere. A standard layout with some elements that are more drawn-out than inverted coasters like Montu. Taller and faster is not always better.

As for inverted looping coasters go, this one should be in the top 10, if not even top.5. For an early developed B&M coaster, its extremely smooth for the craziness and the length of the coaster. There are so many cool twists and turns and loops that will keep you guessing the whole time. Its based on snow and skiing...
