Amazing place for kids. If you are looking for a place to tire your kids out, this is it! Perfect for inclement weather. The kids wont get bored here because there are sooo many options. The best thing is that they have designated areas for big kids and toddlers so everyone can have safe fun. Definitely recommend!

Lots to do. Bounce houses are in great shape. The play area, food area, and reatrooms are very clean. We had a great experience here.

Nice place to let kids burn off some energy. A little on the pricey side. but the 1st Friday of the month for $5 is a great value. Just have to check their fb to ensure they are doing it. Have not tried the laser tag section.

Five Star Entertainment. My children visited yesterday and the Shock&Awe of just stepping inside seeing the Enormous Colorful Bounce-houses was “Priceless”.The fee was so reasonable and affordable, priced at just $11 per child. If You don’t visit the Bounce House while in Williamsburg Your missing out on a True childhood treasure of an experience. My children are still talking about Thier Bungee jumping adventure and the Claw Machines that ACTUALLY allow Play until you win . Each of my 5 children were beyond excited picking up a toy and dropping it to collect. What a wonderful way of making sure All Players are Winners!!! This place is fun. Reasonably priced. They have a Tuesday deal and coupons in the Williamsburg magazine. I do think its more for kids 10 and under. Did not do the laser tag as that has different hours and prices.

We had a great time! It was not crowded. The snack bar was not opened. At first, my daughter was a little scared to go in a lot of the bounce houses because they can be a little dark inside, but she got over it. They have a Toddler section for ages 1-4. There were no paper towels in the ladies bathroom, but Im sure they would have replenished them if I had mentioned it. We did not do the laser tag. Bring cash/quarters. There are games and rides that require quarters. Reduced rates mid week. We will be back!

I took my two kids there yesterday, was questioning myself for health reasons but felt comfortable after reading on their site the measures they were taking keep things sanitized etc.. when we arrived their was only a couple kids there, so it was great, everyone kept there distance, but nor at this time and the remainder of the time there did I see one employee sanitizing the openings of each jump area where kids are entering and exiting, nor the little rides . Then when a huge party of adults and children nothing changed . None of the kids had masks, most not even socks, and surprisingly only one of the adults was wearing a mask . There was no distancing or regulating how many individuals could get in a jump area at a time and we left shortly after because of kids parents and the employees paying no mind to how close everyone was, and the lack of sanitation.

This place is so much fun! The prices are very reasonable, especially since you can get a wrist band and come back in the day. We are from out-of-town and the place in Lynchburg does not allow you to do this. Clean, everything is maintained well, and run by a nice family. We will definitely come back when we are in town again. Thanks for being open.

You are missing out if you don’t stop here. We came for the laser tag and has to be best environment room we have ever played. In addition if you have smaller kids the bounce house is literally loaded with all kinds of inflatable slides climbing etc... super clean drum covid everything was sanitized. We had a great time here and would come again!!

Most amazing Laser Tag ever! Not your typical laser Tag. An absolute must if you are in the area! I wish we had found this before our last day here. We would have played this everyday during our stay.

I love bringing my clients children here for physical activity. I would give it 5 stars if they had staff monitoring the floor. The larger children climb on top of the houses and bulldoze the smaller kids. That is the only part of the business I would change.

This place is absolutely amazing. Went here for the first time for my nephews birthday. My kids absolutely loved it. They offer socks for a dollar for kids if you dont have any. The staff is helpful and friendly. The place looks clean. My kids were not very happy about having to leave.

We went to see our grandchildren and son have some exercise away from the computers. Great fun, lots of energy,lots of children . Most use this facility for bday parties and social events. Lots to do.

This place has a great assortment of activities for kids of all ages. My squad ranged from 2 - 11, and all had a fantastic time! The toddler area (for ages 1-4) has 4 or 5 bouncers and a slide. The main area has roughly 11 or so separate bouncers, which are spread out nicely. There are plenty of chairs for the adults throughout the facility, along with picnic tables near the snack bar. They have plenty of drinks and unhealthy snacks to choose from. Hahaha. Prices are reasonable, $11/kid to enter. Worth it.

This place is just for kids. They run, play, holler, kick balls, and just have all day fun.They, kids, need a break just as much as we do. Thank God for giving man the idea to build this place JUST FOR KIDS.

We went for a birthday party and the kids had a blast. There were places on the floor that were just taped down possibly causing a tripping hazard for kids and adults. Claire around the bouncers for parents to sit and watch their kids. They even have a blocked off address for the little ones.

The kids always enjoy the huge selection of bounce equipment here, and the laser tag course is one of the best Ive experienced in the area! For laser tag, youll need an adult chaperone for children under 8 years old. Had a terrific birthday party here recently and staff was all kind and accommodating, ensuring everyone enjoyed their time.

A really cool place both the laser tag and the bounce houses. My gripes are during at experience with a power outage and lack of preparedness. The place is essentially run by kids, which is understandable with the pay rates and entry level positioning. There was a power outage and all of the heavy bounce houses collapsed and there were children inside. The staff froze in a panic and no one seemed to know what to do. Fortunately, the parents began scooping their own and others children out of the castles and everyone was safe. I found it hard to believe that there wasn’t a contingency plan in the event of power failure. The place should really have a generator and a plan in place for overall failure of equipment. Would hate to be reading an article about someone losing a child due to this oversight. I hope they fix it. Laser tag was really cool and the place has potential that’s why I left this at a 3 versus going to a 1.

Had a wonderful time. The kids were able to go play without us worrying about everything. We had a birthday party there and they were excellent hosts and took care of a lot for us.

Admission is pretty cheap. Lots of fun inflatables, plus a special toddler-sized inflatable section. There are also arcade games, ride-on horses/cars, and laser tag. The refreshments are reasonably priced and its clean. Definitely going back!

My kids LOVED this place. Its really clean and has tons of bounceys... my kiddos ran themselves completely tired and there was ample seating for me and my husband to watch them. When you are looking for an alternate activity while in Williamsburg this is an awesome option! I think the price was totally fair for unlimited time! They slept like babies that night! Side note... try the funnel cake fries!!

They do not enforce people to wear masks, but say they do over the phone. Walked to the door with my kids and saw atleast 20 people without a mask on. Not a safe place

We love taking our kids here. The bounce equipment and the bungee jump ride really wear the kids out nicely. Great wifi too! I really enjoy the laser tag arena as well. The laser guns are really great.

First time being at the Williamsburg Bouse House I normally go to the one in Newport News and the one is Williamsburg by far is the best! My 8 year old wanted to do the laser tag for his Birthday and I did not realize until we pulled up to the location it also had a bounce house which was perfect because I also have a three year old. The bounce house was clean and had a huge variety, the admission fee was very inexpensive and the snacks was reasonably priced, the Laser tag to on my opinion was priced well too, they also offered arcade games, we had a blast. They also had a CICIs Pizza in the same strip mall so we did not have to go far to get something to eat.

Located in a small strip mall right off Rt. 60 and not far from the outlets, this was a fun stop for an hour or so of fun for the kids. It was a pay one price for the whole day deal, but Im not sure how often people come and go like that, we were just looking for an afternoon pit stop and energy burn. For that it was a little pricey. The inflatables are big and quite a few of them, and theres a small section for the real young kids. Theres a small snack shop and private rooms for parties. We didnt check out the laser tag.

This is a great place for a rainy or cold day. Very big and open. The price is unbeatable. The little kids can have a lot of fun. There is an arcade for older kids and a snack area. You can also have birthday parties here. There is food around the corner if you need a real meal. Im definitely taking my kid back.

Second time back and the kids love it. I really appreciate the all day admission to come and go with nap time.

Frankly I think its overpriced. The kids had a blast. The older kids did laser tag as well. We have a place back home that I like way more and the cost is better. I would add in response to the owners reply that the staff was quick and nice. The boy behind the snack counter handled the line with a smile and great service. I dont know the prices for things around here but with the offers for people local it seems like a good deal.We didnt spend all day, maybe 2 hours.

This place is sooo much fun. If you have kids, you definitely need to visit. This time we went to the laser tag part of the bounce house and it is great fun. Even if you are an adult, you will have fun. I have been several times to both the laser tag and the bounce/Inflatable side. This place is even great for parties. The staff is always super friendly.

Has a small snack center with small candy, hotdog, hamburger, pizza and drinks etc. Staff is friendly and was helpful today.Basic rules include safety items like-no running, slide feet first, no shoes but socks required, no outside food/drink.Reasonable prices for a decent amount of play time.

Had my daughters bday here. Decent price of $200, which included 10 pizzas, drinks, private room and bouncing for all the kids. Bigger kids played laser tag, which was $7 per kid. Kids loved it and slept great afterwards.

My son had a fun time here but it could be a little better staffed. Saw a lot of children rough housing and while the parents should be watching their children, a staff member to oversee would be an added bonus.

Decent sized bounce house, kids loved it. There are chairs for adults to sit inside so you can watch kids play. Another good thing is you pay once for all day and then stay as long as you you want. They have a separate section for kids below 4.

Very disappointed I paid $150.00 for the party room they told 3 of the guest they had to pay to get in and charged one guest that had 3 kids they had to pay for 2 kids which they did when I spoke to the girl at the counter that all 3 was invited she would not refund the money. So half my grandsons guest left wont ever get the party room again

The bounce houses were amazing. The food is horriable. Eat before you come. Now they do have popcorn,candy,drinks etc. So snack dont eat.

We take our 5 year old here once a month or so. The prices are reasonable and our daughter has a great time. There are a number of arcade games, including a retro cabinet, which is nice. The staff is generally pleasant. We scheduled a birthday here for my daughter, but it got snowed out. The staff apologized and gave us coupons for free visits. Overall, I have nothing negative to say. Great place to get a younger child some exercise.

This place was clean and the kids had a blast. The party packages are decently priced and we have decided we will do our kids upcoming birthdays there. However, the cicis pizza next door will not be our pizza option for the parties. Its gross and overpriced. There is a Dominos 5 minutes up the road we will be using for pretty much the same price.

Visited from Jersey and we all slept good after playing here. Play area for children 1-4 thank you for this. Bigger bounce houses let adults under 200lbs play too.

2nd time here, this location is better than the other one I have been to by far.

My kids would probably give it 5 stars. My kids ages 1,6,10 went on a Saturday and we purchased $3 worth of socks and the total came to $42. I went around 6pm and it was slow but the place was dirty -popcorn all over the floor and in the toddler area which is such a hazard and the bowl in the kitchen set has nasty real food stains in it. The bounce houses gave my kids a good time, they were worn but Im only taking off stars for the cleanliness. Of course even walking towards the bathrooms was a smelly experience. Even if it was busy earlier there was enough staff to clean throughout the day.

Me and my husband had the time of our lives here in their laser tag arena. So to all couples if you want to fight fun this is the way and place to do it.

This is a fantastic place for the great laser tag. If its a rainy day at Busch gardens then this is the place to go. The little kids bounced away all that energy and the older kids and adults battled it away in laser tag.The tactical laser tag is set up very nicely. It has different types of battle modes and a very nice battleground layout, with cars and other items on the field. Just be ready to work up a sweat and bring a cloth headband for the laser tag sensor headband. This place will definitely be on my to-do or backup plans next trip.

We reserved a party room for our daughters 1st birthday. It was booked for two hours and we were told to arrive 15 minutes prior in order to get checked in. Not getting into the room until 20 minutes after our scheduled time was quite frustrating. This means the party group before us got an extra 20 minutes of time in the room we were assigned.The girl assigned to help us had no problem asking us to clean up and be out of the room 5 minutes prior to the end of our 2 hour scheduled block of time. When I asked the front desk about this and gave them the opportunity to make it right and keep me happy, I was told that I only actually have 1 hour of room usage. I tried explaining that the party after us got the room on time and she could not explain to me why they were getting their full 2 hrs and I didnt. I asked her again to make this right and was offered to have my drink removed from the bill. ($3) Are you kidding me?! I spent close to $200 on this place and all Im offered is $3 off?!Making me feel like Im not important since they have my money already is highly frustrating. Not offering to make the situation right other than a free drink is downright insulting. I would steer clear of this place unless you like being financially abused and mistreated on a personal level.

Dont get me wrong I agree with most of the post. It is a nice place to take the kids to play and they will have a good time.. However, my concern is the security. I fear that this place is a kidnapping waiting to happen. I have been there plenty of times but I keep a tight leash... There is NO protocol to keep from kids walking in and out or someone else from taking them out. They have a white gate that doesnt lock and very young teenagers running the place. I really think this place could be great, but they really need to tighten the security measures. Im sorry if this seems harsh but I wouldnt want anything to happen to someones child. If you go to Chuckie Cheese you muct be scanned in and out with children BUT not here....Sorry just expressing concerns....

This place is amazing. Their facility is always clean. The staff and the owners do an amazing job making sure there is no rough housing and if its an issue they address it immediately. The best part is they own the laser tag next door, and if you purchase admission at the bounce house you get a discount at laser tag or if you purchase admission at laser tag you get discounted admission at the bounce house. My son enjoyed his self immensely. P.S. They have funnel cakes and fried pickles. Can you say winning. Thank you Bounce House Williamsburg. We will never go to any other but you guys.

$22 for a 3 yr old and a 1 yr old. Older kids reaking havock in the toddler area. The bathrooms have urine all over the floors... great with socks on. Toilets discusting. They need more people doing crowd control. Been many times but its declining and this was our last.

The place has a good amount of bouncy things but the staff is almost non existant, and the place is crowded and chaotic, at least on the weekend when we went. I cant imagine the play things get properly cleaned either so prepare to bring and use a bunch of hand sanitizer and hope your lil ones dont get sick. The amount of snot and grossness coming out of these kids faces is enough to make you gag, there is no control by staff so the parents who dont care about their kids just let them run all over other kids, and theres no safety like chuck e cheese has with the hand stamps, you just go right on in and out with nobody checking anything. Not going there again.

We are traveling with family on vacation. This was the perfect rainy day activity for my 5 & 3 year old. Plus, their policy allows you to leave and come back the whole day, it’s perfect for lunch and naps.

2018-03-31 wow many new inflatables, section for 1 to 4 year old children, plenty of $0.50 things to do (cars and horses to ride, games to play, etc...); my wife and I enjoyed taking her girlfriend, her husband and their 2 boys which were 2 and 4 years old; the cost was $11 per child (ages 1 to 4 years old)4 years ago, I said, Wow! I take my daughter to Bounce House all throughout the year. The last time we visited Bounce House was in August 2013 before summer ended. We went today, and wow, many new, great, and exciting changes. New setup, a few new inflatables, and few more staff to make sure kids are playing and respecting the rules of Bounce House!
