Third world country in there! Seems like no one is paying their rent, and there is a lot of criminals and crimes there. Very bad place! Dont get caught walking around there at night!

Im personally not a fan of this neighborhood. This trailer park isnt the greatest, thats for sure. I dont know... I dont live here, or around here. Sorry I dont have more of a review than this. I just know that this neighborhood can be pretty dangerous... Its just I feel its not a great place to make the wrong turn in at night, thats all.

This park used to be nice and quiet. In the last year with new management there has been an increase of crime ( drugs, thief and fights). The office refuses to hire security. Some of this activity is due to residents. Management wants to turn a blind eye to whats going on but they want to increase rent.

Wow I was surprised this is a modern day Burger a must try

My in laws live here.. They try to keep the park clean and presentable. The lady in the office is helpful.

If it wasnt for a speed bump every thirty feet this place would be almost perfect. It is pretty clean and the management here apparently is not a pain in the as like others. Its very close to a highway but you wouldnt know because of how quiet and peaceful it seems. I have visited at least 12-15 times even staying overnight and I get to hear a party or a loud neighbor.

It is a great neighborhood. The elementary school is Wynnbrook. Theyre an A school & have been for 15+ years. The middle school leaves a bad taste in your mouth... Jeaga Middle School isnt a very good educational institution to say it nicely. I have had 3 children graduate from Royal Palm Beach High School. Theyve gotten an awesome experience & education from there! There are lots of children in this area, we watch out for each other, & do not appreciate any one doing any harm to anything - we are fast to report crimes if there are any - which there really isnt much! Such a wonderful place! Ive been here 21 years & plan to stay a lot longer

This place is a dive if you want to find drug dealers rats and roaches just come here

Nice family-orientated community mobile home park. Excellent staff Clean environment. Over all a realy nice place to come home to at the end of a tough day. Love living here!

This is one of the nicer mobile home pks its 80% Spanish American RETIRED and nice families everyone watches out for one another THE MGT. Is fair it is the only place you canfence you yard in beautiful landscaping

Great location to live and to visit plave is clean and it has good atmosphere

Definitely is a place that needs to be cleaned up but very helpful to families in need with food and other items but always very busy and not much parking only one or two handicap spots

Good for living but rent of the property should be at a minimal amount and not raised

The park manager will give you violations if she doesnt like you & others will not have to correct much worse. We moving.

They are improving the apparent to the place making it better

Calm area; they always have someone picking up trash and maintaining landscapes.

The traffic there is bad in the morning almost got run over, but they are a community and actually work together. The community is also very nice when you get to know them.

Nice place to live, theres beautiful trees and birds are always chirping throughout the day.

I dont really like this place because the manager of this place is mean and one day I forgot my 2nd part of my bathing suit and then the lady came and yelled at me just for that and they say u cannot have k-nine in your home or pitbull but ppl still have them and the manager dont say nothing about it but if it were to be one of my family member she would say something about it and now u know Y I dont like this place

Lived here when I first moved to Florida in 1982!

The rear of the property is cluttered,unsafe,and a fire danger.

The manager sucks they still ur money they brake in ur house when ever would never go back there
