Is great for the older crowd nice quiet

The community is decent everyone minds thereone, however the management could be ALOT better and less STRICT!!!

Lots of friendly Hispanics. Good to ride around on a bike. Big Field to play or walk dog. Trailers are ok.

Terrible, unfit place to live, full of 60yr old falling down trailer houses, poor to no park maintenance. No sidewalks so people walk down the middle of the street, daring you to hit them. Way to much fiesta mexicana. Owners take on no responcibilities at all, just rent collectors. Avoid at all cost. Needs to be sold and made into something useful, like a cocklebur field, least that way you can plainly see that you wouldnt want to frequent the place. Terrible. Run away. Dont even look at it.

No street the traffic is horrible and they stay adding to your rent. They act worst than Palm Beach island in this dump!

Very clean will definitely be back
