Very sad... worst place to live .. more rules then Palm Beach are.. manager have business with the Towing company to make extra money. Even I’m Owner of a mobile home and the took my car.. that Sucks, be careful if you trying to move here.

The modular homes aka trailers are fixed up to look great, however once purchased, they fall apart. The property MGMT, a young man, is NEVER present

This is the worst place I have ever lived at! They make you think you buy but in reality you don’t own anything! HOA has ridiculous rules and only want to keep people’s home to resell again. Don’t move here! Run while you can!
